This is the worst lip balm i've ever tried. First off, i've the driest lips ever and they flake really badly if I don't use any lip product.
Few years ago, I was bought over by the commercials on Lip Ice so I got myself one. That was when I was still a teenager and I know nuts about lip products, but the moisturizing effect was so-so. Until I discovered my brother's Vaseline Lip Therapy and I tried some on my lips. That was when I was hit by a sudden realization that even a guy's lip product can moisturize my lips SO SO SO MUCH better than the oh-so-tacky Lip Ice.
Fast forward few years later, I now learn that Lip Ice is really a useless lip product that does nothing to moisturize lips. Sure, they have really nice scent. The Strawberry scent in particular smells so good, upon application, I feel like i've glided my lips with menthol awesomeness.
However, the effect quickly die down within half an hour or so. (even without eating/drinking)
My lips would start to feel really dry again, ughh.
So I bought Burt's Bees Lip Balm (in coke flavor), OH MY GOD that was so much better. Now I only have to re-apply every 3-4 hours? (A great improvement from having to re-apply every 1/2 hour if compared to Lip Ice).
Seriously guys and girls... Its time to chuck Lip Ice and venture out for greater lip balm products out there. EVERY lip balms from other brands, just to name a few - Burt's Bees, Nivea, Vaseline Therapy, Etude House, Tony Moly... ALL OF THEM WORK BETTER THAN LIP ICE.
If I could, I would give 0 lippie for Lip Ice for its very non-lasting moisturizing effect.

i really really like these lip balms. they smell fantastic. i have the apple and strawberry lip balms and i remember when i first got them i couldnt stop sniffing them. i also really love the minty tingly feeling you get on your lips when you apply them. these are pretty moisturizing but because my lips are normally very dry, they don't moisturize as well as i would like them to. still a great lip balm though.

Lip Ice is really popular in sg and they have alot of flavours to choose from.I decided to purchase the strawberry lip balm and as with all its lip balm it also has a minty taste to it..so its like a strawberry mint taste. It's very cooling and hydrating and it comes with spf 15.It's cheap as well so its a good buy.
