I have very sensitive skin that becomes irritated or burned by many products, and only use this product once or twice a week, but it does its job and gently. I always had a problem with other exfoliating products literally ripping my skin apart, but this one is very mild and only rids you of the top layer, even helping with cleaning out your pores.

Texture is very good and extremely fine, like that of microdermabrasion. The base is a cream with tons of teeny tiny beads for exfoliation. I find this to be better than the St. Ive's microdermabrasion, but at about double the cost. It definitely is pricy for a drugstore exfoliator especially from Biore, but I believe the entire line of Skin Preservation is more expensive than their usual products. The packaging is nice (squeeze tube with a flip cap) and the light scent is pleasant.
