I use this pencil for my eyebrows. The color is perfect and blends very well with my eyebrows. And it's 99 cents at most stores.

This pencil is my eyebrows. I realize how funny that sounds.
It is dirt cheap, colour is perfect, it goes on easy and is not oily like some other brands. It blends easy, but does not smudge off all day.
Stands up well to sharpening. I can get it to quite a fine point without worrying about it breaking.

Great brow pencil, I use this pencil everyday that I do my makeup, the price is super cheap and the pencil is a great quality. The pencil is soft but not to the point that it almost melts onto the brows, it seems to me to be the perfect brown where it isn't too dark or light, or red. It also is easy to fix mistakes, it has great staying power when I top it with brow gel. Would purchase again!

5/5 for being an eyebrow pencil. I have black hair and I have quite full brows but I use it to lengthen my brows and create more fullness at the front so I use it very sparingly (since I have enough brow hair naturally) and it works beautifully. Very natural and it hasn't smudged or faded on me and I have very oily skin.

And it's hard to beat the price!

This is actually a great product!
I've recently run into the problem where in some photos only half of my eyebrows show up...so I decided to test out some brow pencils. The Maybelline eyebrow pencil ( twin ones in red) were WAY too red based for my hair color. So after some more dilly dallying, I found the wet n wild one.

Cheap, effective, and a perfect color match :) Set it with the great lash in clear, and it stays put all day! :D
no break outs on my eyebrows or anything sooo yay!

Give it a try, can't hurt :)

HG eyebrow pencil for sure! This is the first pencil I've used to fill my brows (used eyeshadow before) and I've never looked back! I use an angled brush after applying this to soften the lines a bit.

I bought this color for use in my brows. I heard that this was similar to Mac's stud eye brow pencil. I've never used that one, but I did buy the Maybelline Define-a-brow in dark brown. I can easily say that this is better than the Maybelline, because the Maybelline one would dry up and break off every time I tried to use it, This WnW pencil isn't dry, but that could be one of its down falls. It does go on really smooth and shiny like an eyeliner, since it can also be used for that purpose. I don't know about you, but shiny brows look very drawn on and fake to me. However, this could be a problem with all pencils and perhaps you can only avoid that by using a brow powder. This pencil isn't quite black and isn't quite brown. It's the sort of ash black that looks great on people with natural black hair. I would recommend it, if you know what to expect in a brow pencil. It's cheap and needs to be worked with a bit longer than a brow powder, but I would buy it again.

After searching relentlessly for the perfect brow product, my search has finally ended with this. This pencil is absolutely ESSENTIAL in my make-up bag. It was only 89 cents at Rite Aid so it's ridiculously easy on the wallet. Most other brow pencils and powders I've tried had reddish undertones which I don't like. But this is more of a "cool" dark brown which I love. It's a soft pencil and it glides on very easily. It's also longer than the standard pencil so it lasts quite a while. I've also used it for my upper lashline to create the smudged eyeliner effect and it's decent for this purpose. But I primarily use this as my brow pencil. I fill in my brows with a light hand, spread it with an angled brush and then use NYC brow powder in Brunette to set it. When I follow this routine, staying power is amazing and I don't have to retouch once during the day, even during hot weather. Love it! :)

So I really like this pencil, for BROWS only though. I can see why people would say that this is crap for eyeliner and such since I find it to hard to blend, and not too pigmented. However, the fact that its not too pigmented works in it favor for brows since I hate having dramatic overdrawn eyebrows..not a nice look. I purchased this at $0.49! So amazing for the price, and great just on its own too.

Wow, this is my HG brow pencil, and I've wasted so much $$$ trying to find it! This is a hard, precise pencil in very dark brown that's great for people with black hair but sparse brows. Solid browns don't look very good on me because they tend to be too light to blend into my natural brow hairs, but this just applies like a dream and make my brows look naturally filled in. Will definitely repurchase!

The only con against this pencil (which isn't much of a con at all) is that it's super, super long and the tip is prone to breaking. I can't take it with me when I travel because it simply won't fit into any of my makeup bags. I don't want to break it in half, so I'll have to wait until it gets short enough before I take it anywhere outside my room.

This is an extremely CHEAP product that is easily accessed (sold at most drug stores). I found that the colour matches my skin tone very well and i really like it. I absolutely loved using it as a brow pencil because it doesn't blend or smudge that easily so i really like the look of it on my brows. However, like most of the comments here, this is not a really good product if used as eyeliner. So i think that bottom line: BUY IF YOU WANT TO USE AS BROW PENCIL; DON'T BUY IF YOU WANT TO USE AS EYELINER.

This is the perfect product for brows. It is a great color match for my dark hair. I usually use the EcoTools liner brush to soften the effect and it definitely lasts all day. Like many WnW stuff, the price is incredibly cheap and the quality is great. If you are looking for a brow product, this could be a perfect match.

PROS: Well, it IS eyeliner. That's about the only pro. It comes with a blending tip too (but you're not going to be able to blend this junk.)

CONS: This is SOOOO hard to blend or even apply. I thought it was a joke. I didn't review this based on brows because it is sold as an eyeliner (and I didn't buy it for my brows), but apparently, this gets much love for the brows.

OMGOSH. This is it. Sorry Rimmel, this is my HG brow pencil. IMO, this isn't a brow pencil that is just "great for its price", it's just great. As I have mentioned in another review, it's hard to find a nice neutral brown brow product. Almost every color I have tried is too red, too orange, or even too blue based (mostly the ones that are black). Mink Brown is an ashy, black-brown which matches my, well, black-brown hair. The pencil is a bit on the softer & waxier side, but it's not super smudgy. With that said, the color is buildable and also pretty foolproof (unless if you draw outside your brows lol). Lastly, it's a long pencil. It may or may not fit in your makeup bag, but you know it will last you a while. This $0.99 pencil is definitely FTW!

Really nice brown eyeliner, it's good for a natural look. I love how it only costed around a dollar or two for a huge pencil. I don't think I would buy this particular color again, I would probably go for a bit darker brown. But overall I'm happy with my purchase. =)

I was always on the hunt for the perfect brow pencil. Previously I had been using Anastasia pencils because of the hard waxy texture, its ability to last all day, and it came with a spoolie attached. Unfortunately, the darkest color was a red-toned brown and the next darkest color is yellow-toned. Neither of these were a perfect match for a my black brows. I know Fafinette uses this pencil in Taupe, and her hair is dark like mine so I decided to try that one, this one, and a few others. Taupe was too light for me and this shade is absolutely perfect. It doesn't have any red or yellow undertones, so it blends in well. The pencil is just the right texture and it's very pigmented. If you take an old mascara wand, one of those disposables, or even a brow brush, you can easily blend it out. If you press hard the waxy substance will sort of paste your brow hairs together, which I don't like, so a light hand is a must. After finding this .99 cent find I will never go back to using expensive brow pencils :)
