I really like this mascara, it's not wet so your eyelashes don't feel heavy which is a bonus and you can keep applying more layers easily so you can get your desired look. It takes time to get used to this mascara but once you do the double twist is amazing! It doesn't clump at all and if it does the silicon bristles get rid of that straight away! I would recommend that if you were looking for a buildable (which it takes a bit of time to get a desired look), light, volumising mascara then you should buy this! Like I said it's takes time to get used to it but its worth it and makes your lashes just the right length and not spidery!

This is my go-to mascara when i need nice, long and dark lashes. I was somewhat surprised when I saw all the negative reviews and comments for it. It's a good thing I saw them after I had already bought it, for it's the best one I've ever used!
Of course it has its downsides, such as the really big wand and it does have a tendency do dry a bit fast. When I use it every day, it lasts for about a month, which is a bit short. I bought it at the local drug store for about 15$, so I wouldn't say it's a cheap mascara but definitely not among the expensive ones either.
The upside of this mascara is that I get the most beautiful lashes when I use it. It is amazing how big of a difference it makes! I have no idea how it works but it's something to do with the two kinds of bristles on the wand (hence the "double" twist), one kind to make the lashes longer and the other (the silicone part) to make them more volumized.
Overall, it really is a good mascara for me and I am very surprised that others are so unsatisfied with it. I am reluctant to recommend it to others because of all the previous negative reviews, but I don't see a reason why it should make my lashes more beautiful, and someone else's not... I do warn you, though, it does dry out quickly, so if you don't feel like experimenting or spending a fair amount of money every month for a piece of makeup, I suggest you continue your search for the perfect mascara! As for me, I am sticking with this one for a while!

I bought this as it was on offer at the local store and I liked Revlon as a brand. To my disappointment, this is possibly the worst mascara I have come across. I have very short eyelashes naturally, and although the formula is thick, it did nothing but clump them up badly and looking stubby. As time went on, the application became harder as the mascara started drying, and the wand itself is clogged with dry clumps the size of a quarter of the brush. During wear, it was also irritating when it started flaking, as I had it all fall into my eyes.
Overall, this product is a nightmare I would not recommend anyone spend any money on it as it would be a waste.

I wanted to try out some new mascaras, since I've been going back to the same one forever. Now I know why.
The formula for this is extremely DRY. It's flakey, and makes my lashes sooo stiff. I hardly can get one swipe half-way through my lashes without it clumping or drying on me.
Taking it off is a nightmare. Even using waterproof makeup remover. It's like putting glue onto your lashes.
No thank you.

I got this on sale at $7 for one mascara and have only just started using it. The brush is a quite different, and does load on a lot of product on it, but that's not too much of a problem as I use the stiffer brush to remove excess and works fine if I work quickly. I was surprised with the bad reviews and am glad that so far this mascara has been quite good for me.
Update: Unfortunately this mascara stopped working for me very quickly, dried out and became clumpy in no time.

For goodness sake don't buy this whatever you do. I got this as a GWP and tried really hard to make it work, even trying different brushes. It sucked no matter what I did. I threw it away, so don't throw your money away too.

Meh. The mascara itself is fine. I have fairly long, naturally curled lashes that are baby blonde (and my hair is dyed black), so I really only need something to darken them, although I honestly do prefer to have LOTS of impact with my lashes, I usually don't complain much if I don't get it.
What sucks about this mascara is the brush. It's actually a bit painful! When I used it, I felt like it was SCRAPING against the skin at the roots of my lashes. Quite an uncomfortable experience.
And of course, I have two tubes of this because I bought it blind at a BOGO sale.

Being an eyeglass wearer, I haven't used mascara in years due to getting mascara on my lenses. Well, Rite Aid had this $8 product for 75% off and it totaled cheaper than Wet 'n Wild mascara so why not. Wow! The clumping is terrible. I had to wipe the brush a bit before applying the product- and this is wasteful. It did have staying power and didn't flake into my eyes or on my lenses. Maybe I should give it two stars. I purchased for dirt cheap but would never purchase at full price. I may go back to purchase another to have on hand at such a remarkable price. The pruduct itself is nice but I don't like the aspect of being wasteful; I prefer to get more for my bucks.

Horrible - Horrible - Horrible! The concept is great... but the mascara comes out WAY TOO much on the brush and clumps like nothing else in the world! Too bad because the formula is great. I've been taking the brush out of my CoverGirl Lash Blast Length and using it with this formula instead. I can't believe that Revlon thought this brush would work... don't they try their own products before they release them! UGH. =(

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
This is one of the worst mascaras i have ever brought. Ok lets see where to start. The brush is massive and im not even going to try and do my bottom lashs with this. The paste is really think and didnt even out on the brush which left chunky bits of black stuff all over the brush. When applyed my lashs stuck together and it looked like i had 3/4 eye lashs on my eye. I didnt get the water proof just the normal one and it was so hard to get off. I wish i read the reviews before buying this product. I do not suggest you to buy this unless you like black chunks, three eye lashs and scrubbing your eyes till they hurt.

i love the wand....and thats about it...

Revlon's DoubleTwist mascara is a mascara which is supposed to volumize your lashes. I found that the mascara would dry quickly up so you would have to pump the wand back in and out for more product.. The mascara can't last more than 2 weeks if you're an avid mascara devotee. The mascara has a good color of black but the mascara flakes very easily. As for volumizing, it's pretty good and layerable but clumps easily. Like I swore that when I bought a different mascara at the beauty counter, the saleslady was suggesting a mascara remover to me because of the unfortunate results I got from the DoubleTwist mascara!

This mascarra is HORRIBLE,not only does it flake like crazy but the design of the brush is impractical,no matter how careful i try to apply this mascarra it goes EVERYWHERE all over the lids, undereyes,if you like the panda eye look this is deffo the mascarra for you.
By far the worst make up product i have ever used.

Too much mascara comes out on brush. Impossible to do bottom lashes with this brush. When I first got it I quite liked it but my opinion has since changed. I wouldn't buy it again. I think the concept of two brushes in one is good though.

THIS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST MASCARA IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. EVER.
i want to give it ZERO lippies out of 5 but it won't let me.
so so so disappointed. out with the girls one day i bought this on a whim. thought it looked cool with its two different bristles and it was in a little box and everything. sounded pretty swanky too. OH HOW WRONG I WAS.
when the brush came out of the tube it was absolutely COVERED in mascara. you could barely see the bristles. i braced myself and attempted to put it on. it was just like poking a stick in some mud and wiping it on your eyes. it was messy, it didn't coat each individual lash (like the little bristles should have done had they not been coated in gunk) and it didn't separate them either (like the huge comb bristles should have done had they not been coated in gunk). wow. it was like i literally had 3 huge eyelashes that had been dipped in who knows what. it was HORRIBLE. i even tried wiping the excess goop off with a tissue and trying again. nope. absolutely no hope for this mascara whatsoever. and if possible it was even WORSE when it dried. it was rock solid and flaked everywhere and ugh. i washed it off straight away (not an easy task either). i'm so glad i tested it before i went out anywhere! i would have been a wreck! not that you would have been able to notice, because even bawling your eyes out while wearing 10 layers of mascara and eyeliner would have been more attractive. dsjfhsjfhsrjhgfdjghfdjfhs!!! what a waste of money!!!
did they even test this before they brought it out??? how are they still selling it??? i bought it around 3 years ago and it's still in stores!!! WHY???????

THIS IS THE WORST MASCARA EVER. I wished I look @ the reviews before purchasing it, it was on sell so I was like what the heck, how bad can it be? oh dear, it clumps my lashes like crazy, the formula is gross & sticky, the wand sucks and does nothing. I literally had to take ALL my makeup & do it over
Age: 19-24 Skin: Oily, Tan, Warm Hair: Brunette, Straight, Medium Eyes: Black
This is the worst mascara i have ever tried! i don't know how they can sell this! it comes out super clumpy like if its a old mascara. i gave it a try but it just made my lashes clumpy and once they dried i had flakes all under my eyes. The WORST!!!!!!!! this doesnt even deserve a rating of 1 just to see how bad it is!!!
Age: 19-24 Skin: Very Oily, Olive Hair: Black Eyes: Brown
THE WORST MASCARA EVER. I HAVE TRIED MANY MASCARAS AND THIS ONE, IS A WASTE OF MONEY, IT DOESN´T DO ANYTHING AT ALL. NOTHING. NOTHING.
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette Eyes: Grey
I will never buy this piece of junk again! It dried up so fast and it is just most awful mascara. I have tried E.L.F mascaras that have been better than this stuff. This should be illegal to sell in my opinion.
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Normal, Fair Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown
Bought this mascara weeks ago! One word, terrible. What is wrong with this product it's so dry! I've tried lots of diff. Mascaras and this was a bad one. The brush would perhaps be ok only if the actual mascara wasn't so thick and dry. Wouldn't buy this again!!!!!!! Terrriiibbbllleeee :( does nothing.
