I have the one for blue eyes, and I really like it.
Unlike other inexpensive eyeshadows, I actually find the pigment in this one to be spot on. I don't have to add lots of layers to get the colour to show up.
It brushes on easily, the colours work together well, and it's overall a no brainer to use.

I have the palette for green eyes, even though my eyes are dark brown. I have medium-light olive skin and I like the warmth of this palette. The primer is decent, and the highlight is actually kind of pretty but it doesn't last for very long. I love this palette for the two darker shades. The dark reddish brown is just perfect for my crease. Even though it's got microshimmer, it's not to glimmery for my hooded crease (and it's nice to not have to put a matte color there. The dark purplish brown is nice too, and the two definitely go well together.
As for the other two shades, I'm pretty meh. They don't show up on my skin but the darker shades alone make it worth the minimal price. I have a couple YSL palettes, and the look of these eyeshadows is similar. They won't be rich and buttery like Urban Decay, but sometimes the UD sheen is just too much for me.

I really like the eyeshadows in this palette. I have the one for brown eyes, and I like using the matte brown shade and the matte nude shade to contour and highlight. I don't like the highlighter, because it's too greasy and shimmery and the primer doesn't work that well on my very oily lids, but overall the palette is pretty ok! I'd repurchase it.

The New York Color Bryant Park palette turned into one of those "oh okay I have this" and throw it away somewhere.
To be honest I don't really remember why I bought it in the first place. I was shopping with my friend, and she gave high praise for New York Colors eyeshadows, and I bought this one.
The pigmentation sucks. I really only use the dark grey one at the very top, because that is pigmented like crazy. While the rest, the nice purple and the light shade of grey barely shows up even with a white base count underneath. The councillor that comes with it creases and makes my eyelids oily so never touching that again.
This product is just sitting underneath my eyeshadow basket never to be touched again.

I have hazel eyes and got the brown eyes pallet. I like the colours in this as I don't really like to wear bold eye shadow colours. It's a nice little compact kit. The colours are a good pigmentation and last all day. The only negative thing I would say about this product is the applicator that comes with it, but I use my own. Otherwise, good product!

I originally bought the compact for blue eyes because I saw Michelle Phan's video for "Day to Night Makeup," and I couldn't afford those gorgeous Lancome palettes she was using. This, I must say, is a great compromise to having a nice color choice with comparable colors without having to pay the brand name price. There are four beautiful shimmer colors and a base color and illuminator color covered by a little plastic sheet with labels naming each color. It makes choosing the right combination of colors easy not only because the colors match and go with each other, but also because the colors are all right there in a very beautifully designed compact case. The shadows are sturdy and pressed, thus capable of withstanding bumps, scratches, and minor drops without the shadows breaking and falling out everywhere. It does come with a sponge applicator, but I would stick to basic brushes for the best application. Though these are beautiful compacts, I would not pay more than $5 for any one. What I want to see from N.Y.C. (New York Color) is more colors and a separate liner shade for each of the designs. A very good product for beginners and pros alike!

I have blue eyes with a hint of green in one. The store i bought mine at only had the blue one in smokey eye dark colors and i wanted an everyday look so i bought the individual eyes for green eyes. I love it. It comes in colors that go really well with blue eyes because there is a champagne color, gold, light brown, and a darker shimmery brown. The rimer doesn't work on it's own (hence 4 stars) i use my smashbox green primer first then it works. It blends well.
Honestly i watched a michellephan video and i went out prepared to scour the store for all these colors but was so happy to find this. I have got so many complements since the first application. I wear it everyday

I have 2 of these palettes, the one for green eyes from the permanent collection ("Central Park"), and the one for blue eyes from the 2011 Fall shade statement ("Fall Makeover"). For the record my eyes are hazel, but as a makeup artist I prefer to choose my own shades rather than follow what is dictated to me!
The "Central Park" palette is okay.. it goes on far more yellow-green than it looks, but that works well with the plum. Others have said they don't like the plum in the crease and I agree - I use it mixed with Lise Watier Metamorfix to create a liquid liner instead.
Now the new fall collection I'm thrilled with - the combination of peach, bronze, and soft gold is gorgeous. Wish it wasn't limited edition.
The primer that comes with these collections is great, and I often use it with my other shadows day to day. It's second in my books only to Elizabeth Arden's Eye Fix.
The highlighter? Kinda crappy... I use it occasionally on the high point of my cheeks, but it's nothing to write home about. The applicator sponges suck too, but whatever. I usually use Lise Watier applicator sponges or a brush anyhow.
Overall a great deal on nicely coordinated, highly pigmented shadows. More than worth the $5 price tag!

I have the Green eyes quad, love these shadows, good color payoff and blendability. It last all day with or without primer, what a steal!

I had got 2 of these, one for me and one for my sis. I got the for Brown eyes for myself and i got the for Blue eyes for my sis. I was very surprised! Both have amazing color pay off. The shadows go well with each other. They last a pretty good amount of time. The primer works well also. Makes the shadow last. The primer is a thicker formula which I like because I have oily lids. The high lighter, im not a fan of and don't use. But everything else I love. And its only 5 dollars. :)

I am surprised that this e/s are getting so little loving. I picked them up in Blue eyes 1st. I just had a rough day and wanted smth to perk me up. Well I didn't hope for too much and I was pretty sure it was going to be a waste of money. So when I applied it the next day - I was shocked. It was the perfect amount of shimmer for everyday but buildable for evening. I have dry lids so I didn't experience too much fall out during the day. But the primer provided also helped I think. My favorite is the highlighter that I thinks is really good (and I have NARS Coppacabanna, Benefit, EL, Bellapierre), so I can compare.
I love how it brings out my eye color, making almost electric blue. I like the darkest muddy greenish color to make V in the corner of my eyes for more drama. Easy to blend. to apply and with directions on the bottom and $5 price tag make it my favorite.
I already repurchased the brown set for the smoky look.

I like it, it's easy to throw in mu purse and go out! there is all I need for a quick makeup on the go. I purchased the one for green eyes and the color pay off is great. I like that they included a primer and an illuminator too.

I have this in the colors for brown eyes and green eyes. I have hazel eyes that tend to be blue, blue-gray, and green with specs. Most eyeshadows for blue eyes just don't work for me even when my eyes are blue.
I like both pallets. The shadow blends nicely for me and the green does bring out the green in my eyes. While I use a powder for highlighting, I do like the cream they give for it. I also don't use the primer that comes with this as a primer. It's on the light side and works nicely for my under eye circles instead.

I really like these. I have the Union Square (brown eyes) and an LE Berry bloom. So far I'm liking the Union Square quad they really make the gold in my eyes pop. I'm not sure about the berry bloom one. The colors are so not fitting together. It's very odd, but I like to wear the colors on their own and not together. Theres a deep plumb, dark pink, a maroon, and a cream color. The three darker colors would make good crease colors but who in their right mind would wear them together?!?!?!?! I love the primer in these, and the illuminator is good for highlighting the inner corners and the brow bone. Overall a great buy and I will definitely get my moneys worth out of these quads.

Heard rave reviews on YT about this, but wasn't that impressed myself. Colors are ok. Purplish color does not blend well at all.
I use the cream colored shadow the most as a highlight shade.
Primer is OK - a bit dry but not bad.

I bought this in the brown eyed one. It comes with 2 shadows, a primer and a creme illuminator. I actually think the shadows are really pigmented. I guess it depends on which pallete you get...I haven't tried the other ones yet. But anyways, I think the shadows are good for the price of the pallete ($4.99 Prices may vary). I think the primer is good or almost as good as the UDPP. It does crease after a while, but it was better than I thought it would be. The creme illuminator I haven't tried yet, but I've swatched it and it's just this sparkly, pearly white shade. I love this pallete and I will repurchase this forever 'til I die... or 'til it's discontinued or something. ;D Haha.

The only thing i use in the set is the smooth primer and the illumanator! those are the BEST!
The primer works like a primer
and the illumanator makes all of my eyeshadows shimmer ILOVEIT!
I have the blue eye addition and i think the colours really suck :(

I bought this kit in the brown eyed choice--I prefer neutral matte shadows, so I like the colors. Two of the colors (the two lightest ones) are completely matte. The primer is amazing! I 'test drove' it against my Mally primer. Initially, they looked identical, though the NYC has a drier texture. After about an hour, the Mally product had actually creased a bit, and the NYC looked fresh! After several hours, the NYC had faded a bit (though it never creased), but for under $5, this kit is a steal!
