Of all the fake / glue-on nails I have tried, the Kiss brand is by far the best. And they are fairly cheap. I have to use glue-on nails because I am a pianist and I I have a performance or a rehearsal I have to be able to remove the nails (I often apply and remove the fake nails 1-2x a week); therefore, I cannot have salon-done acrylics or gels. The Kiss nails are great. Everyone comments on how great they look and that they look salon-done. I use either the ones listed here, the petites (if I want them really short) or the clear/square tips. They come off easily after a few days by grabbing under the nail near the cuticle area and pulling off gently; if I need to remove them prior to a few days of wear, I soak in 100% acetone. Either way they come off clean and easy. If you have any glue residue on the nail, you can simply use a fine nail buff/file and lightly buff it off OR soak in some acetone and wipe off. The one problem that I sometimes have is that I will get glue on my skin. Since the nail glue is similar to super glue, it will make your skin feel hard and irritated if left on. It took me a while to figure out how to get rid of dries glue that overflows from the nail or gets on my skin while applying - but the BEST way is to take a very rough nail file and actually lightly file off the dried glue from my skin! Works like a charm. I know some people complain about the nails coming off - but duh! they're gonna come off eventually. They're glue on nails! If you want a nail that won't come off, you need to go to the salon and get acrylics or gels. However, if you use the correct amount of glue you should get several days of wear. I simply carry around my extras and the nail glue/file in my purse, and if a nails falls off at some point it takes me a few seconds to replace it.

This is actually a review for the Kiss full cover toenails in the clear/whitish color, but it is the same idea. This product is a godsend. One of my big toenails is very damaged and looks awful. Before I discovered this product, it would go through a long process of building acrylic layers to fill in the gaps and damaged edge of my toenail. Although it looked good, it too a long time and only lasted about 2 weeks. With the Kiss full cover, I do replace every week, but it takes less than 5 minutes to apply and shape. There are 96 pieces in a container with glue. I only use one size, so one container will only last me a month, but for $6 a month for normal looking toenails, I won't complain. I could shape the larger sizes in the package, but I really don't have the extra time to do that, so I just bought bulk order and have a stash to use.

These lasted about a week on my nails and like a month on my toes. Once I stopped wearing them and my nails grew out there was a dent in my nails at the end of where the fake nail was placed. They didnt damage my nails other than that but I dont want dented nails

Love these. I either buy them in the petite or the "real short" size. I don't want my nails to be long, just normal length, cause without them my nails are basically nonexistant. These are easy to size and apply (the petites are perfect if you have small nail beds, it doesnt actually matter how small your hands are, obviously). The only downside is they do sometimes pop off. They are pretty easy to reapply, though if you try to use a nail more tan once the glue becomes too thick on the nail and you have to just get another one. But at like 7 bucks per box not bad. They are not meant to last forever of course. Doesn't destroy your nails like salon acrylics do. Also: I wish they had non-french-tip ones. I don't like the plain white french tip design, so i get these and paint over them. It takes a lot of layers of polish to achieve opacity and hide the white tip. If they were just all clear that'd be even better.

So my co-worker had these on and I asked her where she got her nails done and she laughed at me. She told me her secret and I'm hooked. They are easy to apply as last a week (which for me manicures didn't last that long). I like that you can buy the petite size and they look so nice. I will definitely repurchase.

I purchased the Everlasting Nails to dress up my practically non-existent nails for a special event. I didn't want to get acrylics because they always tear up my nails and I have otherwise strong nails. I LOVE them. They are my go to whenever I need a quick manicure for just a few days. The application was easy, they looked professionally done and the removal was a breeze. I love that they look natural and don't look really thick like acrylics. Plus the white tip is just wide enough so it doesn't take up half the nail like some manicurists do them. I highly recommend them. I did a blog post about them if you are interested in more details: http://sillybeeschickadees.blogspot.com/2011/03/silly-bees-beauty-kiss-my-nails.html

I have gotten so many compliments on these nails. Everyone thinks i had acrylics put on at a salon; no one has guessed these are glue on's!! THAT in itself is worth $5! I bought the clear pink UV type and had very little trouble sizing and applying. The one tip i would give is: make sure not to use too much glue or it will gush over onto your skin when you press the nail down. They feel very comfortable and are the Perfect length (just over the edge of my finger tips). I love that with these you only commit to a week of wear AND they dont damage your natural nails. I will definitely be repurchasing and cant wait to try the other designs!!

I must wear removable nails because I work in medical and we are not allowed to have any length besides super short to prevent bacterial/viral transmission in my state/facility.

Also, the variety of lengths and ability to customize for flat or high-arch nails are a lifesaver for me. If I don't do ridiculous stuff with my hands I can keep these babies perfect and chip free for a little over a week.

Even a professional salon worker was shocked to hear they were plastic.

When I think of drugstore glue on nails I think cheap and well ghetto! After buying kiss everlasting French in short and petite my mind is changed! I've had my nails on for 3 days so far and still haven't had one come off and they really do look great! The glue that comes with the nails is a gel which I love and the nails take less than 10 minutes to apply! Although I wouldn't keep these nails on for over a week or so but they are so cheap you can afford to put new ones on more often and they aren't ruining your nails like salon acrylics!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I hate to get acrylics because they are expensive and dont last! I decided to try this and was not disappointed. For the price, the quality is good, and they are only $5! The application is fairly easy and the nails look natural. I keep them short and square, and they look great. They are cheap enough to where you can change them every week, but mine usually stay one for a week and a half - 2. I highly recommend this if you dont want to spend a lot of money on acrylics and want a cheaper alternative!

I love these nails! I get more compliments with these (I use the clear UV Gel look ones - real short length). I take them off on Saturday and reapply on Sunday to give my nails a breather. I've worn them pretty steady for several months now. They are pretty sturdy and really look great. My favorite thing is they take a fraction of the time to apply than salon nails, while they don't last quite as long, they last long enough to justify the reduced cost, reduced time and how great they look. I always carry a little tube of glue in my purse in the event one comes loose. One of my favorite products EVER!!!

A new found love! I remember the look of glue on nails..I think we all recall the horrors of them...from years ago. The ones I purchased are NOTHING like that. I bought the Kiss Salon French Nails in the "real short" length...these are also the new(er) ones with the tabs at the tips to help in the application process. On my fingers, the tips go just slightly beyond the edge of my fingers...so they are where I would normally keep the length of my natural nails. I decided to buy these because I've been on a painting-crazy-colors spree for several months now, and they're horribly stained. And I don't want to wait for the grow out process to have nice, polished looking nude nails. These look just as nice as if I were to go in and get a salon manicure with acrylic. Granted, they won't last the typical 2 weeks of acrylics, but even still are cheaper! I purchased the 24 nails in 10 sizes at my local Dollar General for $2.50! For me, these probably won't be something I replace each and every week, but if I wanted to, they are cheap enough to do so! Plus, they have the plain ones, french tipped, little design tipped ones, etc. There are SO MANY to choose from! I had no problems finding the right size for each finger and applying was a breeze with the tabs. I think I'll be keeping a small stash of these on hand. But please, for the love of your nails, don't rip them off after a couple days or when they start to lift...soak them off!

I'm in the process of growing out my real nails after a vicious cycle of staining & over-buffing. They're so thin & damaged that I can't grow them past a millimeter before they split & tear, and I can't stand it anymore. I need free edges, damnit, I'm an itchy lady! So I bought a big pack of Kiss Active Oval full-cover nails at Walgreen's tonight, and they may just save my sanity for the next few weeks til my nails grow back. I don't wear fakes very often, I can't stand that thick, chunky square look that most of them have, so when I saw these I was surprised. I didn't think they even MADE oval nails anymore. I was happy to find these, they were only $7 for a 100-pack.

This particular style looks very natural & is only a tad thicker than a healthy real nail, and you could actually get away with not painting them as long if you can manage to keep from getting glue bubbles. Application is a breeze- you just clean your nails with acetone, squirt a bit of glue onto the fake nail, and slap it on. What I like most about this style is that they do not look fake at ALL. My absolute favorite thing though about these nails is that they aren't overly curved. That generic hawk-curve look is my biggest gripe about fakes, it looks so unnatural & ugly. Almost nobody's nails curve like that in real life & it's a dead giveaway that you're wearing fakes. These have the same curve my real nails do, and when they're painted you honestly cannot tell they're fake. They're very small & nicely shaped, they look just like my real nails when they grow out. Great success! Will I repurchase when I run out? Definitely.

I bought the Kiss Active Oval nail set and they look beautiful on my hands. First of all, Kiss gets kudos from me for even having oval nails because I haven't seen them in other fake nail brands. They're the perfect shape for my fingers and the length (medium) is nice, too - they look just like my real nails when I let them grow out, only better. At first they looked a bit clunky but I just rubbed a q-tip dipped in acetone over the edges to thin them out so they look completely natural. I think my cheap DIY nails look better than most professional nails. Love them!

I used to get my nails done professionally for years, but got tired of spending nearly $70 a month for acrylics with simple white french manicure tips so I haven't gone lately. I saw a set of the Kiss Broadway French Manicure nails in Real Short Length at Walmart for 6 bucks and decided to at least try doing it on my own. They don't feel "clunky" or like they could pop off at any second and I like how simple they were to apply - I was able to find a perfect size for my nails pretty easily. They honestly do feel like my real nails and I've gotten compliments on how nice they look. I love that it is an inexpensive option than going to a nail salon and because they are much more natural looking than acrylics.

I have the Kiss liquid acrylic and powder kit with clear and white nail tips. I got it @Walmart for $7.99. The first time I did them, they looked a bit messy, but when I touched them up a few days later, they actually look really nice! BETTER than some nails that are out there! These actually looked more "natural" than other nails that I've seen. I have on the white tips right now and used a clear glitter over them. PRETTY! UPDATE: Had to redo the whole set weekly just to keep them nice looking. TOO much upkeep! I'll stick to the glue ons for now on for a quick and easy job.

I'd been contemplating getting a french manicure again just for fun, but hesitated because I didn't really want to have to pay the price for a full set at a salon + deal with the upkeep of fills, possible damage from rough technicians and such. So, I saw the new Kiss Everlasting French nail kits at the drugstore and figured I would give them a try. It was only 5 bucks, and it would be the perfect test run to see if I really liked the look enough to deal with the aforementioned hassle of a salon set.

What I didn't expect was how much I would love the look of them! To be honest, I expected a fairly cheap "glue-on" look. The short length was exactly what I would have wanted at the salon, and they look like they were professionally done - all done within 10 minutes by myself at home.

Also a plus, the strength and durability has been a surprise, as well. I work at the computer and type constantly, wash my hands a lot and have a very needy cat that demands to be scratched at her every whim, haha. It's been almost a week, and I feel no weaking of the glue whatsoever and haven't noticed any signs of wear at the tips. This is very good for a DIY glue kit, as you might already know.

Overall review: Definitely a much more cost-friendly alternative to an acrylic manicure; the same overall look at less than a fraction of the price. Would buy again.

I actually found this bottle of nail polish in the parking lot at our public pool right by my car. The color is Vernis and it is a pale carnation pink. It says "bio-strength nail enamel" and after wearing it two days, I haven't seen a chip yet. It is gorgeous with my tanned skin and the color applies very evenly and in just one coat I have beautiful shiny nails. I never heard of this company but I'm going to go to Walgreens to check out more of the colors available.
