I bought the second bottle right after finishing the first. It's gentle to my eyes and washes off even waterproof mascara easily. The price is good also. Love this product.

This is a great make up remover for water-proof mascaras. I have tried several high-end brands but this one works just as well and it is great value for money. On sale, I got 2 bottles for the price of one so I only paid them 3.5 euros each. It removes my Dior mascara (which is very hard to remove) in a few seconds. It does leave a light layer of grease under the eyes but you can easily wipe it away.

this is by far the BEST eye makeup remover ever!!!!! I used to work for YR and when i left the only thing i was going to mis getting a discount on was this stuff! It removes even the hardest eye makeup. I will definatly be purchasing this in the future as soon as i get through the 15 bottles of this stuff i have left in my cabinet!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EXPENSIVE EYEMAKEUP REMOVERS!!!!! I also forgot to say.... U HAVE TO SHAKE IT.... to mix up the separate layers. I dont know how many ppl came into my store saying it didnt work cause they werent shaking it.!!!!

Definitely one of my staples. I have been trying a lot of eye makeup removers, (I mean the bi-phase removers, oil in water stuff that takes off even waterproof mascaras etc.).
They are all good (Lancome, Helena Rubinstein Erno Laszlo just to name a few) but they are expensive, considering that I use a LOT of makeup remover (just because I do not use it only on eyes, but also on the rest of the face, just to take off decently all make up before passing to the washing-scrubbing phase!!)…and honesty I cannot spend the expensive 20 or more Euros for a small bottle, that last me 3 weeks only. So I found in Yves Rocher one of my HG makeup removers! It is as effective as its high-end brother products but at 1/5 of their price! And it's often on sale! I use to pile stock it as I cannot live without this remover.
And the quality is excellent, very gentle to sensitive eyes…a great, great product! Highly recommend!

PS: pls remember to SHAKE the bottle before using!!

Yes, this is a very decent make up remover, and one of the best YR products - I have been through several bottles already. It does not contain any irritants, but I rated it only 4 because there should be more soothing ingredients in a eye mu remover...
Might repurchase again after I am out of my Elizabeth Arden and The Body Shop ones.

Removes everything gently and easily, even waterproof mascara. This is my staple make-up remover and I do not intend to go look for a new make up remover. Just remember to shake before use.

The con is that it can be a little oily/greasy, just use it on the eyes, I wouldnt recommend removing foundation with it.

Price is decent, but Yves Rocher always have great deals/sales.

Packaging is labeled 1 for recycling, meaning it is very recyclable.

I would recommend this make-up remover to others.

This is my staple eye-makeup remover. I do believe that there are some better removers in luxury segment, but at this moment I don't see the point in buying more expensive stuff, as I am quite happy with this product. Generally I Iike the idea of dual-phase removers, and I find Yves Rocher cleanser to be one of the best such removers for its price.

This is my HG eye makeup remover and I've been using this for years (I buy other brands as well but always come back to this). I wear a lot of eye makeup and this one removes everything without leaving any traces on a towel. It is gentle, moisturizing and effective. I don't use the product on dry face (eyes), my routine is to first wet my face with lukewarm water and then use mu removers. Plus, it is cheap, you can usually buy it 2 for 1 and I highly recommend it.

This product is absolutely terrific. It's so cheap, removes all make-up and one bottle lasts at least 6 months. HG

This is my HG eye m/u remover product. I've probably gone through about 10 of these now.

What I love about it:
* cheap - same price range as supermarket brands such as Loreal etc., but quality comparable to expensive brands such as L'Occitane /Clarins/ Lancome.

*does not dry out the eye area, yet is not too oily either (my problem with BiFacil)

*removes heavy makeup without traces - I usually use one cotton pad for each eye if wearing eye shadow and mascara, 2 if wearing heavy m/u such as eyeliner top and bottom and shadow and mascara.

I used to think this was the best eye makeup remover until I tried Bifacil from Lancôme.

What I like about this eye makeup remover is that it's inexpensive and great for sensitive eyes. However I have to use a lot of the product and even so the next morning I wake up with racoon eyes. This does not happen with the Bifacil.

THE REASON: I usually don't wear a lot of mu, just mascara and eyeliner, but I still need to remove them before going to bed, right? I bought this as a replacement to Mary Kays Oil Fre Eye Make Up Remover (and it has passed the test).
THE PRODUCT: Blue, two phase liquid in a bottle that feels much cheaper than Mary Kay's but that nontheless delivers the right amount of product and has lasted without breaking. It's cheap (I pay 79 pesos, around 7 USD, for a 118 ml/4 fl.oz bottle), and as with other Yves Rocher products, you can find it at great discounts. Just for reference, Mary Kay's costs twice as much (not sure about the volume, but it's definitely not double size).
THE RESULTS: Removes eyeshadow easy and quicly, mascara (even if not waterproof) takes some more effort... forget about "express" and "one swipe"... i need to rub (very carefully of course) for a while for it to remove most of the mascara and eye liner. I find this is true for all eye makeup removers I have used over the years, so I am not blaming this particular product. After removing eye makeup I always wash my face with sweet almond oil and remove with a damp cotton pad... so I can't really comment on how the residue feels on the skin but all two-phase removers leave some sort of trace ime. I have not observed puffiness or redness after using this product. This is another average remover, imho, and I don't mean bad when I say average... just that mascara is soooo difficult to remove! I will definitely repurchase (I already ordered a backup), but continue with the quest for a HG eye mu remover.
THE INGREDIENT LIST: Water, cyclopentasiloxane, isohexadecane, cyclohexasiloxane, cornflower (Centhaurea cyanus) extract, Methylpropanediol, Propylene glycol, Hexyl laurate, Sodium chloride, Magnesium chloride, Capryxyl/Capryl glucoside, Methylparaben, Tetrasodium EDTA, Ethylparaben, CI 61750 (D&C Green No. 5)

I've tried many eye makeup removers and this is my favourite so far. It works great at getting everything off. The towel test is very important - I hate when I wipe my face after cleansing, and leave black smudges on the towel. With this eye makeup remover, I don't need to worry about that. It's also very gentle on the eyes, no stinging whatsoever, and the eye area feels nice and moisturized instead of stripped dry. Love it!

Edit July, 2010 - Here I am a few years later, and this is still my staple eye m/u remover. However, I am docking it one lippie because it's not really as perfect as I once thought. I think I wear more eye makeup now, and it takes more work to get it all off. Specifically, I MUST use a second cotton pad with a tiny bit more product to get the last of the residue off. Otherwise, I remain with raccoon eyes no matter how much I rub with the first pad. However, it is inexpensive (always get it at 50% off if you have an YR card - they're always sending coupons and offers) and very very gentle. So close, but not quite perfect.
