So Beautiful! I love the blue and silver glitter effect in this blue color polish. I first applied China Glaze First & Last (base/top coat) then a few coats of this polish and First & Last on over the polish then a few days later applied First & Last again to make it appear a little shiner. I received many compliments about this pretty polish too. I love looking at this the most out in the sun! This polish lasted a whole week! I did get a tiny chip on day 5 or 6 but that was my fault for the most part. Removal of glitter is so annoying! But I used Onyx Professional: Nail Polish Remover Maximum Strength 100% Pure Acetone with a small piece of felt fabric and it wasn't that bad and this polish is just too pretty so I will go through the glitter removal process again in the near future anyway. I hope to find more extra pretty glitter polishes like this from China Glaze!

Dorothy Who? is sparkly blue at its very best. In low light, it shimmers and glistens with every twist and turn of your hand. In the sun, it will blow your mind. I layered it over ChG First Mate, and I loved it. Would I buy it again? Heck yeah, I would!

So i bought this over a year ago and I just tried. I feel like I wasted that last year that I could've been enjoying this awesomeness. I have OPI Absolutely Alice so I wasn't super excited to try this (probably what took so long) they're VERY different on. This has a mirror shine ( i never really knew what those nail bloggers were talking about before this polish) and that's BEFORE i put on a TC. Pictures do NOT do this justice. Must be swatched and seen with your own eyes to be believed. It is sooo beautiful.

I mean, really? Electric blue polish with electric blue glitter? What could be cooler than that?! This is a shade I really like and I feel is very unique. It's a super-fun color for summer toes and if you don't have it, I'd urge you to give it a try. It seems to be pretty easy to find at Sally's and they often have a sale on China Glaze, which makes these inexpensive polishes even more reasonably priced.

One of my favourite polish colours. Thats a tough feat.
I'm a China Glaze junkie, their quality is impeccable. Only place I think that quality is different from drugstores is with polish.
Anyways, the colour is gorgeous. It is a very real, deep, jaw dropping blue. The glitter just catches your eyes. Plus, the name, Dorothy Who? makes me smile because it is just so punny and cute.
It's a great coloured polish to go for. Do it. You will not regret it.

God I put this on today for the first time in a while today, and hot damn its a beautiful color. I had forgotten how lovely it is. Its really hard to take off, so I put a dark blue normal polish under it, and just use this as a glitter top coat to minimize annoyance in taking it off. =)

Love the color of this one! It does work best layered over a similar color for the blue to really "pop". The formula is great and I would defiantly buy it again!

Let me say that I am not a huge fan of glitter polishes because they are a "B" to remove. Something about this one caught my eye, it is just such a beautiful, glittery blue. I love China Glaze's Ruby Pumps so I decided to bite the bullet and get this and I am *so* glad I did! This is probably the most beautiful blue nail polish I own. I used it in a pedi and I look down at my feet all of the time and admire it. This was a limited edition shade, but I just bought mine in a Sally Beauty Supply, and there was a dedicated spot for it in the display, so I believe it's now in the permanent line-up.

I don't own too many glittery polishes, so when I saw this beauty I figured why not! The name is quite charming, and the polish is a medium blue dense with glitters. I assumed it was going to apply quite sheer at the first couple coats which it was. But at three it was lovely!
It could also be use for layering over other colour in the blue or maybe even black family - I'm going to experiment! As with any glitter polish it has the downside of being stubborn during removal but it's worth it.
The wear time was decent and lasted around 3-4 days without chipping when using a base/top coat. Overall a flattering colour on my NW15 skin and I would repurchase.

OOOOOOOH I love this polish.
Firstly ... I love the Wizard of Oz so of course was sucked in by just the name. When I received the polish I couldn't believe how sparkly/glittery it looked.
A lovely bright blue ... I think I put 3 coats on and I sparkled for days!!!!
The only downside is (like most glittery polishes) getting the stuff off your nails!!! Arrghhhh ....... x

This is a jelly-ish blue glitter. I put on 2 coats by itself, and was unimpressed. I started using it for layering, and I have to say that 1 coat of this over black looks VERY similar to Essie Starry Starry Night! Sooo pretty! I don't care for this on its own, but it certainly adds depth and interest to otherwise "meh" polishes.

I LOVE this polish. Found it in Sally's last weekend and HAD to have it. I normally am not drawn to glitter polishes or even blue polishes for that matter, but this is gorgeous. It's even prettier upon application as well! I used two somewhat thick coats and applied CG's Fast Forward top coat and the polish has held up well the last few days, still very shiny and no chipping. I have gotten many compliments on my toes while wearing this.

Hands down this is my favorite dark blue (even though its really not that dark, its not a light blue so..). The glittery awesomeness makes it my favorite. The formula is flawless, dry time was nice. I am a big fan of CG so it doesnt surprise me that i love this polish. * this is the newer release of the polish *

This color wears nicely and was a dream to apply. The sparkles and coloration were nice. It needed a good top coat, but lasted a 4 days, which is about the frequency I change my nail polish. I was sad to say that this was nearly impossible to remove, quite a hassle. That's why I deducted a lippy.

I love everything about this polish EXCEPT the staying power = 2 days before a few of my nails chipped (used my standard Orly base coat, Posche top coat and wear gloves when washing dishes). So, deducted 1 lippie.

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love this shade. It's gorgeous. It is very sheer (if you want absolutely full opacity, you'd probably need 5 coats, but 3 is enough for the rest of us), but it's fast-drying, so I don't find its sheer-ness to be too big of a deal.
The reason I'm giving it 3 stars and not the full 5 is because of the lack of lasting power it had on my nails. I have been wearing this polish for a day and a half (with some nails having 2 coats of Seche Vite on top), and already there is siginificant chipping on 4 of my nails and tipwear on a few other nails. I've read decent things about this polish's lasting power, so I don't know what the deal is. I've been doing the same things I normally do when I wear polish, and this stuff has been chipping like crazy when the others would have just gotten some tip wear after a few days.

i LOVE this glitter! it's opaque enough to wear alone or on top of something. You have to do approx. 3 coats to get enough coverage to wear alone. It's a deeper blue with pretty blue sparkles!

I was looking at nail polish at Sally's and this polish kept catching my eye. The blue! The sparkles! I had to have it. It was reasonably priced at $5.99, I believe.
The bottle is similar to OPI's, but with a thinner brush. I think this makes the polish much easier to apply. I applied a base coat, two color coats and a top coat. The first color coat was a mess, but the second coat evened everything out beautifully. My nails were smooth despite the sparkle explosion in the polish, but I used a top coat anyway. Hands down the easiest nail polish application I've ever had.
My husband pointed out that he thought my nails would be more of a navy blue. It's true the bottle does look navy, but with two coats I would call the color closer to cerulean than navy. A third coat would probably get the navy color.
The color lasted almost two days before one of my fingers chipped, despite the usual house chores and spending an entire night putting together Ikea furniture. I was pleased that when the polish did chip, it was just a little bit and could easily be touched up.
