This really smells like the beach; sand, driftwood, flora. The dominant notes are sand, rocks. It may be too subtle to succeed but I love it.

Cote D'Amour is a new, natural fragrance that is marketed as a salty aquatic, and I definitely get that, but there is definitely a wood smell there as well. At first it was very similar to patchouli, although less sharp. Then it changed into something like balsa wood (the kind I used to use for crafts as a kid) mixed with a sea-salt-on-your-skin kind of vibe. Very difficult to describe, but I very much like it.
