After watching some raving reviews about this on YouTube, I had to get this. I now wish I hadn't wasted my money as this makes me look like I have fine lines in places where I have never seen fine lines...even without makeup. I am trying to use this up by putting It on top of Benefit Boi-ing. It gives a tiny bit of highlight after it dries. I won't be repurchasing.

Despite the mediocre reviews on MUA, I decided to pick this up at Ulta with Neutrogena's Healthy Skin foundation as part of their BOGO 1/2 Off sale. After trying it for a few days, I am shocked by the bad reviews! Compared to the Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Concealer, which has received glowing reviews on MUA, this concealer is smooth and ultra blendable. Although it sacrifices a bit of coverage for that moisturizing quality, I think its worth it not to have cakey undereyes. And although it is a bit expensive, I definitely plan on repurchasing if I find it on sale again.

Yet another drugstore concealer floparoo for me. To be fair, this has some great things to recommend it--the colour I picked up [light] is a peachy shade that's ideal for counteracting mild under-eye shadows and hard to find in the drugstore. The packaging is sleek and convenient--a silver, twist up pen with more product than many similar offerings from L'Oreal, etc, which somewhat justifying the high price. However, it falls short in 2 important ways, coverage and finish. The coverage is sheer, best suited to a younger, line-free under-eye area with minimal darkness. I can get away with sheer coverage sometimes but the deal-breaker is how this makes my under-eye area appear dryer and accentuates fine lines, even after gobs of eye cream. Perhaps it's a better fit for an oilier, young skin with minimal dark circles.

I couldn't agree more with the person who said this is NOT meant to be a concealer. It is the same as YSL's Touche Eclat, which is to say it is an eye "brightener." It cannot completely cover up dark circles--it does not have that kind of opaque, thick consistency. All of that being said, I used to be a devoted user of Touche Eclat but it is very spendy. Then Revlon came out with Luminous Touch (or something like that), which was truly an exact duplicate of the YSL. Of course it was discontinued. And then I discovered the Neutrogena. It is slightly less pigmented that either the YSL or the late and lamented Revlon but it comes pretty darn close. It brings brightness and a bit of coverage to the inner corners of my eyes, which tend to be dark, and it brings brightness to the area under my eyes. It does not completely cover my dark circles--but I'm not expecting it to do that. When I want to do that I use under eye concealer (Senna).

I bought this hoping it would work as good as my mac moisture cover, but it didn't. I tried this as a concealer under my eyes and as a brightener, both ways my dark circles showed through. I also tried this on my chin where I get some dry patches over my foundation..it was horrible. It dried my chin even more.

Overall, I really like this. THIS IS NOT A CONCEALER!!! This is a brightener. I use it on the inner part of my under eye area where I have a bit of discoloration and blend it out around the rest of my under eye area. I took off a lippie because it does look cakey if you haven't moisturized. I really like that there is SPF 25 in this as well. It's hard to get my sunscreen really close to my eyes without stinging. This has lasted me a while now because I don't have to use much at all. I selected that I wouldn't buy this product again because I get bored and like to try new things, not because I dislike the product.

The only good thing about this product is the packaging.
It looks like it could be a Clinique product because of the chrome looking container.
Otherwise, the concealer itself is not good.Rather than concealing the dark color under my eyes,it made my dark eye circles look gray.
And this cost about $14,overpriced for a junk concealer. There are other concealers out there that are far more better and costs much less.

This product has okay coverage, definitely not full, does brighten under the eyes but is hard to blend and doesnt have a good color variety. I like that it has spf but it isnt water resistant or water proof. The package is nice and sleek but is somewhat unhygienic. Its thick and hard to blend, and probably wouldnt look that great on mature skin. I got this for around $12 dollars which is pricey for a drugstore product, I'd rather cough up another $7 to get something like benefit boing. Ill use up the remaining product but wont repurchase.

Yes this works VERY WELL although if you aren't getting enough sleep youll still notice the darkness around the eyes... and don't use it anywhere else on your face, because it WILL cause you to break out... It's very handy when youre on the go.

I really like the packaging of this product. It looks very sleek and is easy to use. It's very refreshing when applied to the eyes. I find it very similar the garnier anti dark circle roller ball concealer, however this one doesn't do as good of a job. That being said it is a decent eye brightener, but if you have really dark circles or you are used to using a more heavy duty concealer this may not be enough.

This isn't a concealer it is a brightener so I think that is why some people have given it bad reviews. I made that mistake too when I first purchased it. Until I saw the YSL touche eclat. I realized that the two products seem very similar though I don't own the YSL. It seemed to be that their purpose was the same. So I used the neutrogena after my under eye concealer and only on the really dark parts. It made a world of difference. The only thing is that for a drugstore product it is a bit pricey.

So far I like this product better than anything else I have tried yet. I have very bluish, hereditary dark circles under my eyes and have been looking for a good product to cover them without looking too mask like, light, cakey or yellow. This product covers them well with two thin coats. The color I have, Buff 09, has yellow undertones to mask the blue tones of dark circles. The packaging is ok, it comes in a twist up tube with a brush applicator that the product is dispensed through. It can be a little difficult getting the right amount of product. It does have a little window so you can see when you are running out of product which is nice. I would not consider this a "brightener" or "highlighter" in the general cosmetic sense, as it does not have any shimmer or reflects in the formula. It tends to settle a little in fine lines, but I have yet to find a product that doesn't, and even though it does, I have definitely seen worse. I set it with a little translucent powder and it does wonders for my dark circles and dark spots around my eyes. I would not recommend this to anyone who likes full coverage makeup. I would recommend this to folks like me who like to get some coverage while maintaining a natural look. I would repurchase.

Not a fan. Brush too rough for delicate eye skin, could not find a color match in the limited selection. Returned it!

This does brightens my under eye are...does not conceals any dark circles or spots. I honestly bought it for the SPF but I use this on top of a real concealer. The Neutrogena 3-in-1 concealer works best for that purpose. Looks nice as a soft highlighter and the bridge of the nose.
For what it does...def. overpriced. Don't think I'd buy again.

This will give enough coverage only to those that don't have severe dark circles.
I love the fact that it's creamy, doesn't dry out my under eyes and has SPF! =]
I have really bad dark circles so i use a yellow or salmon colored corrector/concealer and put this on top and it conceals me perfectly.

This was a horrible concealer. The shades are limited, so if it doesn't match your skin tone perfectly, then it looks chalky. I'm not a big fan of the packaging either, because you have to twist the bottom to make to product come out of the brush. Besides the shade being off, it didn't cover ANYTHING. Also, it creases throughout the day. I've tried using a powder to set it, and using a primer, but if anything, that made it look worse. I would not recommend this concealer.

This is an awful concealer! First of all, I was expecting something at least somewhat decent considering it was $12 ( keep in mind this is from the drugstore). It doesn't conceal my undereye circles at all which aren't that bad. Now I am fully aware that is technically an undereye brightener, but it doesn't do that either. I feel like it makes me look even more tired because it turns yellow and cakes after about two minutes of wearing it. I would not recommend.

I truly felt like this did nothing. This didn't brighten nor conceal my under eye area. Also it caked compared to others. This just really didn't work no matter how I applied it (brush, rubbing with fingers, patting with fingers, sponge...etc).

I love this product. I am fair skinned so my dark circles really show, and this product lightens the circles and make me look fresh-eyed. I love it so much better than my Laura Mercier I have been using for over a year. You do have to moisturize your eye area before using this otherwise it will get dry.
Overall? For $11 I love it 10 times more than my $22 concealer! Just make sure you buy the correct shade or yes, it will look chalky. It also doesn't take much. If you use too much it will look terrible. I'd buy this again.

This wasn't a very good product. I have extremely dark circles and puffiness under my eyes, and this didn't do a great job of covering anything. I had to twist the thing like crazy to get product to come out, and after I got a bit of product, it was really runny and gooshed out everywhere. I used my fingers to rub this into the skin, as the brush felt very oily for some reason, and it did a 3/5 job of covering things up. Overall, not a good buy. Definitely not worth the $14.50 from Bartell's.
