I have tried quite a few colors from the new WnW Megalast lineup and this is one of my favorites so far. The color is a dusty lavender mauve, similar to the now hard to find OPI Parlez Vous OPI? but slightly more mauve leaning. The formula is fabulous - it flows smoothly and evenly onto the nail and dries quickly. The flat brush also makes application easy. It lasted 5 days on my nails with hardly any tip wear at all, I could have left it on longer but I wanted to change nail colors. This is one of the Megalast polishes that really lives up to its name. Would highly rec. BtB!

I have been wearing this polish - the version in the new square-ish bottle - for five days now. I am super impressed with how it is wearing!
The colour is really cool, and it is completely opaque in 2 coats. The application was easy and I love the wide brush. The dry time was a little under average and there were no problems with bubbles or anything like that.
I don't buy many high end polishes, but it wears better than most of what I do have - which is an assortment of drug store brands with a few high ends and randoms thrown in. There is no chipping or peeling, with only some tip wear after five days. This is very good, in my opinion.
I plan to buy more from this line :)
P.S. I have one coat of SH insta-dry over top, and no base coat.

Yes, I would def buy it again! W&W nailpolishes are awesome, IDK if it is new formula in this line of polishes, but would def buy again. I wash my hands all the time, and this nail polish lasted me longer than a manicure before it chipped off, and only at the edges of my nails. I love the color.

I found this color at RiteAid for $0.59 on sale. The color is super thick.
One coat and it's completely opaque! Usually, I cannot stand WnW's brushes, but the one in my bottle of Bite the Bullet was actually great. It was perfectly rounded (WnW's cheap brushes tend to be very uneven and too coarse) and held just the right about of polish for each nail.
I would buy this color again, but always check the brushes before you choose any bottle of WnW!
My pic is the one with tiny black flowers stamped on my nails. The black is WnW - Black Creme (my fave stamping polish)!

Great polish! The color is a muted medium lavender tone. The finish is glossy, and the consistency is nice. It actually looked decent with one coat on, though with two looked better. I have no problems with the brush as others did, it is small but works for me as I have small nails. I was able to apply the polish very neatly without getting it outside my nails and having to clean it up. Which is rare, I am not great at applying nail polish. The color is pretty while being neutral enough, not a bright, flashy color, but definitely nice, and work appropriate for those who have conservative jobs. Also very cheap, dries fast, and wears well. Would repurchase.

So feminine and pretty! Another one I really like, this line has so many winners for me! I think I own all but black. Hi shine even prior to using top coat, non streaky, good brush, not too thin lending to streaks, nor so thick there is a ton to clean up after. Very medium tone lavender with more blue than pink on me, and some gray as well. Wears so well, all WnW do on me. Just fun but not terribly flashy so work appropriate and weekend too. I buy these for myself and my niece too, we love them! For 99 cents (U.S.) these are a great find!

This color is a grayed out lilac very muted good for transition from summer to fall. It's also very inexpensive. I didn't have problems with the brush or formula I use three coats and seche vite top coat.

i absolutely love the grey-purple colors that have been everywhere the past few years. they're unique, but still flattering on most people.
i've tried so many different brands (OPI, etc.) to find one that suits me and i think this is my favorite. it's the perfect balance of warm / cool tones - muted enough so it's not like electric barbie lavender, and pigmented enough so it's not like a pastel easter egg. love it.
i have tons of these WnW Megalast polishes - they're excellent. love the flat wide brush. these and the new NYC are my favorites over OPI even. so many nice colors in creme finishes. yay!
and by the way, i don't understand why people complain about nail polish chipping. my pedicures always last 3 weeks and my manicures 1 week, even with the cheapest nail polishes. what are y'all doing wrong?? use a good topcoat!

I bought this polish a while back and forgot I had it in my collection. I saw a color similar to it on someone in a youtube video and immediately thought that is a gorgeous color....wait a minute I got something like that! The color is so nice, but thats kind of where my praises end. The brush is, how do I say it...fat. it makes for a thick application. It dries to a nice finish but uggh it started to chip when I got out of the shower hours later. I would buy this polish again because of the color or if I find another brand with the same look then I'd switch. This polish is nice for a special occasion where you don't really expect to wear it for a long time. The name MEGALAST is so misleading with this polish.

First off, I LOVE this color. However it starts to peel same-day, even with a good base coat and top coat. Maybe I got a defective brush/applicator but it was really thick and round and not cut blunt so it went on funky. I don't expect the best from Wet N Wild but this certainly doesn't live up to the name "Megalast". The Megashine that I also purchased for my daughter looks/lasts much better.

I am loving this polish! The color is a more of a muted plum and the cream formula has no sparkles to it at all. It dries to a beautiful shine and dries pretty quick too! A definite repurchase!

I LOVE THIS NAIL POLISH!!!!!!!!! I don't know what other reviewers are talking about. This is the ONLY line of W&W polishes that I find so smooth, so easy to apply. I love the formula on my nails. It's not muddy at all. The brush is perfect to apply it on my nails. I hardly get any streaks or get it all over to my skin.
The color is so pretty and perfect for fall. It's dirt cheap too and definitely I'd repurchase.

The only reason why I would buy this polish again is because of the colour... and this is the sole reason why it gets a 3. The colour is amazing, sucha beautiful mute purple whichis great for fall. However, the formula is quite thick or "muddy" as other have said. You have to be very carful applying it. The brush has an odd shape to it...it's definately slanted but hard to control because of this. I found it dried OK... not fast but not too slow. It is quite streaky and requires three coats to fullycover. I applied it yesterday and it's already chipping (sigh). If i find a dupe of the colour in another brand I'll jump all over it because the colour is the only reason I'd buy it again.

I really like the color - that is what compelled me most to buy it. It does go on a little "muddy" as others have said, but it dries lighter and is a nice dustly plum color. HOWEVER, it chips very quickly and took some time to dry. The second time I used it I put a top coat over it once it dried with hopes it wouldn't chip but it was chipped by the next day. I'm disappointed as the color is versatile, yet hard to come by.

i really like this. i missed out on the OPI french line and their dusty purple, so this was a good alternative to me and at a great price. i have no idea if the two shades are comparable but this does it for me.
would by again, good application toooo. i could get away with this at work.

Such a pretty medium dusty purple. The colour is slightly darker when applied. I would say it looks plumish in the bottle but with two coats I get purple colour. I like how its not loud but very muted.
I also love how the brush is thick, like Sally Hansen's complete manicure line which makes it easy to apply on the sides of the nails.
However, this chipped, even before the first day was over!...maybe its just me...But at $2.99 per bottle in Canada, I would definitely purchase again, just because of the gorgeous colour.

These nail polishes are my new love and I have picked up about six of these MegaLast nail polishes. Bite the Bullet is a pretty, muted plum purple. As usual, the awesome Wet 'n' Wild thick nail polish brush works like a charm at applying polish evenly and in only three strokes, but the color isn't my favorite. It's got a gray undertone, but the color comes off a little muddy-looking on the nails. I imagine this would be a great winter and fall color, but I'm not feeling it for summer.
