I bought this eyeshadow because I had a $2 off any Revlon product. This looked so pretty and inviting that I just had to buy it and I had high hopes for it.
It looks gorgeous in the package and it IS gorgeous, but I find it very hard to work with. It doesn't blend well and definitely works better wet than it does dry. Little to no product comes up onto the brush when it is used dry.
It goes on smoothy and stays for a long period of time, but overall I just don't like this eyeshadow.

This color was amazing to look at and it was on clearance, so of course I got it. Alas, the amazing color did not live up to its looks. It is actually quite sheer, so you have to really pack it on to get the effect. It also faded (over primer) in a few hours. Even if this was less than a few bucks, it is going back. The other satin Revlon e/s I got was amazing (Shimmering Sienna), so obviously the quality is uneven color to color. Not worth it.

I have to say this eyeshadow is much prettier on than it is just looking at it in the case. It's a interesting color and very pretty in my opinion. But It seems to be a little messier than my other shadows, if that makes sense, lol. I always seem to be wiping around my eyes because somehow it just seems to rub off. Nice, but will not repurchase.

This is an amazing color. Not the best quality of texture but I didnt expect much anyways - I got it on sale for $3.50. I use it just for the corners of my eye lids and looks great. The only thing, you have to use this stuff a lot, otherwise you wont see the actual shade. Or, its looks just perfect on top of another creamy eueshadow, then the green pigment is really bright and precious. For example, I use light "Pink Freeze" first to set up the base (works just great for me).

FIND IT AT: Drugstores (WM)

PRICE: $4+

FIRST IMPRESSION: This color caught my eye at the drugstore. I loved the name and how the color looked in the pan. I wanted to get more colors but thought I would test this out first. Glad I did.

COLOR: Beautiful teal/ blue that in pictures and pan shows sparkle. I have found that sparkles don’t show up when wearing this shade packed on. Rather the sparkles may just add to the sheen, glossy, pearlized effect that gives the color more dimension. But when it is blended out then all you see is a light sheer blue shade with sparkles. (I have used this to create a peacock look. I use a really good primer and purple on my lid with black on the crease and the blue blended out. Though all the colors together were beautiful, I found I had to keep packing on the color to get a more dramatic true teal/ blue for that peacock look.)

TEXTURE: I find that this shadow is soft. So it’s fairly easy to blend but becomes sheer and loses its beautiful teal/blue as you do so. I find it doesn’t blend into other shadows while keeping its color like you would usually find in most e/s rather it loses its color altogether and all you see is light sheer blue. So you continuous have to pack on the color.

QUALITY: Could be better. It’s like “what you see isn’t always what you get” since in the pan the color is eye catching but lacks luster.

BUY AGAIN: No, only because I bought this over a year ago and use it on and off so there is so much product left. Also though I find the color gorgeous there are better quality e/s.

I bought this product because I loved the look of the color in the package...When I tried it I fell in love...the color is perfectly sheer - great for office wear. You may be unhappy if you are going for a more dramatic look but as an accent color for day time wear it is perfect!!!!

I really don't care for the color blue- in general and especially when it comes to eyeshadows. However, I feel the desire to give it a chance, and this one, I admit, looks really pretty in the pan, it's kind of tealy blue and (as the name suggests) reminiscent of a peacock. Cute. HOWEVER, when applied, it is really sheer (maybe that's maybe what the "satin" tag is supposed to mean?). It looks far less pigmented than you would expect, and while it has a DECENT blendability/consistency, there are better, cheaper drugstore alternatives (ie Wet N Wild). It's so weird because these Revlon "luxurious color eyeshadow" singles vary so much, I have one (brushed copper) that has great pigmentation, whereas "innocent pink", also in this line, is like the worst eyeshadow ever. This one is just "eh". Would not repurchase.

At first I thought that the color is too dark for daytime use. Boy I was wrong! It's a wearable color for daytime (or nighttime) use, I even wore it to the office. It's a versatile shade that suits fair to dark skintones IMO. For people with brown-dark brown eyecolor (like me), this shade will surely make your eyecolor POP!

I must admit I was sold on how beautiful this color looked, plus Jessica B. pic's was beautiful. I was hugely dissapointed. I paid very little for this product, so it didnt matter. The color goes on differently, and it was hard to blend, not to mention shabby, and chaulky.

This is a decent eyeshadow, the color (though as stated is rather sheer) is very nice, and I find it works well for me. Think, soft summery blue-green (i am not sure if it classifies as teal or aqua) rather than the aptly described peacock color. I wouldn't use this for a bold look, but it is great for day to day wear. I think its worth having a small selection "cheaper" shadows when you like to really play with your eye make up. I love to do lots of blending and experimenting but I still don't want to burn through my favorite higher end shadows that I can't readily afford to replace. All in all I don't think that this shadow is too shabby.

The only good things I can say about this shadow is that the texture and the blendability is great... But aside from that, the shadow has low pigmentation--expect a colour about two shades lighter than in the pan to appear on your lids. Was totally hoping for better. Will not repurchase.
