I found the PERFECT spring pink one a couple of years after it was released. So this is a light pink cream. Slight blue tint to the pink (which makes my slightly yellow based skin look more tan). It went on opaque in two easy coats and has work well. I use CND sticky for my base and Seche Vite for top coat, so wear may be different with different base and top coats.
Long story short, this is a pink that is light and happy while not offensive to even the more conservative crowd.

This is wonderfully opaque for a light pink. It took two coats for me which is absolutely wonderful compared to similar colours from Essie. That said, it went on too thick in those two coats and that posed a number of problems! But with careful application this is an excellent choice for light pink opaque polish. I love the colour but on me (very very pale and pinky cool toned) it was a little bit sickly, but not so much I couldn't wear it. I think it has some light lavendery tones to it.

I'm not a huge pink fan, because there aren't many I find that don't make my hands look red and just odd. This pink works well with my warm skin tone. It is a soft light pink, opaque,feminine....though it doesn't make me feel like I'm impersonating a Barbie doll.

Really pretty pastel pink! Very girly which is just what I was looking for in a pink polish! Two coats get full coverage on my nails, and it lasts quite well.

Something sweet is really the perfect name for this polish, it looks so sweet and cute on your nails! It's a very pretty pastel pink, perfect for the warm weather. This one was a little bit more difficult to apply because it had a runny consistency. But nonetheless it only needed two coats for full coverage. This polish looked great on my skin and it even made me look more tan (which I'm not). I had some cracks after 5 days and had the first chipping after 9 days...which is not that bad!

Lovely milky pastel baby pink colour that really pops on tan skin. The formula was a bit on the thin and runny side for my taste. Obviously there seems to be some inconsistency, as others here have mentioned the formula to be a little thick and goopy. It was okay on my hands, but on my toes the consistency really was an issue. This looks lovely on pale skin as well, though on my feet the colour was a bit too pale to be really noticeable.
This is my first China Glaze polish, so I didn't know what to expect. Two coats give decent coverage on my hands, but I think three would be better for complete opaqueness and an even finish. On my toes even three coats didn't seem quite enough. Make sure you let each coat dry for a bit, otherwise the brush will drag the polish from the previous coat.
I've tried this about three times now and I must say I really, really don't like the brush! It is too thin and too long to apply the polish easily and evenly. It was mostly okay on my smaller nails, but on my thumb and big toe I really struggled with the application. It's just very flimsy, not what I was expecting from a good quality nail polish. I much prefer the Essie and OPI brushes.
Even though the colour is very pretty, I would not buy this again, due to the thin formula, the long drying time and especially the anorexic brush. I'm going to try OPI Mod About You, which is quite a bit paler, and Nubar Oh Baby Pink next. It's such a shame that CG comes with such a poor brush, because they seem to have such gorgeous colours and I was looking forward to trying out a few more. I'm still waiting for Re-fresh Mint and Lemon Fizz, which now I am not so sure I should have ordered.

This is a nice pastel baby pink. As most pastels the formula is a bit thick, but it applies pretty evenly. Needs 2-3 coats for an even coverage. A very sweet color for spring.

This is my favorite pink and one of my top ten favorite polishes. It works so well with my skin tone, and is pastel without looking stark and bold. The formula is great! It is a bit thicker but goes on so smoothly and perfectly with just two coats. It looks great under glitter tcs and as a base for konad as well.

I adore this color! I haven't been able to find a pale pink that doesn't take 5 or 6 coats to show up. This is a two coater and the color is brilliant! Used with seche vite top coat for a perfectly polished clean look. Will be repurchasing! :)

Its a nice pastel pink with a hint of lilac/purple. A very nice spring/summer colour. It goes opaque in 2 coats. lasted about a week with top coat. Like the previous post mentioned it does bring out your tan <3

This is such a lovely pastel pink! It makes a great summer polish. Kind of reminds me of the MAC Lady Gaga lipstick, actually. Kind of a slightly bubblegum pastel pink.
It took about two coats for everything to look nice and even, which is pretty average for most polish. It's a gorgeous shade and applies really well, so would def. purchase again.

My mom actually picked this up at ULTA one day recently and I decided to try it out. It is a nice pastel baby pink. The first thing I noticed about this polish is that it definitely brings out the tan in someone. My mom is lighter than I am, she's an NC 30, I am an NC 37, and it makes my mom's skin appear tanner. It's so pretty. It's incredibly opaque even with one layer, which I love. It's perfect for the summer, very girly, and it's easy to work with, basically a no brainer. It's easily becoming one of my go-to's for the summer.

I really like this color when I first put it on... it's pastel baby pink with a slight hint of lilac (pastel purple), however for some reason I feel that the longer it's one it keeps turning more and more lilac so by the 2nd week, it was more pastel purple than pink... And after a plane ride really turns to pastel purple faster (the very next day) even only have my nails painted for 2 days prior to the flight....

I love this nail polish. The color is a perfect dolly pink that looks good on my white nc15 skin, the application is flawless in two cotes! This is my new summer color!

Something Sweet is a soft baby pink creme. It is super pastel and pale, so pretty for spring. I was surprised by how thick the polish was, it made painting a bit more difficult than usual. It was a bit streaky, but quite opaque. I needed three coats for it to look it's best.
• I am nearly always impressed by China Glaze polishes in terms of both quality and color choices. Something Sweet is so beautiful and fairly unique. Although application was troublesome, chipping was scarce. As always, the usage of a good quality base and top coat is vital.
• I like the brush size of CG polishes, and the packing is neat and professional.
• Three lippies from me, as overall I didn't find the polish rewarding enough after the hassle of the poor application. It is indeed a pretty color, but I prefer Essie's Neo Whimsical more.
• I would not repurchase for the reasons stated above.
• See my uploaded photo above of China Glaze's Something Sweet.

I hate to mar the glowing reviews on this polish, but...I found the application on this polish a little tricky, which isn't surprising since it is a pastel. (Or maybe I just got a weird bottle). I found this to be a little streaky even after 2 coats, but it could be worse. Anyhow, the color is a gorgeous cool toned pastel baby pink with a hint of lilac. It's absolutely beautiful and perfect for summer! I'm glad I got this!

Awesome colour. I really love OPI's Mod About You, but it's such a streaky mess that I rarely reach for it. This one is pretty much the same colour minus the streakiness. I am very glad that I found this colour!!!
