I have FINALLY found my go to HG nude lipliner. It is the exact same colour as my lips, just a smidgen darker, which means it will define my lips and look very natural. The texture is very nice and quite smooth, it has a brush on the other end which I use, there is really nothing to fault. I've used Shiseido's mauve brown (a little too mauve and dark), Dior's Linen (too dark and brown), Chanel's Nude (very dark and almost plum), Chanel Aveline (very dark and brown). I also own and like Chanel Desert, Laura Mercier Natural Lips (it's quite beige, great for very nude lips) and Trish Mcevoy Bare (a little bit more pink than I'd like), but Lancome's Natural Mauve is my favourite.

I saw a youtube guru use this and I thought this was must have. Well I was right! Love this liner. It's basically a pretty nude mauve pink.. with a hint of brown. This is like my go to liner. I love it. I just wish it wasn't so damn pricey for one small liner..

A great neutral liner - pinky mauvey, beige.
I got it for a steal on strawberry net, and loved it so much ive ordered 2 more,
Wish it was a little more long lasting - but, yet to find anything that satisfies THAT for me!
Also - the color/texture was VERY similar to Rimmel exaggerate lip liner in "Addiction".

I have tried so many nude lipliners and this is the best for me. Definitely Holy Grail material! My natural lip color is a hideous brown-pink color that makes it very hard for me to pull off a nude MLBB look. On top of that, most nude colors tend to turn orange on me and look terrible with my complexion (NC20, yellow-toned, Asian). I've learned that I a little mauve will keep the lips from turning orange. This lipliner is absolutely perfect! The mauve-nude color works very well with my coloring and looks completely natural. For comparison, I find MAC Spice too warm and cannot wear it as a natural lipliner.
Natural Mauve might be a little too dark for very pale skin tones or for those who want a very pale lip. Since my natural lip color is darker than my skin, Natural Mauve is just perfect because it looks exactly like my lips (but better) when it wears off. I line my lips and fill them in with Natural Mauve and then I apply Korres Cherry Lip Gloss in Beige #30 for the best MLBB look ever. The texture of Le Lipstique is on the dry side but the staying power is excellent without being dry like Revlon Colorstay pencils, which I hated. I am not crazy about the lipbrush end since I never use it but some people might find it useful. At $23.50 a pop, this pencil is on the pricey side but worth every penny for me.

This is my HG nude/pink lipliner. Lancome makes beautifully smooth, creamy lipliners, and they come with a brush..I have gone through several of these as they can be used with cool or warm toned lip colors...recently tried this with the new VG Gaga lipstick and it gave it dimension and looked great! These usually last a while too before you have to repurchase. Will continue to buy over and over again!

Finally, my HG nude lipliner. Now, this might not be nude to many but for me, my lips have a mauve/pink color and very pigmented. This is so creamy and glides on very smooth! I love that this liner has a lip brush on the other end. This liner works wonderful by lining and filling in the lip. You'll get a natural matte look and you can top it off w/ a clear gloss.

This is, without a doubt, my HG lip liner. It matches my lips as close as I've been able to achieve in a lip pencil. It's what a nude-pink liner should be..a combo of nude and pink! So many times you think you've found a great color..and then it always ends up too orange or brown..or both. Not the case with this one. Also, the formula is creamy and long-lasting. I will continue to repurchase as long as Lancome makes it!
