This is my single most favorite MU product, ever. I have come across it by chance when my mom gave it to me (she got it in a darker shade and didn't use it, but it suited my tanned skin well). I have been using it for 3 years now, and I am just into my third tube.
It's a bit pricey, but you need to apply just a dab and it will instantly even out the color of your skin. While it provides more coverage than other tinted moisturizers, it doesn't provide the full coverage you would expect from a liquid foundation, but it is not for that anyway, right?
I don't like to apply a makeup mask everyday, but I have acne-prone skin and blemishes/discoloration that I want to cover. It gives me a nice glow instantly, you don't need to wait for it to set in.
I have been using it since it was Hydraaction line, my color was #3, until it was discontinued and they reintroduced the product in the hydralife line, I think #2 now is what #3 was before.
Anyway. I love it. I have read another reviewer who said she mixes it 1:1 with a water based liquid foundation for better coverage, will definitely try that.

I have tried several tinted moisturizers including Laura Mercier and a couple of others. I heard about this Dior product on Lisa Eldridge's channel and decided to try it. I am older and so I like to mix the moisturizer about half and half with a straight make up foundation such as a water based Chanel or Shishedo (sp?) - this gives me a lighter coverage that is moisturizing for my drier combination skin.
At first I wasn't sure about this - I bought the #1 and was using it alone which just wasn't providing the coverage I needed BUT when I went to combining regular foundation with it I found it to be wonderful. One tube has lasted me months although I just ordered another.
Great product, especially for mature skin. I swear by using a lighter less heavy base as one gets older! Worth the money.

I really like this product, and I would buy it again. However I do find that it is little thicker to apply than other tinted moisturisure.

I finally made the permanent switch from laura mercier's TM to this. I love this stuff. It is so light but covers discoloration really well. My color is completely evened out and stays that way throughout the work day. I don't even touch up. Love, love, love

I have been using this everyday for the past couple of years. First bought it when it was still under the Hydraction range until Dior reinvented the product by changing the ingredients and the packaging to the recent, Hydralife skin tint.
There were minor changes in the ingredients, but based on experience, the product does work. I wear it daily to work from morning to night. Since I am not a fan of putting too much on my face such as powders, foundation, etc, I really like how light this product is. It stays on for a long time while giving my skin that healthy glow, plus it covers minor discolorations too.
I have been getting countless compliments to date when I started using this product. Colleagues have been commending how great my skin looks everyday. I think there were at least a couple of colleagues that asked where they can buy it.
I highly recommend this product. Although it's on the expensive side, a tube can last for about 3-4 months (with daily use).

This product would be really great on dry to combination skin. Don't think it would be a good idea for someone with oily skin because it made my face look shiny after 3 hrs. Powdered with Chanel Matt lumiere. I liked it enough not to return it because it gave decent coverage for a tinted moisturizer. Overall not a bad product but I really need to start getting samples first before I purchase things that come with a price.

I've been using a Dior foundation, so for summer I decided to try the TM. I think the TM provides more coverage than the foundation! It's definitely moisturizing, and a little thicker than I thought it would be. I can see how the color range might be limiting (there are only 3 shades), but the lightest shade worked for me (light-medium skin tone). Since it's kind of thick, the only way for me to evenly apply it was to use more than I wanted to, but once I smoothed it on and blended it in with a brush, it looked really good. A friend told me that my skin looked perfect, and she thought I was going bare-faced. It didn't leave me greasy during the day, which was a surprise due to how moisturizing it felt going on. Not sure how this would work on a very hot day...I might stick with the Laura Mercier for summer, and give this another try during the winter. I don't need the moisturizer so much right now, but the coverage makes it worth trying if you do.

I've tried so many different tinted moisturizers...from Benefit, Stila, Josie Maran, Mac, Clinique, Urban Decay, Korres to Laura Mercier and I can say that Dior tops all of them in my opinion. It has medium coverage and evens out my skin tone. I have found that others are too heavy or it doesn't give enough coverage or it breaks me out. It is a little pricey but worth every penny for me. I use this almost everyday when my skin isn't acting up. (I switch this up with chanel vitalumiere aqua) I want to say that I've found my holygrail TM but I'm still interested in trying the estee lauder and the shiseido tinted moisturizers since I've heard so many great things about them. So we shall see....

I bought this product because my skin was getting a little dry during pregnancy and my foundation was emphasisizing those little dry patches!
So i wanted to try something a little lighter than foundation and inject a bit of moisture into my skin.
I originaly went to reperchase the Chanel HydraMax but as i said in my review for that product the colour was a bit too dark for me....and i discovered that was the lightest!!
So, if its not Chanel its usaully Dior i go to.
I took a sample home and loved it, The lightest shade is 1, and seemed to blend in fine. Its lovely coverage. I`ve even worn it out all day instead of foundation...the coverage is that good!
Its silky and moisturising without being greasy. On the days i have worn it as foundation i`ve set it with a little powder and its stayed fine!
Im not sure how it will wear during the summer (when it gets hot my oily t zone gets worse)! But as im having a baby this June i figure it`ll be easier to slap on, rather than having to worry about blending all my foundation on! So its time saving!
The bottle is nice and squeezy, unlike the Chanel one. So getting the last of the product out wont be a problem at all!
The finish is soft and dewy, on the back of the bottle it says it has" light diffusing particles for a natural and visibly enhanced complexion"
Its other bonuses are it states "All skin types" and it has an SPF 20!
If this is as good in the summer as it is now i will re-buy instead of Chanel again.

I wasn't interested in the old formula because back then my skin was of combo oily formula. Now my skin is a lot drier and I've been scoping around to look for things where I can actually wear makeup without it being flaky.
This helps my dehydrated and/or dry skin. It kept my flakes at bay all day (without setting the TM.) It blended with ease, and it did not change in color (as in oxidation/orange-ing) on me.
It sits quite heavily at times.
It doesn't LOOK heavy, it looks like my skin but dewier/a bit shiny at t-zone. But it wasn't an oil-slick on me.
I would try this again with powder, and edit my review.
However, I may do this after I tan because...
As everyone has said. The lightest shade is too dark for anyone past NC30. I think this is quite absurd. My skin is NC25 and it was still too dark for me. Really? :S
The fragrance had no problem with my sensitive skin. And my skin usually flares up easily!
No breakout either.
*would buy again if it matched my skintone

Did not like this product at all. Was actually looking for the hyped TM that the reviewer two below this one was talking of. This seemed to replace that. This went on cakey, sticky, and barely covered anything. Didn't feel any extra moisture and absolutely could not wait to get home to use my Korres emulsion and remove any history of its presence. Dior has a decent thing going with their Airflash and definitely their lip products, but this is just horrible. Don't waste your time in applying this or your money in buying it, and stick to something surefire, some thing like Tarte's Smooth Operator. Nothing could top that one.

I bought this based on the good ratings of its predecessor. I like the fact its an all in one product and has a good sunscreen. Color wise I got 1 which is a reasonable match for NC25 (compared to say chanels which I tested and that was orangey). Texture is smooth and feels very 'nourishing' going on but the big issue is that it is sticky. And needs frequent blotting, in fact its just like wearing sunscreen.
I will probably save it for winter when a good moisturising product is needed, for summer the excessive blotting is just too much. I may have to hunt down the old hydraction to try, given the rave reviews.
It was 38 euros, in a pretty blue tube, 50ml.

i was a **HUGE** fan of the old HydrAction tinted moisturizer. i was very sad to see it discontinued, but was excited to pick up this newer incarnation.
however... disappointment. Dior, why ruin something so good??
here are my issues:
1) color range. i used to wear a 2 in the old Hydraction (there were 4 colors). i am quite fair, but this matched my skin well. the new hydralife only has 3 colors, so i bought the lightest. interestingly, i find it too dark. in the daytime it takes a very careful hand to make sure i don't have color demarcation at my neck. for night, its okay
2) texture. okay, EW. the old hydraction felt fresh and dewy. this feels sticky. so sticky that it is harder to apply bronzer, blush or highlighters on top. this flaw is the huge disappointment of the product.
i would give this a lower rating, but it looks pretty on if you work with it. that said, i would give it a higher rating if it wasn't a sub-par replacement for a formerly terrific product.
