Really beautiful but the application is rough. I wanted a bit more blue so mixed w a bit of Sally Hansen hd laser and it looks amazing. Needs seche vite or will not look shiny enough. Am uploading picture but it does not do the real thing justice. Just did tonight so cannot speak to wear (in pictures only the pointer finger has 2 coats of Meteor Shower --the other nails have one coat and a topcoat of SH hd laser mixed w Meteor Shower

Meteor Shower is a perfect example of why I don't ever purge or swap my stash!! I've had this polish for a really long time. I tried it once and hated it. It was rough, the glitter didn't shine through like it did in the bottle, and it was extremely hard to work with. I shoved it away not wanting to think about it anymore because it is SOOO pretty in the bottle. Tonight I looked at it and remembered all those things, decided to give it a try anyway and I am now in love with this gorgeous blue jelly!
The problems mentioned above didn't go away. I needed to thin the polish quite a bit so it would glide on my nails instead of just glooping it on. This was also a thirsty, thirsty glitter! I needed 2 coats of SV to smooth it out. (I didn't know of the wonders of SV for my first attempt!) After the SV application, this polish is gorgeous and exactly as it looks in the bottle. The glitters really pop. And because of the jelly finish, the first coat glitters also shine through the second coat a beautiful electric blue when the light hits them just right. In case you were wondering, there's chartreuse green, turquoise, and a gorgeous copper glitter..both square and hex!!
Love this polish! I cannot speak enough of the beauty of this polish!!! Obviously... :)

The color is very very beautiful. If you work with your imagination, it really looks like the lights in space. These are the pros. The cons are that it's very thick and hard to clean, and that the glitter gets inside the polish. When you are going to take it off you can see that afer the remover cleans a first coat of blue, lots of hidden glitter show up the way they do in the bottle. In the bottle it looks more like a little blue base with many green/gold/silver glitter, but these don't show much in the nail.
3 because it chipped fast and I had to fix it many times, maybe because it's thick.
If you can ignore all that, you'll love the color.

xxanaisxx gave a perfect description all the way around, so theres not much more i can add other than i disliked this polish :/ The color looks so impressive in the bottle but its just gunky & thick, reminding of little kid or hot topic np. My 13yr old daughter loves it though. Maybe i can make it work w/ a little fidgeting around. Wouldn't rebuy/reswap for though.

This is an amazing color. It's a midnight blue jelly absolutely jam-packed with multicolored (though mainly blue) glitter. It has a somewhat thick, sticky texture that requires some thinning, though it's not as bad as Cosmic. Looks amazing on the nail--deep, flashy with incredible depth. If you were disappointed by Cosmic, you'll probably be thrilled with Meteor Shower.

Wow, I can't believe there isn't a review on here for this yet. Meteor Shower is a deep blue creme base with chunky blue, teal, copper, gold and orange glitter - it's just gorgeous. I saw an online swatch that described it as looking underwater-ish, and I think that's a great description of it. It's opaque in two coats, but I think three is best to layer the glitter and bring out the depth of the polish (downside is I found the polish quite thick, which can make it a little difficult to work with). Also, a top coat is definitely necessary to smooth it out, and bring out the sparkle in the glitter - it's dull and a little rough without one, preferably two, coats of TC. Would definitely repurchase.
