I didn't find this helped my skin at all, nothing exciting here.

So I used this for an entire month and I don't have any real complaints about it other than I wish it was in a squeeze bottle. There is nothing amazing about it either, as a moisturizer it works fantastic and have kept my face very soft.

At first when I was using it, it did reduce some of the discoloration on my face but after the first 3 weeks, the effects on my skin trailed off. It still gives me a subtle glow in the morning after I use it at night which is nice.

It didn't break me out at all. It was $20 but it last quite a while, I used it for over a month and barely used 25% of it. Overall I like it but nothing holy grail about it.

I got this super cheap on ebay and so far I have no complaints, I also have nothing to brag about either. I do like the consistency, non greasy, no break outs, no fragrant smell either. I like it I have been using it daily and nightly alone...

Let me start by saying that I HATE L'Oreal products. Up until now I have never found one that works, does what it says it will do etc. In fact, I always break out with L'Oreal products. Those experiences along with the negative reviews regarding the Complexion Equalizer on this site, made me VERY hesitant to try it. I kept purchasing a jar, freaking out, then returning it. Eventually, a week ago, I finally opened a jar and started USING it. It is AMAZING!!!! Light, non-greasy, NO break outs, and silky skin. It's too soon to comment on the 'equalizing' properties as yet, but I do look 'fresher' and have had a few compliments this wk, so I will update! Ladies, this IS SO worth a try!!!

This stuff is great! I use it at night since I use a moisturizer with sunscreen during the day, putting a dab on each cheeks and my forehead after I get out the shower. A little goes a long way and it easily absorbs (even though for some reason some white residue always builds up near my jawline and I have to rub vigorously at it so that it'll fade). It's very moisturizing but isn't all greasy and pore clogging. I bought it in November, it's almost February and I still have over half a jar left. It's lightened my acne scars and makes my complexion look bright and fresh (which could also be a result of me cracking down on my product junkie-ism and using less gunk on my face). I was extremely skeptic at first, especially with the twenty dollar price tag for such a small amount, but it really does wonders. Will definitely be repurchasing regardless of if scars are completely gone; it's just a great nighttime facial moisturizer period.

I really wish I had read reviews of this product before buying. At 25, I FINALLY found a routine that worked with my acne, and had been ~3 months without more than a few minor cysts or zits appearing. I decided to pick this up to deal with the hyperpigmentation left over from previous breakouts.

Do not do what I did. Not only did it make me break out in the areas I had been prone to previously (chin and forehead), but I got acne in completely new and exciting places, including one large cyst right on the tip of my nose. That one in particular has left behind a dark circle of hyperpigmentation - exactly what I got this product to treat, and in a far more noticeable place than I have ever had before.

I didn't want to believe that it was related, but after reading the reviews I have no doubt. I stopped using the product after less than a week, and now two weeks later it seems the cysts are gone and now I just have to deal with a few pustules that I hope will be gone soon. You couldn't pay ME $20 to put this on my face again.

Do not use this if you have acne. It made me break out terribly with cysts, which I usually do not get. I can't comment on how well it deals with lines or uneven tone because my face was covered in zits for the few weeks I was using it, and I promptly threw it away.

I was previously an Olay Regenerist gal, but I have to say this is now my HG!!! I have combination skin, cystic acne(gotta love TOTM and stress!) and post-acne redness. This hydrates my skin and does not leave my t-zone oily. I use it in conjunction with their pore minimizer skin re-smoother. My skin is softer, more even-toned and I need less makeup now! If you are in your teens to early 20s DO NOT use this product and expect it to not give you acne. It is formulated for more mature skin(light wrinkles, sun spots, cell turnover)and will most like clog your pores or just plain irritate the bejesus out of it!

I first tried this out because I got a $5 coupon in the mail for it. I didn't think it would do much for my skin but I was pleasantly surprised. I've been using it for a little over 3 months now and my skin is noticeably smoother and more even toned. I even got complimented by a beauty advisor saying that I have a very nice complexion which was a first for me! :)

Not great for my skin...I broke out with cystic acne all over my chin and forehead; something which I've never encountered before. I cannot comment on whether or not this product actually works as I didn't use it long enough to find out. It is moisturizing, and it does have a rather strong scent, but it also has a slight irridescence. I can see how you could get the instant appearance of better skin as the light reflecting particles make the light bounce off, giving an even skintone (like Revlon's PR foundation). The product comes in a wide-mouth jar, which is completely unsanitary---a squeeze tube or pump would've been better. I paid $23.99 CDN for this. I would not repurchase as it did not adapt well with my skin, but it may work for others...

Blech! Too smelly! Not a good moisturizer. I am so upset that I fell for the marketing campaign. If you want a great moisturizer that makes your skin clearer and moisturizer-try Mario B. AHA. My face was a mess with the L'oreal. I'm more upset that I spend the $20 on the product, effort and gas to pick it up.

I absolutely LOVE this stuff. I have been using it for about a month now, and my skin has never looked better. My tone has evened out, texture is so much softer and smoother, pores look smaller. All-in-all, I am thrilled with this product. I hardly have to use any of my mineral foundation anymore. I really only just use a little bit of blush and mineral veil to set, and my skin looks flawless. I've been getting compliments left and right. Definitely recommend. I would prefer a pump rather than a jar, but I just make sure to wash my hands really well before applying in the AM.

I have been using this product for about a week and I can see the difference it is making. My face has more clarity and brighter. I'm very happy with this. I use it in the morning with a combination of things so I think my entire routine is contributing to this as well.

Morning:

1) Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin

2) Skin Genesis for Eyes

3) Skin Genesis Complexion Equalizer

4) Skin Genesis Moisturizer with SPF 15

I use Revlon Color Stay for Combination/Oily Skin. I don't use the press powder as much because it's not that great. I use oily absorbing sheets but I only use one twice a day. I love how this works.

Evening:

1) Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin

2) Skin Genesis for Eyes

3) Skin Genesis Serum Concentrate

4) Skin Genesis Night Complex

5) Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 (use this like the directions say or you will get red marks. I made that mistake but it worked and my pimples went away or got smaller. I used to use Clean & Clear Advantage but it just wasn't giving me the results I wanted).

I use Oil of Olay Clarify and Cleanse Scrub everyday in the shower. All in all something is working and my skin is looking better each day. :) yayy!! :)

I LOVE this cream. I have been using it for about 3 weeks in the morning and have noticed a big change in how even and bright my skin is. I use so much less foundation and I don't look nearly as scary in the am before I put on makeup. It absorbs very quickly leaving my skin very soft. There is a scent but I don't find it too overpowering or offensive. At night I use Differin .3 and on my forhead and nose and Differein .1 on my cheeks and around my mouth. All of my old acne hyperpigmentation has disappeared and really the complexion equalizer is what accelerated this process. I think this will be the 1st product that I use all the way to the bottom of the jar. Speaking of jars, that is pretty much my only complaint, I prefer a pump for hygiene purposes.

This cream is too heavily scented for me and it makes my skin burn a little when first applied.

The screw-top jar is nothing special.

I haven't used this long enough to reasonably expect to see any benefits because it's just too smelly.

Too bad because overall I am happy with the Skin Genesis products that I have used and I was really looking forward to trying this one. I wish I'd saved my receipt...

First, i have combination, acne-prone skin...bought this because i thought it would help even out my skin tone from past acne scarring...although it left my skin super soft, the next morning i had tiny little bumps all over my face (exactly how the previous reviewer described it) maybe i am allergric to something in this too, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. just sucks that i spent $20 and still have a full jar...i'll use it other places i guess.

This made my skin brighter. Usually my skin is flaky, dull, etc., but this cream/gel made my skin very plump and radiant. I have really dry skin and have used more expensive creams yet this one works for me. It isn't greasy either. Absorbs really well. My mom has oily skin and she loves this cream too.

I really wanted to like this. I have a few spots and some redness, and I was looking for something like this to fix it. The first few nights, it made my skin SO soft and nice. After a few days though, I ended up getting little white bumps all over my face. They were a little itchy. I stopped using this product, and they went away. Maybe I'm a little allergic to something in this.

This is supposed to target skin discolorations and improve skin's clarity and brightness. It takes about four weeks, but I have only been using this for two and already my skin looks clearer, glowy and brighter. I will have to give it a few more weeks to see how it delivers on its promises of lightening skin discolorations, but so far so good. Though this is a thick cream it is not greasy and the scent is very light, thankfully. Good Stuff!

Fortunately, this daily treatment cream has a very light scent; unlike the rest of the SG line. The cream is lighter in texture than it appears in the jar and it spreads easily on the face. This contains vitamin C which is a good anti-oxidant and helps to keep skin discolorations at bay. Don;t know about that claim's efficacy on my melasma, but so far, my skin looks and feels moisturized and more vibrant and brighter after using this. Leaves no greasy afterfeel. L'Oreal might have a good thing here, will have to update in a few months to see how this is treating my skin. Appreciate the light scent too!
