I love the scent of the whole Sweet Lemon range, after being very statified with the shower gel, I bought this one on sale and using coupons. I wouldnt have bought it for full price though, in holland its 15 euros, about 19 dollars. It's made on an oil-basis and you can easily feel that, it leaves your skin a bit oily and sticky afterwards, which i do not particulary like throughout the day. So i used this only for during winter when i had really dry, sensitive, chapped, skin. Mostly at night, when i go to sleep, because of its stickiness and then let it sink in. It scrubs okay if you're not into harsh products and tend to have a sensitive skin, but mostly i like rough scrubs better. I do like that it's almost 100% natural and that TBS doesnt test on animals. Then again, all TBS products are and i do not like the feeling of this one afterwars, so would not buy it again. I would rather go for the cocoa scrub instead, it scrubs way better and it doens't leave any residue on my skin.

I found this on sale at Marshall's for about $4.00, so for me the price was great. Looking up the price on the Body Shop's website, however, is pretty steep for a random body scrub.

I love the smell, and the scrub is just gritty enough to use on legs and arms. It's not concentrated enough for elbows or heels, though. The granules are actually sugar, so they dissolve pretty quickly. You need a few scoops of this to do a full scrub-down, so it runs out pretty fast.

I did start using this on my lips to keep the dead skin at bay, and so far it seems to work really well.

I must have gotten a complete dud. The smell is fantastic, but the texture was just horrible! It was not grainy enough to actually scrub. I tossed this out after one use.

Bought a small tub of this as I wasn't sure how I was going to like it on. The scent is delightful and lingers in your bathroom! The scrub is just the right graininess for a good, feel good scrub! I will definitely re-purchase and in the bigger size.

Want your skin to feel like a baby's bottom? Use this! The smell is perfect. I happen to really like the smell of lemons to begin with... But it's a good lemon smell not artificial. It probably overpriced... But the body shop always runs deals so I would wait for it to be under $10. I always turn off the shower when I use body gel/cream/scrub it seems counterproductive to have it running, I say this because my boyfriend used it and said it was stupid because it dissolved while he was using it... It's sugar so it will dissolve quickly. What a dope. :)

My first body scrub, EVER.

I absolutely love the smell, it was either this one or coconut, which I had a body butter in.

I use it in the shower because I...just use scrubs in the shower. It gives me that whole clean feeling. Don't know for everyone else, but I use my scrubs in the shower. Anyways, some people complain about the oily feeling/residue, but that doesn't bother me. It makes my skin feel even more softer, like it's actually srubbed off the dead skin. My S/O was scratching my back (Yes, I like it when he scratches my back), and he complimented on how my skin feels more supple and moist! Hehehe..it was an awkward moment for YOU, but not for me! I had a smug look on my face that the sweet lemon body scrub smelled so good and worked so well! I was on the search for good body scrubs and I find that a lot of them smell, rather, rancid. The Body Shop's body scrubs are good for me, provided the price. I got the bigger, jumbo size cause I know I was going to use it all the time in the shower!

I decided to try this scrub out after using the pink grapefruit body scrub. The smell of this scrub was pretty good, wasn't too strong and had this fresh sweet lemon smell to it. However, this scrub left my skin with this oily cling to it - which I didn't like at all! It left my skin feeling sticky and very uncomfortable :( I do not recommend this product, the pink grapefruit scrub was much better

I absolutely love this scrub. It is my absolute favorite. I have dry skin that gets itchy if I don't moisturize. Please take note that I have had only about 4 pimples in my whole life (usually while hiking in the sun coated in sunscreen sweating and unable to shower) I am however extremely prone to eczema. I find that the scrub really polishes my skin without leaving it more dry because it leaves an oily protective layer. I like to use it after my body wash so it's a bit like a body conditioner to. It got rid of the little bumps on the back of my arms and helps get off the dead skin so my moisturizer can kick in. I like the container too because it's big enough so you can really get your hand in there. Mixing it with your finger is important to prevent seperation where you only get the oil and lemon zest stuff. Smells devine. A++

I think this is the best body scrub out of the all the Body Shop scrubs. It's refreshing because of its citrus scent, and it's not too oily on the body. I rub it on my legs in the shower when I don't have time to moisturize my body afterward, so it still feels smooth and not scale-like. The only qualm I have is the packaging - it sits in my shower and the labels come off very easily due to the moisture in there. The labels come completely off!

It does smell real good. Fresh and sweet. But it does a terrible work as a body scrub! It cannot peel off my rough area on my knees and arms at all. I ended up with oil all over my body.

I bought this on a whim -- I was browsing and happened to smell it. It just put a smile on my face, so I figured I'd try it. A good sized jar is $10.

I got it home, and it's heavenly. Nicely exfoliating and it moisturizes as well. I love the scent, and I think I may be addicted to this product. The label came off pretty quickly, but I still know what's in there -- bliss.

I love this scrub - I love the smell!! It is amazing. I got it as a present (that person knew I love lemon scent) and I used it up very fast. I used it on my legs and hands only because it can be little too oily afterwards and I do not like that oily feeling on my stomach or back, for example. But for legs (where my skin is more dry) it was just perfect. And the smell - wonderful and fresh. I used it all up, so I have to buy new one.. I hope they still sell this.

I found this scrub to really work and get the skin looking pink and vibrant. Of course I use this on dry skin..or else it would just make your skin oily looking and all the sugar/salt will melt away.

I used this for the first time a few days ago. It was not what I had expected. I had thought "Oh, this smells delightful and it will be nice to scrub down." I was wrong. It's basically oily sugar that melts in five seconds and leaves you coated in oil. Water runs off you. You actually have an oily sheen (as does your bathtub). You can't even get the stuff off with soap. Which is great if you hold the world record for driest skin ever; not so much if you don't need to be deep fried. And be careful in the bathroom: everything gets slippery and disgusting. Also, your body will probably break out after using it. But it smells clean. Too bad it doesn't even come close to leaving you clean.

i totally bought the wrong scrub. I went into the shop last 5 minutes before it closes and let the girl persuaded me to get this. I have normal skin and i suffer from backne. This sugar/ salt scrub melts down after 15 seconds. I really don't feel any nutshell, nor can i find the ingredients listing such. It After rinsing off, the moisturizing oils remains on your skin. I can go w/out body moisturizer after using the scrub. However it leaves my bath tub very slippery too. After using it twice my backne worsen. I usually have to scrub my upper back every other day. And I scrub the rest of my body twice per week because I use sunscreen. Unfortunately this isn't for me. I guess if you've very dry skin, you'll enjoy the moisturizing effect. But I can't really imagine how can anyone rely the exfoliating job on this scrub.

I love this!
I use it once a week on DRY skin (that is the key to it). Spend about 20 minutes scrubbing from neck to toe, then rinse off and wsh my body wth a Lush soap on exfoliating gloves.
Every day in the shower: in the morning I use either exfoliating gloves or a scrubby sponge with body wash, and then just a flannel in the evening.

Feel lovely, smooth and glowing after.

My fave ever salt scrub (it has sugar, salt AND nut shell in it)
