Not for sensitive eyes. This irritated my eyes very badly and made them burn. I also ended up with styes that took over a month to get rid of. This has never happened with any mascara I've used before.

I love Elf and you can't beat this mascara, especially for the price. I paid $4 for this and it's probably the best drugstore mascara I've ever used. Separates lashes nicely, provides lots of length, holds a curl well and doesn't flake. Would definitely repurchase.

There are some wonderful reviews below so I will leave mine brief. This is a great mascara, light-medium weight formula. Works well with my lashes (love this on my bottom lashes) and holds my curl which believe it or not, not all mascaras do. My only gripe is the wand is a little flimsy. I bent it going back in the tube but not like I would not repurchased based on that. I think everyone needs to try this little gem. As I said on another Cover Girl mascara review
I am done with expensive mascara gimmicks that promise the moon.

I love to buy cruelty-free brands as much as possible supporting them & elf makes it easy w their gr8 products & awesome prices like this product. I received my mascara thru my elf subscription box & I'm loving this mascara! It does not clump! I use it w elf lash primer then this then elf waterproofing top coat for amazing lashes. They end up very dark, appear long & hold a curl. What more can I really ask for? Also buying those 3 products together will only set you back less than ~USD$10 w a few nickels left over. No I don't work for elf, this is an unbiased review as y'all know I'm an elfette elf devotee (affectionately elf dubs their fans as "elfettes") & probably half of all of my makeup is elf about 75% of my DS stash is elf the rest is mainly wnw. This mascara is very black. Did I mention the packaging is sleek & elegant? And I love mineral makeup but it is usually out of my price range. All of the mascaras I've tried from elf were good! I wish this was waterproof but the top coat makes any mascara wear like iron!

I love this mascara. I love almost everything about it. I have pretty thick lashes to begin with, but I felt like they had been breaking and thinning a lot, and I feel like this mascara was gentle and actually helped my lashes grow. I don't know if it did or if it was just gentle enough to not break them more...either way it's a good thing. It it very natural looking while still lengthening and volumizing. No spider lashes here. And the 3$ price tag is amazing! The one and only draw back to this mascara is that it does smudge on me a bit throughout the day.

I'm really liking the e.l.f. Mineral Infused Mascara. The first week I kept getting mascara on my upper eyelid during application (there is something about the bristles that is odd) but now I've adjusted my technique with no more issues :)

I normally wear a "polished natural" look... which is why I really like this mascara. It darkens, lengthens and ever-so-slightly-volumizes my lashes in a polished-natural kind of way, without overpowering the rest of my makeup. It really doesn't clump at all, which is what I'm looking for... but that also means there isn't alot of volume. I'm okay with that, but I know some women are looking for volume ~ imho, you won't find it here.

Since the formula is light-medium, I've been wearing a light coat on my lower lashes too... and I really like it. It lasts throughout the day, no smudges, and looks really natural... only better :) Also, I had a few tears the other day, and the mascara stayed put, which is always nice if you happened to get a bit emotional sometimes!

The packaging is elegant and streamlined and looks "pro". I love that it's inexpensive and that I'm not at all embarrassed to have it in my kit (unlike other mascaras with wild shaped/coloured packaging that looks designed for pre-teen! No offence against pre-teens (I love you all!)... but I'm 40 and an elegant touch is important to me these days. xo

Last point, a cruelty-free (never test on animals) formula is essential to me. As products run out, I'm repurchasing only natural/vegan/cruelty free going forward... E.L.F. is certified on the peta website, which is great.

I definitely will purchase this mascara again. Thanks for reading!

Love it. Excellent for my short, thin lashes. Adds a surprising amount of length and volume in a really natural way. No clumping, no flaking!

this mascara doesn't get clumpy...probably because it's virtually impossible to build. it's a great mascara if you like minimal makeup and will enhance your natural lashes w/o making them look like they actually have makeup on them. i'd say this product is like 50% darkening, 30% lengthening and 20% volumizing. altogether not a very exciting product but it doesn't flake and it's almost impossible to f**k up.

I'm a big fan of this for everyday use because it looks SO natural (while still managing to make a conspicuous difference) but I do prefer to use something more intense/dramatic for special occasions or nights out.
