If you sniff the bottle, you'll face an incredible scent! It's fruity FRESH, like watermelon and laundry. Oh so good! But what an disappointment, it didn't work with my body chemistry at all. :( I wished it would've worked. And the bottle is really beautiful and Pure. So I recommend this to everyone who is looking for something beautiful and fresh, something for spring/summer. So try it out and enjoy :)

Today I was in cvs and I was looking for a new perfume as I owned to dkny but not were them I was looking for a scent that was still soft for everyday the bottle was eye catching hmm wonder what this smells like I asked the employee for help and I asked her for dkny pure I used my daughters wrist and Omg it smelled so familiar it reminds me of one of Victoria secrets white foggy bottle it kind of smells like the men's Hugo boss but then it has the girl light musky scent to it eye loved it . Only down fall is the package is hitious lol but the product is amazing :)

I disagree with the comments stating it smells sweet or like vanilla. Pure DKNY is a laundry and clean type scent to me. I don't find it to be anything special or memorable. When I got the fragrance as a sample, I found myself just tossing it around. I will not purchase.

OMG, I love this smell, no matter what people said, not to sweet and young, elegant, perfect for summer, it's my style!!!!!!!!! Specially summer, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it

This fragrance won't blow you away but is very inoffensive. As said, it has a clean scent, though I can't smell any type of vanilla as advertised. I don't love it and don't yearn to smell it but when I wear it I find it pleasant. It's a nice fragrance for work or a day at the beach-very casual.

As a few other reviewers have stated this is a wonderful light clean scent. This scent lasts a very long time on me and I do not notice a lot of break-down in the scent over time as I have with some other fragrances. This is one that I will certainly be repurchasing.

My mum owns this perfume and lets me borrow it. The first time I wore it I fell in love with it and wore it loads, but, after a while I got tired of the smell and the smell became too sweet for me to wear anymore. I haven't worn this in almost a year because I have found better perfumes to wear which don't make me feel sick when I smell them. It is a nice perfume if you like very strong, sweet scents, but I don't so I never wear it anymore. I'm actually glad that I didn't buy myself a bottle after falling in love with my mother's!

really liked this fragrance from the first time i smelt it.
its fresh & smells like clean summer cotton mixed with vanilla & sugar. it has a comforting smell to start but then the soft florals come thru.
i would recommend this predominantly for spring or summer however i have no issues wearing this over the other months too.
i really like this fragrance however i dont like the staying power...so i would not purchase again. i find this is a problem with the majority of dkny fragrances - expensive with no staying power! unfortunate

Well, this didn't work for me. It was pleasantly fresh at first, but then turned into more of a masculine scent on my skin. My husband thought I had used axe spray. Sure wish it would have worked for me.

I really love this perfume although find that it doesn't have any staying power. I also found that it only seems to have 1 layer to it, so the scent get's quite boring and samey after a while. However, I still like it. It's sweet, timeless and a reliable scent to go back to.

I loved this fragrance because its clean and light BUT has no staying power AT ALL!!! it very expensive for a bottle that is recycled u would think it would be cheaper but actually more expensive than other fragrances. and this is fragrance does not last at all sadly. I really do like the clean scent but i cant smell it after i spray it. u have to use alot of this perfume to be able to smell it later. I got bcbg new fragrance instead...cheaper bigger and smells stronger and lasts all day!

This is one of my new favorite fragrances! It is the perfect scent for spring and early fall, when I want something that's in between heavy and light. I'm not the best person to describe scents, but there's a hint of vanilla on me mixed with florals. I'm a sucker for vanilla scents, and this definitely works with my body chemistry.

This smells soft, cozy, and Heavenly. Warm without being too heavy for the warmer months we are currently heading into. Fresh without being too prickly for your nose, making you feel like you might sneeze your head of within 20 seconds of sniffing it. Floral without being too insubstantial. Vanilla and sweet while still being light but not overly girly. Overall a very, clean and very well-balanced scent that is seasonless. I personally like this for casual, everyday use, but I think it also could suit a nighttime occasion in the warmer months when most night perfumes could be a bit too much for a sticky night. A favorite for sure. And, I love the various "good" components of these fragrance. The recycled glass bottle. The ingredients sourced from various developing nations. Overall a win. My only small gripe as while the lightness and airiness of this fragrance is part of its charm, I wish it lasted a bit longer, but since for me this is mostly a "day" scent, I really can't say too much about that, especially when buying another bottle will just benefit the causes this perfume helps to support even more. I will definitely buy again. Have also tried the Verbena version and liked it and would recommend trying it as well, but to me, that scent really seems only workable for Spring and Summer, not all year-round like this one. But I may end up getting that one too. Just decided to start with this one first!

I only reach for this one on occasion because it's not my fave.... but I do like it at times. I think the "vanilla in a drop of water" description is misleading because the vanilla is barely noticeable, IMO. It's nice but smells a little strong and "perfumey" if used with a heavy hand. Love the simple but elegant packaging.

This product is VERY nice! "Pure" isn't the first word that comes to mind when I wear this. Clean comes to mind. It does have a very basic floral scent, but the staying power is mediocre, hence the missing lipstick. I would totally give this perfume a five if the staying power were better. The scent wears off after about 2-3 hours. Isn't this supposed to be eau de parfum? Not eau de toillete?

This is my go to fragrance for this winter, it's a really warm and feminine scent, I love it! it's pricey though but it lasts forever!

i went to kohl's with family members to give them company. i smelt it and fell in love.i bought the 1 oz bottle. now i am regretting for not buying the big bottle( it was wayyy to pricey) . its a very fresh , clean and sexy smell. my only complain is that it does not stay for long time. i cant smell it anymore after 4 hours ( which is pretty bad for brand name perfume). but i will still buy it again. i wish they would make it a EDP instead of spray. it would last longer then.

This is a pretty "pure" scent, so the name is fitting. It's not too complex, it's a nice, sweet smell that's good for every day. To me, it's not as candy-sweet as some of the other popular scents like Pink Sugar, but it's still light enough that it doesn't fall into a rich, caramel-sweetness either. My only complaint is that it's not the most long-lasting, but it doesn't disappear completely, either.

Dkny pure is clean and warm. It smells almost a little soapy to me, but not in a bad way. It reminds me of fresh clean sheets, and just stepping out of the shower, and vanilla flowers.

It's very different from scents I usually wear (chance eau fraiche, givenchy play for her, aqua di gioia) but that makes it very refreshing, it's almost a wholesome scent.

I wear it on sundays when I am at home in a big comfy sweater relaxing, or with the family for brunch etc.

I love the simple clean bottle design.

First off, I'm not really into perfume, but PURE is simply delightful. The smell is clean and fresh. I always get compliments when I wear it. I hope Sephora will soon carry the rollerball version as its easier to take with me on trips or just in my make up case.
