I was introduced to Calme during a facial at Supple Integrative Skincare. Calme was suggested for me because I have sensitive skin that tends to redden easily. You don't need very much of this-only about 3 drops to cover the whole face. I put it on before applying makeup in the morning, when I have time to let the oil absorb into my skin. I don't know if it really calms things down as I have not had a situation recently where my skin needed calming or relief from redness but it certainly smells lovely and seems like a great way to pamper your skin. The whole In Fiore line is fabulous.
