some time ago this lipstick did not use to be my favorite, because i was more into very sheer nude colored ones. but now i carry it around in my handbag all the time because it adds colour to your face when you look tired for example. and of course it's never too bright, just right because its almost my lipcolor.
for me it suits best with a reduced eye make up.

This is a mauve, pink lipstick. It's a pretty color, but not special enough for me to want to reach for it a lot. It can look kind of flat, so I think I need to find the right pink gloss to pair it with....because while flat, it looks like it has potential.
I'm NC50.

I wanted to be in love with this color, by description it should have been a winner. I do gravitate towards cooler colors, esp with pinks and mauves. This color was gorgeous, reminded me of fergies viva v special edition but this was a little more sheer. Definetly a neutral color, not bold or overly stand out but nice & sweet. I think darker hair and olive complexions are better suited for this. Im a NC25 Mac pale and very fair, so It doesnt add a lot of color.

Neutral toned berry pink with warm brown base (mauvey quality) that is very pretty & appropriate for spring.
I wore it with a lilac blouse & it was a very feminine look. I'm not really into pinks or mauve since they tend to run so cool, but this was lovely. It contrasted nicely with my golden undertones. It's a lustre so it's soft, moisturizing yet pretty pigmented!
For warm girls, this will not be the MLBB that our cool toned sisters are stating but rather a mellow pop of pink. Worth coppin if you run across it.

I love this shade, absolute favourite. It's pretty close to my natural lip colour, just a little bit more pink. Which is exactly what I was looking for. A lot of people said they didn't like it on it's own, but I have to disagree, it looks extremely natural for days I don't want in your face makeup.

The previous reviewer stated exactly my feelings about this lovely lipstick. At first, I was sort of "meh" about it and then I realized that while it wasn't "showy", it was a very flattering "MLBB" shade, so much that I can even reapply it without a mirror if I have to. Very moisturising too. I'm glad I got 2 of these because, once again, they were Limited Edition.

This is a pretty mauve shade - similar to the inside of your lips. The problem is, it's just a little 'too' mauvy for me. I really wanted to like it, though, so I put Pink Lemonade MAC gloss over top and it turned into a nice pinky peach shade that's quite flattering. So, alone...no.
I like Cosmo, which is a tad more peach-y rose, but I'm still looking for the best all around lipstick I can wear alone!

I love this lippie - it's a lovely pinky-mauve that is a darker shade of my natural lip colour so it gives natural looking colour, and is nice and moisturising with a little bit of lustre. I like this so much I'm wearing it on my wedding day!

At first I was apprehensive because Laugh a Lot looks like a very deep, brownish shade in the tube. However, on my fair pink lips it's more of a berry colour. It's dark enough to give a pop of colour, but not too deep by any means. I wear this when I actually want my lips to stand out, but not be loud. I also like the texture of this lipstick, it's one of my better ones for keeping lips moisturized and being workable even with dry lips. Definitely a winner.

I love this color. It is difficult for me to find a lipstick shade that I like. This is definitely MLBB and I adore it. The lustre lippies are my favorite formula, as I like the slight bit of sheen this gives my lips. I am sad that this is being discontined, so I bought two.

This is an absolute perfect MLBB colour for me. It's slightly darker than my natural lip colour, so it evens them out and defines them nicely, while adding a pretty sheen. Love the lustre formula, too.
If you have fairly pigmented lips, and are looking for a good everyday lipstick, definitely check it out.

Absolutely my HG everyday lipstick - I already bought 2 backups and may buy more just because I never, ever want to run out of this! I swear, I have bought so many lipsticks looking for this exact shade.
There's nothing "wow" about this colour, but it just looks perfect: subtle and natural but not *too subtle*. I could wear this every day as it's not too much for work. I find it has decent lasting power and a nice texture. I wear it with Dervish lip liner and just a dab of a pink gloss (like Cultureclash from the Spring Colour Forecast collection) and I absoloutely LOVE it. For reference, I'm a little lighter than NW 15, with pink undertones, red hair and green eyes.

It's a pity this product is so under-rated. This is a really pretty pinkish mauve lip colour with a tint of purple. Very pretty indeed for spring and very wearable for all occasions. Also, the lustre formula gives it a a nice slightly glossy sheen. I'd recommend to anyone to give this a try.

I got this color as a B2M shade and I am NC15. I love it. Gives a nice pop of color on my lips and makes me look like I tried that day... I really wish everything was not limited edition since it will take me forever to use up and then I will want more. At least with MAC another will be around the corner. The color shows up as a darker berry shade not too bright.

From the initial swatches released online, I knew I wanted this shade. However when I swatched it I felt it was okay compared to all of the other lippies relased in the spring colour forecast collection and skipped it. Upon a second visit to MAC, I swatched it again and went on a whim and picked it up. I'm completely glad I did.
On my deep pink pigmented lips, it shows up as a semi-bright mauve pink. Definitely a my lips but much better shade! I can see myself grabbing this for days when I just want a nice light pop of colour. Lustre finishes are one of my favourites as I find they do give a slight sheen/glossy kind of look. I would say Laugh a Lot is semi-opaque.

I love this lippe! Im nc20,and it seems im gravitating towards more neutral pinks. This one looks like a berry color but it is def.mauve-ish and brings out a sweet, polished lip.The color is noticable but not over the top.Being a lustre,it gives a nice shine.I love this with the new lipglass,Cha Cha.Amazing combo..might need a back up!

This lipstick is LE as are all of the MAC lippies which I've owned and now own. My skin is NW20 and it seems that only LE from MAC look good on me; this lipstick is no exception. It's a mid-tone mauve which leans more toward the berry side than plum or the dreaded dead-of-night shade which I found in BB mauve shades (except for the pale mauve one). It's creamy and while it doesn't last very long, the look is very natural so that it wears gradually. It's a very good basic for me since I have pigmented lips but, as the previous reviewer said, this shade bumps it up a notch. It has shine to it, not shimmer. I can wear it for dress or casually. It didn't get much fanfare in the new Spring Forecast Collection but I'm very pleased with it, quietly pleased, I guess.

This is a limited edition lipstick released with the Spring Colour 1 Forecast collection in February 2010. This is probably my favorite lipstick out of the 4 Colour Forcasts. The color is quite natural looking. I would say it is very close to the dark pink color inside of my mouth. I already have well-pigmented lips, and this lipstick kicks the color up just a notch and makes my lips smoother and slightly shiny. I am NC30 (yellow undertones), but I definitely could see this shade working on almost everyone. Love!
