holy batman this lipstick stays PUT. Out of all the lipsticks I've ever tried this one has been the most lasting lipstick ever. It lasted almost the whole work day without touching up- granted it was an insane day and i didnt have time for lunch (but i did nibble on snacks so it lasted well through that!) and barely had time to go pee. When i finally *did* have time to go to the bathroom and i looked in the mirror and whoa, my lipstick looked perfect! Amazing. Nice formula, non drying. I love it. I want to buy more. The 500 color is great, SA said it was one of their most popular colors. On me it's a perfect MLBB shade, pinky brown. Classy, goes with everything.

On my lips it looks exactly like on line swatch: deep orchid pink. Great consistency. Stays for hours.

This is my 3rd lippy in the Rouge d'Armani line. While the packaging is great - love the magnetic snap when you put the top back on, the quality of the lipstick is amazing. It goes on soft and creamy. You do need to be careful when applying as it adheres to your lips/skin. This is good when you want a lippy to stay on for most of the day, but not so good if you are applying in the car and get a little on the outside of your lips.
The colour of the Pink 500 is gorgeous. It's a darky pink that you can wear with just about anything. I will definitely repurchase this little gem once I've finished with my current tube.

I spent ages with the MA finding a lipstick shade- im really fussy when it comes to lipstick, i usually stick to balm.
There are so many beautiful shades in the rogue d'Armani collection, i wanted so many but i finally settled on this one. I would described the colour as a deep mauve pink with a touch of brown. My lips are quite pigmented (mid mauve pink) so its just a touch deeper than my natural lip colour. I like to pat the lipstick on for a soft look, making my lips look like im not wearing much. I like the formula, its quite creamy but the best thing about it is the lasting power- it last quite a while. When im wearing it, i hardly have to touch up the colour.

I love the rogue d'Armani lipsticks, im building up quite a collection; not bad for someone who isn't really a lipstick lover!

I was initially attracted to the swatch for Pink 500, although I suspected the swatch was wrong. They always are, which made for a 250-mile roundtrip to see these latest Armani lipsticks in person.

The on-line swatch had Pink 500 as a deep orchid color, the likes of which I hadn't seen since the old Anna Sui line, which was dense with muted, neutral purples. The possibility that such colors existed again was the reason for my trek; neutral purples do wonders for my complexion.

As it turned out, Pink 500 was a brown pink, the brownest of the pinks in the extensive Rouge d'Armani range (not all colors are in-store). It's a medium rose that is at its most flattering as a daytime color. On its own, I wouldn't have purchased, but as it happened I was wearing the remnants of Mac Viva Glam III and over this base Pink 500 was a stunner.

Rouge d'Armani lipsticks are excellent in terms of creaminess, application, and wearing power. I'm a MAC fan, but this new Armani outperforms both the dry MAC and the powdery Lipstick Queen and applies more smoothly than my difficult Chanels and Guerlains. Color wore off evenly and the stain lasted for half a day. They are somewhat like YSL Rouge Volupte in terms of coverage and creaminess, but without RV's "shrinkwrap" texture. Closest to them would be Guerlain Rouge G, which is fifteen dollars more.

This is not to imply that Rouge d'Armani is inexpensive. It isn't; it's a luxury lipstick product. It's probably too expensive for me to be using as anything other than an HG solo color, but I am loving the way it softens the appearance of my starker purple colors by means of its versatility and tonal alliance with what is already in my wardrobe.

Best of all is that Pink 500 makes my lips look fuller. That's the magic sales bullet each and every time.

And there is that satisfying click of the cap when you replace it on the tube. This was all the punctuation I needed. This lipstick means business.
