I don't have the 120 palette but the 108 "blockbuster", which contains only the triangle pan quads on both sides of the palette, no mirror is provided. I chose to put my review here because I went hog wild and also purchased another profusion set that came in a box called "hot looks." it is similar in quality (INCREDIBLE for the price) and so this is kind of my overall review for the brand's eyeshadows. long review ahead ! but it's good! LOL
if you buy one of these palettes (and end up covered in eyeshadow dust from the vandalized assortment at Ross. it took me a while to find one that was not tampered with. but at least it gives you a chance to check out how vibrant and shimmery the colors are...), you will never need to purchase eyeshadow again unless you are in the circus or something. the colors repeat, (my 108 palette has a few identical quads arranged, but I happen to love those colors so this flaw is appreciated), and the packaging is cheap. but maybe we pay too much for packaging for the well known brands. the palette was 6.99 and the boxed set was 7.99. my h made fun of me because most of my stash is high end yet I was dazzled by this stuff. how could I trust this brand? MUA and youtube, DUH.
every color of the rainbow is included, plus many shades of taupe (my fave!), brown, gray, beige, white, black, etc. the colors are intensely pigmented. they show up the same as in the pot or DARKER. ignore the "sheer" label on the box. they are extremely shimmery (think stila), and so soft they are almost like a cream. not powdery or chalky at all. my palettes do not have any weird scent, but I have heard that some people have found some that do. so just get the kits that I got (108 blockbuster and "hot looks" boxed set). :-)
I put these shadows on over primer (almost everything creases without some kind of primer), not even my best primer. benefit's primer is probably the worst on the market, and when I wore these eyeshadows over it they managed not to fade or crease at all. they looked perfect after a night out (the weather was nice and cool. I haven't had a chance to try them during heat). over my E.L.F. primer which is closer to urban decay's formula, the colors are almost too metallic and dark and dramatic!

tldr version: huge rave for this brand, obscenely pigmented, shimmery, lots of pretty colors, long wearing, ridiculously cheap, you'll look and feel like a crazy hoarder when you go rummaging @ Ross (you'll want more than 1. the price is too good), but it's totally worth the awkwardness.

I love this too!! I found mine at the Drugstore after Christmas for half off, so I paid about $5.00 for all of these amazing shadows.

Ok, so I am almost 45 but I do still love a shimmery shadow...some of these are a little too shimmery and metallic for me personally but still that would not prevent me form buying it again!

They wear well all day especially with a primer underneath, I love the color selection and mine do nothave any funky smell.

Would Def repurchase - can't wait the new palette to come out next Holiday season! Oh and I also have found tons of other Profusion palettes at my local Ross which I also adore!

OMG!!!! I love these...I have 5 different palettes of these (Ten years of makeup right there lol) They are so pigmented, easy to blend, and the color selections are soooo very pretty. I do have to admit when I saw the word "sheer" on the packaging I thought that they were going to be sheer but no way!! They are very much pigmented. Seriously run and get these!!! (btw profusion palettes are usually a hit or miss I tried the 99 cent ones and they were a little bit more chalky that I like and less pigmented)

I give this a 4/5 only beacuse I'm not a fan of shimmer but other then that its okay their is a wide display of color. I only wish it was organized by color. The shimmer is a little too much for me. I use this pallete for spechial events and other peoples makeup really.

Great price and the pakaging gets scratched easily and if you touch it with your finger it makes a ever lasting print.

I wouldn't buy it again because I don't like shimmer.

I brought this product the other day when I went to my local drugstore. I was amazed with the quality of this palette, the shadows are highly pigmented and they are also so smooth. I have to work with it a little more to say I will buy again. I will say it is sheer but you can apply more to your liking.

The product is highly pigmented, but all the colors are a shimmery, but I happen to like that. There is every color in the rainbow and they are all extremely pigmented. There is also a good array of neutral browns, bronzes and taupes as well. The packaging is quite sturdy and is great for travel. there is also a huge mirror that is very convenient as well. Get this palette and you literally won't need any other eyeshadows for a long time.

Wow! This palette is amazing! This is a two layer palette with odd shapes & designs of shadows on both layers. The palette has sheer in it's name & the colors can go on sheer, but they also can go on very pigmented. I love the color range, everything from whites to very black. Most of the colors are shimmer with some matte and frost too. This is a very good palette with almost every color one could possibly want at one time. This is palette #1 leaving me to believe there is a #2 and maybe a 3. If I ever can find them, I will be buying those too. I have not seen them yet, not on the website, or in a store. If you can find one of these palettes, grab it. It is not just for the younger ladies, not if you love color like I do. This is fun and very handy.
