Cooling eye cream.. not sure what it does, I did not see any difference. Could be used for summer, on the way to the beach.. Otherwise, won't purchase.

I received this as a sample with my Sephora order and have been using it for a couple of weeks with very good results. I don't put it in the refrigerator since it's cooling on its own and you only need a very tiny bit to achieve results; it's not sticky if you don't over do it. I can see and feel the tightening and improvement in my entire eye area and I don't need to use another eye cream product over it. I also wanted to add that I have used many eye creams and this is the most outstanding of them all. I'm an 'older' gal and as we age our eye area shows it quickly, this gel is certainly worth a try, I love it.

I was excited to try this as a possible, though understandly possibly not as effective, but less expensive, alternative to my favorite, Kinerase Ultimate Lift Eye. Yeah … no. It applies nicely and easily. It has a good consistency. It's unoffensive, but really not remarkable in any way. It's not terribly moisturizing and I didn't find the lift was pronounced (I'm 40, don't have significant signs of aging, but even as a child had dark circles and lots of tissue to my lower lids). That said, it did not work any better, or as well, for that matter, as my other old reliable, Preparation H Cooling Gel. I would try it again if it was free.

Received this eye gel as part of an Ole Henriksen kit and, like other reviewers, really should have read about this product before purchasing/trying. It has a nice, cool feel under the eye, but that's about it. Ice would achieve the same effect and it's free lol! Would absolutely not purchase the full size. I don't think this gel doesn't anything at all and certainly doesn't lift or decrease the appearance of crow's feet.

Did not irritate eyes, nice refreshing cooling sensation that serves as a wake me up. However, this product is disappointing for failing to deliver any other results. I have very fatigued looking eyes with heavy undereye bags and circles. I noticed no improvements over 3 weeks of daily use; no lift =(

Why oh why didn't I do what I usually do and check out the ratings on this product before purchasing it?!!? It would have just taken a minute...I think I got sucked in by the fact that this was a gel (I am paranoid about milia from overly rich eye creams) and the price point (no, it's not drugstore cheap, but decent eye cream can easily add up). My intent was to alternate the Ultimate Life Gel with the retinol product I've been using (Avene's Eluage) in an attempt to hydrate my eye area a bit more. This product failed on all counts...I used it for three nights in a row and then then promptly returned it to Sephora, as it made my eyes burn like crazy and they were certainly not hydrated in the least (forget about the "ultimate lift" as well). (They did become much more stickier, however). The only positive thing I have to say about this item is that you do receive a decent amount of product for the price. That's it. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a seriously effective eye treatment.

I really should've listened to the low ratings for this product. I like to try new eye creams, and bought this for a reasonable price around $32 USD in a kit that included a roll-on thing for eye puffiness.
I'm really not impressed. First off, I know it's an "eye lift gel" and not a mositurizer, but I have to use a moisturzer underneath or it can dry the area out. Alas, I still need to find a good, basic eye moisturizer. This gel does firm the area a little bit but nothing spectacular in diminishing the mid-30's lines I'm getting. I know there is no "miracle cream" for lines but this doesn't really "do" anything. It's also quite tacky and tends to remain this way for a while (hours).
The roll-on thing is a small tube with a metal roller and a blue gel inside. I like to rub it under my eyes in the morning if I'm particularly tired or my eyes are puffy, and while it feels nice and cooling it doesn't "do" anything.
I will not repurchase.

One of the worst I've ever tried. I have tried using it several times and each time my eyes area is sticky and, in the morning, it is swollen or more crepey. Horrible!!!
Very unsanitary in a jar container. UGH!

I have never tried an eye cream that was SO STICKY!! put this on before going to bed and it felt like my eyes were stuck shut! I kept it on hoping it would dry but finally had to wash it off in the morning. Didn't make my eyes look or feel any better either. Very disappointed!

I give this product a 3. I have been using it for about two weeks now and it definitely decreases puffiness and circles and fine lines under the eye. It brightens them nicely too making them look wide awake when you also apply under the brow bone. But it is sticky! You can only use it at night. You can not apply foundation or concealer on top due to the sticky residue which stays sticky for quite awhile. If they could make this product without the stickiness, I would buy it again. As it is, I have no plan to re-purchase this product.
