I really like it. Very moisturizing and long lasting, and I like that it has SPF in it. Makes my lips soft and smooth.

I'm sad to report that I didn't have a positive experience with this balm and must bring the rating down. I have very dry crinkly lips that sometimes hurt and peel. Unfortunately, this actually made my lips more dry and uncomfortable. Also, after an hour of wear, I noticed some tiny white flaky residue on my lips from this. I find that I'm reaching for this very often to try to replenish my lips but it is not working.

Not as moisturizing for chapped, dry lips as I thought it would be. Not the best taste or smell, either.

Great product, it actually HYDRATES my lips and makes it so that I don't have to reapply for a while. Wayy better than eos and babylips.

My lips are naturally soft and healthy, but sometimes they get dried out, so I like to wear lip balm (also because I love putting it on).
This lip balm really isn't as moisturizing as it claims to be. It doesn't heal chapped lips and it doesn't moisturize dry lips.
This is one of those worthless lip balms that don't do anything except sit like a thick, heavy, uncomfortable layer of blah on top of your lips and then totally make them chapped, flaking, and peeling half an hour later after initial application. Chapstick does the same exact thing to me.
The whole making-my-lips-chapped totally defeats the purpose of putting this on in the first place.
I've been wearing this lip balm for months before I finally decided that it was time to get a new one. SoftLips and Alba Botanica is much better, in my opinion. Burt's Bees is okay but it's way better than this.
I'm not feeling the $3 price tag either. It's not totally expensive, but can get a pack of lip balms for like $2.
Would I repurchase? No.

This was the first neutrogena lip balm I have tried. It worked pretty decent in moisturizing my lips, but I'm not sure if I am the only one that thinks this lip balm tastes horrible. It would always get into my mouth and I'd have this bitter taste in my mouth that lasts quite awhile. Definitely would not repurchase.

NONE of the stores around my hometown carry this! I was looking for a really stellar chapstick/lip balm/lip moisturizer/whatever. NFLM had good numbers on here & I love love love the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream (HG for sure). Was't quite as impressed as I was with the hand cream. I really like the tube it comes in, unique & fun. If I could just run to a store to pick this up, I would probably repurchase til I find my HG chapstick. It is a looooong journey but I want one so bad lol. The only thing I like better than this is Blistex Complete Moisture.

I've been using this product for years now, and think I'll be using it for many years to come. It does a fantastic job of keeping my lips supple and moisturized, day or night, and I love that it's colorless and scentless. I use it either on its own for just a little bit of shine, or under a lipstick when I want some color. It's the one necessity for me when I travel, otherwise my lips get chapped easily.
It's priced a little high compared to other drugstore lip balms in the market, but it's worth every penny for me. I only have to touch up after eating/drinking or after several hours.

HG. I will never be without this. Its my fav balm to date. No sent and inexspensive. Plus it easy to find. I like tue fact that once it does leave my lips my lips dont feel overly dry or chapped.

My lips recently had a 6 month psychotic break and everything that touched them irritated them. I was down to just Vaseline which slips too much and was not practical on the go. Then I took a gamble and tried this. This was the first stick lip balm that did not freak out my already freaked out lips. No menthol, camphor, or lanolin to drive sensitive lips bonkers. It's getting back to basics and it is good. It ain't pretty, but it works. My lips weren't "saved" but they were comfortable and protected (and not having another psychotic break).

I got this as part of a set of sunblock from costco. Like everyone said, it has no scent and no taste. As I've learned scented stuff may cause dryness to lips, I opted for this one. I can use it as a base for MAC lipsticks. MAC matte is notorious for showing off dry lips and since I was pretty determinded to wear russian red, I bought this and slathered it on the night before and in the morning. I've tried russian red before, but was embarassed because it accentuated fine lines I never thought I had. This time though, the lipstick glided smoothly and it looked really nice! Highly recommend!

I love this lip balm. This is the last step in my skincare routine, before i go to bed , i put this on- It leaves your lips so smooth and moisturized but not sticky or like you can feeel the product.
i like the simple packaging, and i will be repuchasing even though i own tons of lip balms anyways!

My lips have been hurting me since childhood, I tried all expensive lip balms...like body shop etc but what I got was wax....greasy and ineffective.Till I just by chance tried it and I felt instant difference.I could feel it working. It came as a life saviour and prompted me to write my first review ever. Thank u neutrogena. U gave a gift to me.

Like everyone says, please get this.
It is gentle, it gives a slight dewy look to the lips, it has no color or taste, it has sunblock, the formulation is great, and it is very moisturizing, even more than my actual chapstick brand!
Take it or leave it:)
