I've got to be on my 4th or 5th bottle of this. I absolutely adore this product. The bottle is nice and dark to prevent sun damage to the vitamin C and the dropper is really convenient.
The product itself works subtly and slowly, I find, but it does work - I'm not using it for anti-aging concerns (I'm still not convinced that vitamin c does much for existing wrinkles and even wrinkle prevention) but instead am trying to fade some hyperpigmentation. Well, after a few weeks, I noticed the hyperpigmentation - from acne and some sun damage - was slowly fading. I also think this *might* be helping with clogged pores. But what this product really does in brighten skin like a mother. Like, I actually notice a difference in the prettiness - dunno what else to call it - of my skin when I stop using this. The only kinda tricky part is figuring out how much product you need - too much will leave you with somewhat tacky skin and then you have to wait a bit longer before adding additional creams or makeup. But that's really a minor problem, not worth taking off an entire star.
I've also gone through a couple of bottles of Ole Henriksen Truth Serum, which I also quite liked. But I'd say this CSI product does the same thing for under half the price. Check out vitacost.com, they usually have good deals. It's funny, whenever I'm looking to add a new element to my skin care regimen, I always liked to start with the most expensive and effective I can afford to get maximum benefits upfront and then replace it with cheaper products. But in this case, I honestly think the cheaper product works fine - no need to pay for expensive vitamin c serums with CSI on the market. :)

I'm on my second bottle. Obviously I like it. Doesn't break me out. Seems to help even-out my skin tone. I'm happy with it so far.
First, I put on the CSI CoQ10 toner. Then the Vit. C serum. Then the CSI Super Antioxidant Serum (which I LOVE). Then a little plain squalane from another Vitacost product line (Mayumi). Then the CSI antioxidant serum AGAIN because I love it so much.
I've also tried the CSI multipeptide serum, but wasn't too impressed. I also went through 2 1/2 tubs of their Super Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream before I found the Super Antioxidant Serum. I won't purchase the cream again - I'll just stick with squalane and the antioxidant serum (plus the toner and the vit. C). The moisturizing cream makes your skin dewy and plump for 2 minutes and then it's just kind of tight and shiny, so I don't really care for it anymore. However, it doesn't break me out, so that was a plus. Still, the antioxidant serum is better, and you still get the hyaluronate with it. I don't like the bottle though, so I put it in the multipeptide serum bottle. I also put the toner and the squalane in tiny squirt bottles so that I could keep from wasting the products.
Oh, also, once a week, I use the CSI Fruit Radiance Glycolic Smoothing Cream. It makes my skin look bright and fresh.
(The other six days, I cleanse with a Clarisonic brush tool.)
Overall, I've been very impressed with CSI products. I steer clear of their products that contain ingredients I know I'm allergic to, and I've been so happy. The prices are very VERY reasonable for the quality of the products. Vitacost ships them quickly. I believe I've found my HG line for sensitive/acne-prone skin.
I use the CSI Wheat Milk cleanser with success too. It smells like strawberries b/c it has strawberry oil in it.
Oh, and I feel like my skin actually looks younger since using CSI products for several months. A lady I recently met was shocked to discover I have a 9 year old daughter b/c she thought I was 19. I'm 34. My DH keeps commenting on how soft my cheeks are. :)
Seriously, CSI products have made me feel pretty again. I'm even growing my hair back out long b/c I no longer feel like I have to have short trendy hair to distract from my face.

Purchased the CSI Vitamin C + youth serum to try and help fade some red marks and various freckles/uneven tone. This is a preliminary review as I have only been using this for less then 2 weeks but already have seen some improvement in skin tone and clarity. More importantly, I feel this *may* be helping wih my acne..but most importantly it is not breaking me out. I found this serum to be virtually fragrance free. It is a little drying, so if you have dry/sensitive skin you would definitely need an extra moisturizer. Love that it comes in a dark glass jar with dropper. I found this to be very reasonably priced and purchased from vitacost. I hope I continue to see positive effects from this! Update - no longer use this stuff b/c I feel my skin is not a fan of butylene glycol and I feel like this might have contributed to a period of cystic breakouts.

Excellent product. I am on my second bottle. Seems to tone & firm the skin. Makes my nose pores very small . . . a totally unexpected plus. Doesn't creep into the eyes. Compares very favorably with the Obagi line, in fact, I think it's better, certainly less expensive! Vitacost.com is my source for the CSI line. Have ordered from them dozens of times. Never a problem. All-in-all, I consider this to be one of my favorite, all-time products that I really don't want to be without. I know, you are thinking, how can I make such a sweeping statement when I'm only on my second bottle? Well, that's the rudimental allure of this product. It only took one bottle to know that this is a keeper. I'm old enough to know how to get past product hype, so tend to be able to readily distinguish between actual product functionality & effectiveness vs. emotional responses to marketing strategies and the false hopes that they encourage across a needy consumer base that is constantly searching for the ultimate in (fill in the blank). Usage: I put it on bare skin. It works well under moisturizers, for example, Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream. If I put it on too heavily though (which is easy to do because of how it soaks in so readily), it makes my face look a little "yellowish", so, I'm careful to use it judiciously during the day. At night, that's another story. I don't hold back. Highly recommended.

I've used expensive serums and prescription creams including triluma and retinol, so I think I have a good sense of how potentially good skin products should work. This to me is a great addition to my highly effective favorites. I've never used the expensive vitamin C serums but I love how this brightens my skin in a way that is different than the retinols and acids that polish and chemically exfoliate and irritate. I like to use this in the summer because it's not oily and doesn't cause sun sensitivity. My cousin just ran off with my bottle...excited because this is the driest vit c serum she's found...and now I'm missing it terribly. Only about $30 at vitacost. She left me with her GNC vit c cream which isn't bad either. I'm going to check out those reviews next!

This stuff is the bomb. My skin just looks... healthy when i use it. More radiant, clear, better color, younger, smoother. The first time I used it i was so happy, in the morning when I looked in the mirror it had turned the clock back 10 years. I use it at night mixed with a little moisturizer. If you use too much it burns but that is only if you use WAY more than the few drops they recommend on the bottle. I like the simple packaging of the dropper with the brown glass bottle, and am on my second bottle. I don't know how this compares to expensive brands, because I can't afford them. Maybe they are really great, I don't know. I do know that this works.

This Vitamin C serum is everything any of the others I've used is, and less money! It is a clean formulation, a velvety serum, sinks into the skin in no time, and does not irritate my face at all.
I've found so many that are totally overpriced, and don't do anything this one doesn't do. My sunspots have faded considerably, and I plan to continue this maintenance routine.
The packaging is the same amber bottle with squeeze tube that many of the other C serums come in. Nothing fancy. I'd prefer the pump top, but that I'm sure would add to the cost.
