I really wish I had never bought this product and it comes in such a quantity as well. I found it thin, not very moisturising and it left a horrible film over my face. Furthermore, I could smell coal tar or some petroleum extract in it, not that I haven't used products with this in in the past I'm sorry to say, but really, this was just pushing it! Yuck, and double yuck. It might be just me, as it seems to work for a lot of people, but on my skin - just awful. I didn't realize it was meant to be only for combination skin - maybe therein lies the problem.

This is the best ever moisturizer for me so far. The fact that $90 for 250 ml is a great deal and you can use it for at least 5 months. Although its lotion texture is light which does not cause any clogs, it provides enough nutrients to balance skin's level of moisture and prevent its aging. In evenings, I use it after Estee Lauder advanced night repair and my skin becomes very soft and dewy. Every morning I apply it twice before the foundation and it makes my skin so velvety that the foundation glides on my skin like a dream. I live in Midwest where is now cold and very dry. But this lotion, unlike any one I have used before, doesn't give me any flake cheeks and make my makeup caky. Definitely my HG.

Update: I think it is an good average daily moisturizer. I wish I could give it 3.5. Not that amazing as it may not be moisturizing enough in winter or for dry skins. For those of you who do not like the matt effect of a moisturizer, this one may be not for you.

This moisturizer is the DEAL!! I have used La Mer (lotion and cream), the entire Fresh line, Kiehls and Juice Beauty to name a few. My combo skin would still go nuts around "that time of the month". This is the only one that didn't break me out!! I also don't have super oily forehead by mid day like I do with other creams. WORTH THE MONEY!!!

I have oily/dry skin. I was forever in search of a compatible moisturizer, which would not clog pores, turn powdery, and keep my skin moisturized. This truly works. Yes, it seems expensive. But, it turns out to be very reasonable for me. Because, I only need a few pumps of the bottle and it lasts for the day. I apply two coats, at about two drops each. This is good for me, because it is not a thick product, so it absorbs easily and quickly. I do not break out. And my skin does not dry up at the end of the day. I use this in the morning, after cleaning my skin. And, I use it in combination with the Jo Malone SPF. The bottle of the Jojoba Moisturizer is over 8 oz., but could lasts for months. So, when I compare it with some of the other products I've used, this is well worth it. I don't need to keep using it throughout the day. Also, I think it is good for sensitive skin. Some other products I've used tended to sting or seemed to dry parts of my face. Maybe because those had fragrance added. This is fragrance free, as far as I can tell.

I have oily t-zone, normal elsewhere, sensitive skin.

This is lightweight, and so far hasn't broken me out. I've only used this 3 weeks, but so far, so good. It sinks in well, and doesn't seem to clog my pores (the info for it says it won't). My t-zone has been feeling more oily than usual, but I'm not sure if it's from this or because I've had a cold(I get oily when I'm sick).

This cost $50 for 100ml, $90 for 250ml. I don't seem to use a lot, and my 3ml sample has lasted 2 weeks already, so it might be a good value in the long run. At least cheaper than many others.

What a lovely moisturizer! This is a very pleasant, light moisturizer that was perfect for both my oily areas and my drier areas. The instructions tell you if you feel tight in your drier areas, to apply a bit more lotion there. I did that and it was perfect. I was worried that it would be greasy, but the lotion soaked right in and my skin felt amazing. After continued use, I've noticed a much-improved texture and brighter color. Hooray!

PROS: a light daytime moisturizer with slight herbal fragrance, lotion form, a little goes a long way; COMMENTS: packaged in plastic bottle, this is the moisturizer suggested for normal/combination skin types, reasonably priced at $50 for 100 mL, $90 for 250 mL, oilier skin types may use this as a nighttime moisturizer
