What we need to understand is, that this is a PREVENTING treatment! That's what anti-oxydants do! They don't fix too much, but they prevent skin aging! So if you are expecting dramatic skin changes, this is not for you! If what you want is to actually do something for your skin in the longrun, then this(and anti-oxydants in general) is perfect!!
I like this a lot! I use it ONLY at night! Antioxidants should only be used at night , because sun affects their efficacy. It feels nice, without being neither drying nor too moisturising-perfect for my normal to oily skin. I personnaly like the scent too! I've used it for 2 month and while i'm not expecting to see a great difference any time soon (i'm 25 i don't have wrinkles etc either way), my skin does feel smoother, and the fine lines around my eyes look a bit better. I feel like i'm actually doing something for my skin in the LONGRUN, so i'll definitely keep using it.

Derm aox is an anti-wrinkle hydrating serum infused with pycnogenol, vitamin E and carnosine. It also contains vitamin C, known in dermatology to help reduce the signs of skin aging. The serum visibly smoothes the appearance of wrinkles, gives skin more suppleness and unveils it's youthful radiance.daily,it helps to protect the skin from external aggressors, responsible for the signs aging. I use this combined with my redermic R, with that you got:a,c,e wich are antioxydants, wich are great to protect you against the sun, with a sunscreen of course, and helps to repair the dommage done by the sun!So, at night,i use it combined with redermic R. It's an orange liquidy gel,it's really good as an anti-wrinkle treatment as well! Love it!

Pros : Great light hydration ,has some anti redness qualities , helps with darks marks , and radiance love to use after retin-a at night , lasts forever, using 2 pumps a night it last 4 months + , supposed to have anti glycation properties , being a suger junkie I think it helps ,love the way the bottle looks , overall a great calming antioxidant .
Cons :most nights I need more hydration . Love to mix with sebamed clear or photo-c b12 gel for an extra boost , expensive .
Love it have already purchased my 3rd bottle backup.

This is a really great serum for someone who is experiencing a lack of radiance or any dullness. It contains 50% more Vitamin E than most other serums/creams, and 20 times the Vitamin C you are likely to find. Don't be alarmed by the brownish tint to the serum, it gives you lots of radiance. This serum is appropriate for women of any age to use to boost radiance. It neutralizes free radicals before they attack the skin. It boosts collagen and smooths the texture of the skin, helping fight visible wrinkles. Great price too for a great product!

I have used many of the Biomedic products. I have received many from my Dermatologist. They are amazing products. The Retinol 60, DermAOX, Serum, Cleansers are all very effective. I have used La Roche Posay and Biomedic for years. I am 65 yrs old and have very firm, clear skin without dark spots and wrinkles. My eyes are unlined also. This line is all I use.

HATED this product. It was sticky and seemed to leave my skin with a dirty orangey/brown colour. Horrible, horrible. It is expensive for the amount you get so I did try to use it up but gave up after a week cos just hated the way my skin looked. Gonna have to toss it now... 8-(
I have since switched to LRP Hydraphase Essence and LOVE that, as I love all the other LRP products I use.

I've been using this for a couple of months now. I apply it to clean face, let soak in and top with the moisturizer/sunscreen that came in the value pack(which i love, btw). I can't say that I've seen major improvements, but it doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't sting around the eyes, doesn't ball up, smells nice and the texture is very light. It took me a while to get used to the color, it reminds me of old vitamin c serum, but it does give a glowy look. I feel like I'm doing something to prevent wrinkles and spots by using it. I'm afraid LRP will stop offering it in the value pack, so I just ordered another set!

I found this to be a nice serum, but nothing to write home about either. I always used it in the morning under my moisturizer or sunscreen or both. For me, it doesn´t really provide much moisture, but that is not its main purpose anyway. I like the feeling of protecting my skin with an antioxidant, and therefore it is actually a good product. But it left my skin a little bit sticky after applying it, and I was actually always wondering if there is maybe something better on the market, because I´ve heard of strong antioxidants from green or white tea, or coffee-berry, goji-berry, acai, or just vitamins C & E…However, in the product description of this serum, I didn´t find any of those, so I wondered how strong the antioxidative effect actually is. The ingredients which are described in the product description are not really well known to me, so there remains a little doubt. Though I didn´t have any negative effects with this serum, there were also no positive effects apart from the protection it is giving (for example hydration, calming of redness) which I had with other serums, so I probably wouldn´t buy again.

Love it! It is an amber gel that goes on very smoothly and is moderately moisturizing. In addition to the antioxidants, it has Carnosine, a molecule stemming from diabetes research that is said to inhibit the glycation process. I keep hearing how sugar causes sagging and I'm a sugar junkie so I'll try anything to let me keep having desert! It comes in a pump, which is great. Perfect to use under sunscreen, although I do not like the La Roche Posay U.S. sunscreen that came in the "value pack" I purchased this in. Added plus: I think the yellowy-amber tint helps a bit with redness.

I can't believe I am the first one to review this product!
I am on the fence about this product. My skin did seem firmer using it but it also caused mild irritation on my cheeks. Also the product gets stuck on the dispenser and looks dirty. La Roche Posay says that it is normal for the product to darken over time and it will not alter efficacy, but this is a vitamin C product. When ascorbic acid oxidizes it darkens and does lose its efficacy.
I do like the fact that this product contains pycnogenol which is supposed to be one of the strongest antioxidants available, 20-30X stronger than vitamin C.
I do not like the fragrance which I find quite strong.
I am curious if anyone else has an opinion on this product.
