This is a great mascara, and a great shade. But, before I go on about the color, I must say that I really really love the formula! It is the creamiest mascara I have ever used, and it applies very well. It doesn't do too much for thickening, but it does lengthen a bit. It holds a curl as well, and is resistant to water/tears. However, it does clump a little and honestly isn't really the easiest mascara to remove. It also can tend to give the lashes a stiff, somewhat clumpy look if you apply way too many coats and let them dry before coming through. I was very surprised how pigmented these mascaras were: as great as Diorshow... for a total fraction of the cost ($9.50 as apposed to $22-They also make an exaxt match for Dior's Azure Blue shade!) Tiger Lily is really amazing, and definitely a unique shade that I don't think a lot of people would be willing to try as it's LOUD. It's vibrant red-orange (shows up way more orange on the lashes than it looks in the tube), and shows up very much on its own with no base coats. It really really makes the eyes (especially brown!) stand out. I'd buy again! I want to go back for the blue one now ;)

I have always wanted to have a red eyelash mascara, so I decided to give this one a try. I put it on my lash directly without putting on a base, the color shows kinda orange on my blk asian lashes. I'll go buy a white mascara base for it I think, so I will see if this color works on me or not... but overall, it's a good mascara I suppose.

I didn't like Tiger Lily. It was much to bright and just didn't work for me. After my 4 year old asked me "what happened to my eyes" I decided not to try again.

I loved the color but was sensitive to something in this formulation (I've tried three shades of MAC's Pro Lash mascaras but find them all to affect me this way). I felt that there was a slightly strange/irritating smell to it, and couldn't quite figure it out, so ended up returning it, along with the Platinum Plus (white) mascara I used an as undercoat.

TIP: Buy MAC's white mascara at the same time and apply a light coat of that, first. Let dry and apply the colored mascara over it -- it definitely makes it MUCH brighter!

This is a red/orange color. The color says "look at my eyes" without coming off as boldy as a blue, pink or purple color would. I really think I'm going to have fun with this!

Here's a cool look I made with Tiger Lily after I got my haul home:

I put on the Tiger Lily color on the inside half of my lashes and black mascara on the outer half and the bottom lashes. It looks really cool!!!!!

I was inspired by the colored false lashes I saw at MAC today!!!!!
