This product was suggested to me at a MAC counter to help with oxidation of a MAC foundation. The MUA suggested I mix in a "drop" (smaller than a pea-size) with the foundation to help reduce the oxidation. Not only did it help with the oxidation, but it made my foundation look flawless. I also tried this method with Revlon CS and found the results similar if not better. Definitely will repurchase this again, although it will take a while to get through the container I have now since I use so little.

This lotion is all-right, but I don't see anything remarkable about it, and it's way overpriced IMO. It also has a very chemical scent, though not really bothersome. It's not supremely moisturizing, but I do keep it at my desk to use as a handcream so I can go through it and B2M is ASAP. I don't think I will miss it, but there isn't anything I really dislike about it either.

I'm pretty loyal to MAC products but have never tried their moisturizers, so when they came out with this one, I was excited to try it. I was a little afraid that it would make my face breakout or make it get oily.
The first thing I noticed about it was the smell - it smells very similar to their liquid foundations, which kind of made me nervous. But after using it now for a few weeks, I have to say I absolutely love it. It makes my skin soo soft, without making it feel or look greasy/oily. It's perfect for use under makeup.
It really makes your skin feel amazing!

This is the lotion that stays in my purse. Very moisturzing. I like lotions that are unscented because I don't like them clashing with whatever perfume I have on that day. I haven't tried this on my face, i'm a little scared too. Overall a great little lotion to put in your purse. Provides you with the right amount of moisture without being greasy. Love it. Will def repurchase!!

Honestly picked this up on a whim, mostly amused that it was meant for face and body. If anything, that made me want to try it. I love it when I can get a face and body moisturizer because that means I can use it specifically for my face if I choose to, saving me a pretty penny. I like a no-frills moisturizer because my skin doesn't need anything complicated.
This, is fantastic. It has that MAC moisturizer scent that makes me absolutely crazy. It is meant to be unscented, but it smells delightful. I love how clean it smells.
The moisturizer absorbs quickly and leaves my face with a luminous and dewy illusion. After it sinks in, my face tends to look fresh and aglow. Makeup applies like a dream over it. It also works beautifully by mixing it with other products to get a desired effect. The MAC Care Blends Essential Oils mix well with this and create a more intensely moisturizing cream.
This is honestly a great multipurpose moisturizing product that I'm already stocking in my kit.

MAC Mineralize All-Over Lotion is a smooth moisturizer for all skintypes meant for either the face and/or body. First thing I noticed is I LOVE the smell. It's said to not contain fragrances, but whatever ingredients are giving it this smell is awesome, I love it. I also noticed that the consistency feels a tad heavier (but still light if that makes sense) than most lotions.
When you first put it on your face it feels so energizing and nice, its so smooth and silky and really makes your face feel nice. I've been using it for a few weeks and I have not noticed any breakouts, my skin has actually been improving since breaking out using the MAC Care Blends Oil.
Once it sinks in for a minute or two, my face feels amazing. Sooo smooth and soft, and this allows fluid foundation to blend perfectly on my face. Since I have oily skin I was afraid that the creamy consistency may make me feel more oily, but I don't notice myself getting any more or less oily. This is good because I can easily control that with powder.
I gotta say though, I don't know any reasons, at face value, why it's specified as 'Mineralize' lotion. I haven't been told of any special extra minerals included in the formula. It seems sorta gimmicky to me like 'hey you wear mineralize satinfinish try mineralize lotion' and what-not.
Overall I'm pretty happy with this moisturizer. That said, it's basically what you see is what you get. I don't think it's going to help with fine lines or wrinkles, antiaging, extreme dryness, extreme oiliness, etc. It's a great basic lotion for everyone with nothing especially special extra benefits other than moisture!

I like the idea of one product that you can use for both face and body. This lotion is very lightweight, so I dont feel it moisturizes enough for the body and hands. I do love the soft minearlized, glow effect it leaves on skin though.
This is great mixed with the oils that came out with this in the Warm and Cozy collection though.
