This is my favorite lip stain so far. The color suits me perfectly. I had a hard time using it at first, because the ink doesn't seem like it wants to come out. I don't know what happened - maybe constant use or something - but it works perfectly now. I've had it for months and it's not dry yet. So I think there's a good amount of product you get for the money. The color doesn't last as long as other lip markers (that would be visible on your lips until the next day), but I don't mind that as much. I can easily just reapply. I think other lip stains are too strong and this one is just right for me.
(I haven't seen it in Sephora in a while, anyone knows if it's discontinued?)

This lasted less than an hour on me, had very little pigmentation, and dried out in less than a month. It was not worth the $15 i spent on it.

As a lip stain, I did not expect it to moisturize my lips, so I had to carry around a lip balm. Used alone, it is pretty dry. The variety of colors did not allow me to select one that really matched my lips nor was there any that I really loved, but I wanted to try it out. It smells nice, but it does come off more easily than you'd expect a lip ink to.

I love the color and the packaging but it's very drying and does not last as long as long as I had hoped.

I wanted to love it.. Really, I did. I noticed a lot of the testers had mangled tips, but didn't think much of it, until I got mine home.
It swatched great on my hand, but when I put it on clean, dry, lips, I had to tip it around to get any colour out. Like the tip was too dry. I stored it tip-down for a couple of days, and tried again. It was still dry feeling, but I persevered, figuring if I had to mangle the tip eventually, it would be ok. Well, I put the stain on (clean lips, no balm or anything) I let it set and dry for probably 10 minutes, and then I accidentally licked my lips, and all of it ballled up and flaked into my mouth.
I returned it today, and they didn't give me any issues.
Like I said, I really wanted to love this :(

I love this new lip stain. I know cover girl now makes one. Got it? But this if fun packaging and a sharper tip, to line my lips. And lasts longer I think... and the price is pretty good.

Barely there pink. Unless you have pale lips you're better off buying the darker shades like purples (Peperincino or Carnivora). Nana Star's pink is not visible on the average natural pink lips. Color isn't really buildable either. Does not dry out lips the way most lip stains do. Subtle green floral-fruity scent and virtually tasteless with a slight chemical bitterness, not mango. Would buy again, and in a darker shade. I've tried Cactus Friends and it's really light orange not coral.
