My first liquid liner to try. Looks good but not the easiest to apply, maybe b/c I'm used to pencil liner. Great for top liner but too thick and too hard to control for bottom liner in my opinion. Fades out over a few hours. Would rather try a pen style liquid liner next time but ill probably use this until it runs out.

This was my very first liquid eyeliner. I loved it. It was very easy to use. Great staying power too! Too bad it's not available in my country. I would love to get another one of this.

I like the felt brush and find it easy to use. The liner stays on for a long time yet comes off easily with a liquid cleanser. The brown shade is close to a true brown, which I appreciate as most browns out there tend to be too black. However, there doesn't seem to be much product in the bottle and the tip of the brush dries off quickly so you need to keep dipping and shaking the bottle repeatedly during each application. I would recommend Physician's Formula if you use it in black or are OK with a very dark brown.

Staying power: 4.5/5 (Lasts me all day with minor flaking)
Application: 5/5 (Goes on pigmented and smooth, no complaints)
Smudging: 4/5 Give it a good 5 minutes to dry before applying mascara/curling eyelashes or it can smudge off.
Overall I really like this eyeliner, I use it everyday. Definitely my go-to eyeliner. :)

This burned terribly when I applied it to my eyes. I looked at the ingredients and alcohol denat. was one of them...why would l'oreal put alcohol on an eye product. I'm gonna try the revlon version see how that works.
Oh yeah, sensitive skin people don't use this.

I love this product. I tried it yesterday over an eye pencil that in the past lost its power after a few hours. I’m happy to report that my eyeliner stayed on all day and I LOVE IT! It’s so easy to apply and the applicator is very thin allowing you to apply either a very thin seal or double up for super thick coverage. This eyeliner has become part of my daily makeup routine!

I love liquid eyeliner and thought I would try this out since everyone seems to be in love with it. I really like the applicator (spongy applicators are my fave) and it deposits a really dark black color upon application. Awesome. What's not awesome is it doesn't stand up to my super oily eyes. Within a few hours, the eyeliner smudged and made my precise line look like a mess. Guess this just wasn't for me.

I have this for years but never wrote a review about it:) This was a hint from a make up obsessed friend who always had perfect eye make up. We love it because unlike other liquid eye liners, this one is easy to hold in your hands; it's not a tiny thing like most liners are.
Gives a good line that stays on all day.

I wanted to like this product .. Since I heard so much hype about this product I wanted to try it out for myself. The problem I had with this was that it was supppppper watery on my lids. Although it does have lasting power, I couldn't justify in keeping it because it just looked horrible on me.

Well IME I can't say this lives up to it's hipe! There are a couple good things about it though, the staying power is okay and it is very easy to apply, especially for a liquid liner dummy like me! I can never get a nice straight line but with this felt tip liner, it is easy! But on the other hand, this is very watery and when I apply it it leaves a clear spot where the felt tip touches (I notice the review below mine had the same problem). So I have to reapply it 2-3 times. And then I have to wait for it dry to curl my eyelashes (which will take a couple minutes) or it will come right back off. I don't have time for all that! So for those reasons I won't repurchase.

Staying power: 3.5/5
Application: 3/5 ...(you have to go over it at least twice, otherwise the way the applicator works would create a little blank spot where the applicator is)
Applicator: 3/5 (not my favorite..it's hard to get a fine line)
Smudging: it's not bad...just ensure u don't rub hard on it
You got to ensure it's all dry before you curl your lashes b/c it would just come right off if it's not dry completely
So i usually do my eyeliner, then put on face contouring and brushes before i curl my lashes

PROS: Isn't terrible for DS brand. Pretty inexpensive.
CONS: Too thin and watery. Don't like the applicator either. Can't get quite as much control as I'm used to (too flexible and a bit too long and a bit too thick). Some really like this applicator better (almost a spongy tip). I guess it could last longer.
ALTERNATES: Like the Revlon Colorstay or Almay i-color liquid liner much better..

Looooooooooooooove this liner!!! I have always hated sponge tip liners, for me they sucked or maybe i wasn't using it right. Usually i love the liners with a brush like the liquid liner from Urban Decay. I was loving it but would only use it sparingly. I saw this liner on target and thought it wouldnt hurt to try it out. I always tug on my eye to get a perfect straight line when using liners....well this time i didn't have to tug on my eye!!! I was like WOOOWWW!!! I'm defenitly going back for another one or two for back up. I think i found my HG liquid liner!!!

I used to only buy Lancome's liquid eyeliner because I prefer the felt tip since it's easier to apply on my eyes but when I came across L'Oreal's eyeliner - it is exactly the same but much cheaper. Lancome's is over 20 bucks, while L'Oreal's is less than $10 and lasts the same amount of time. This is the only liquid eyeliner I will ever buy from now on. I highly recommend it!

I Love this product. I dont ever have to tug on my eye to get the lines straight. The tip is flimsly, but sooo easy to work with. It does not dry matte, it dries kinda glossy, and i love it! if only it wasnt AS expensive, cause afterall it is a drugstore brand. I'd say its worth the money though. I absolutely love it, i used to hate liquid liner until i tried this one. Now im intriqued to wear liquid eyeliner everyday, even wouthout mascara and im a mascara fanatic!

i first purchased this as an alternative to lancome's artliner, which has a very similar packaging and sponge tip, but is 2x more expensive... i got hooked, but the thought of repurchasing an eyeliner for that price really turned me off.. so anyways, one day at target i see the illustration/description on the l'oreal liner intensifique, and i think to myself "wait isn't this like the same thing??". Of course i purchased to test... and the verdict is that it is essentially the same, creates the same type of line with the same ease, but the formula is a tad bit weaker on the l'oreal, not to say it smears or looks dull or anything like that b/c it doesn't in the slightest bit, but since i've tried both i have to say they're not 100% the same.
i have now bought like 3 backup line intensifique liners in the new color Carbon Black, that's how much i love it... it looks good, stays, price is reasonable, and the sponge tip makes it easy to waterline on an asian eyelid, which says a lot. so glad that i've discovered this product...
