Great, MLBB lip gloss. A dark peach/beigy nude that lasts for about 4 hours. Good go-to gloss for work or a professional look.

This color is too brown for me. More importantly... The consistency makes my lips feel claustrophobic. Let me explain: this at first it's fine, but then it dries down to this plasticky finish that literally won't budge. It feels like I have Saran wrap on my lips lol. I have petal too and I just can't deal with the texture even though the color is pretty.

I'm not normally into nude lip products. However, I do have to say that I like this gloss. It's nude without looking washed out or sickly like some nudes do in my opinion. As for it's lasting power, well it's okay. It seems to stay pretty well until I eat. Since I eat salads most days, the oil from the dressing seems to take this off. I usually reapply after lunch and it lasts the rest of the workday.

If I do a smoky eye, I wear this nude gloss with reddish brown liner (MAC Chestnut or Rimmel Ultimate 046) and it works. I like that it's subtle and not pasty looking on my brown face like a lot of nude colors. It doesn't last 6 hours or through eating and drinking, but it does hold up very well for a lip gloss. It also doesn't give you that residue that some (MAC) glosses can leave where your lips meet either. I always apply something moisturizing under any lip products, so I haven't experienced any drying. But I don't use it every day. Feels a little sticky at first, but then you don't even notice it any more than balm but you still have good pigment and sheen. I also have this in raisin and mauve and like them even more.

This is my favorite everyday lipgloss. I love the subtle color! I love that it does not have glitter in it. It looks great in a way that I can't describe!

Im the odd ball here I guess but I don't know what the heck everyone is talking about. This didn't show up on me at all. I see now that most of the people raving on here have fair skin ,maybe that' the problem with the shade for me. I'm nc 42ish in winter and in summer I get darker. I used this about a month ago. Anyways, this was the same color as my lips and not the only better aspect either, the same color as my lips but extremely thick and sticky. Now who would put up with that? I don't know about the lasting power since I could only stand it being on my lips for about 5 minutes and when I removed it ,it also took some layers of skin along with it. Did I mention the chemical smell? This was to drying and I haven't used this since.

I really like this lip gloss as the colour is the perfect nude that adds just a hint of colour, shimmer, and shine to my lips without making me looked washed out. I can wear it alone or on top of other nude or peach lipsticks which makes it versatile and a product that I do reach for often. It does have some slight stickiness to it, but personally it doesn't bother me. In terms of wear I can easily acquire 4 to 5 hours before I need to reapply. I would repurchase this gloss again and am interested in trying other shades too.

I love the color and smell of this product. I don't like look at me lips so the nude slight shimmer is good for me. I also think it is genius that there is a mirror on the lid! Good job L'Oreal.
However, it definitely doesn't stay 6 hours. I'd say more like 1.5. It is pretty sticky but it doesn't bother me. I haven't tried layering it over another lipstick so I may try that and see how the staying power is.

I like the applicator because it is tear-drop shaped so when tracing my lips with the wand it is much easier and precise. The colour is a light beige with gold micro-shimmer. It doesn't show up too well on my bare lips so I use it for layering on top of lipsticks. Has a sticky formula so I guess it adds to the lasting power of this gloss. (but I wouldn't say 6hrs as it claims). This shade would be quite universally flattering on many different skin-tones.

I love this gloss, a subtle, everyday nude that I seem to use all the time and am almost out of! Like some of the other reviewers have said, it doesn't last 6 hours, but it does have great staying power. This is a great gloss especially for the price. I find myself reaching for it more than some of my more expensive glosses because it stays on longer and is great to wear over lipstick to make the color stay on.

Such a great nude! Very, very pretty color. I doesn't last a full 6 hours but it lasts a loooong time. I wouldn't say it quite a lipgloss, it's right inbetween a lipgloss and lipstick.. anywho its my fair from the infallible line and I am hooked, I'm going back from more colors!

This is the first infallible lipgloss I've tried and I'm quite happy with it. Barely Nude is a very pretty nude shade. Not to peachy, pink or brown, a good mix of the three. Not alot of shimmer, just a tiny bit really. Would be flesh tone for ladies with a medium skin tone. For me, I am fair, level 2, and have pink, almost mauve lips, so this neutralizes a bit of the pink for days I want to do that. Because my lips are not dark I can't say how it would do on dark lips. It is sticky/tacky but that's because it's long lasting. However it's not transfer resisitant, and will come off if you eat or drink, or kiss. If you put it on and don't mess with it, it will last for several hours. I use a tiny bit of carmex under and make sure that soaks in before I apply the gloss, and do that with all color lip products as I find most drying.
Oh, I almost forgot, there is a tiny mirror on the top of the lid to check your work. :) Really would have made more sense to put it on the bottom of the tube, to use while applying but this shade is fair enough that I don't really need a mirror anyway. lol. Also I like the applicator!

I'm pretty happy with this - it is a gorgeous nude color.
The scent of L'Oreal lip products usually really bothers me, but I have found that the Infallible products are not as strong in scent as the other lines in this brand.
First, the price is around $9-10, depending on where you buy. I recommend Walgreens because if you check out at the cosmetics check-out counter, they are usualyl resourceful and have manufacturer coupons they can add to take off $ from your purchase. Just ask!
Second, the color is a really neutral nude. You know some nudes are more orangey or more pinky - maybe it depends on your skintone or natural lip color. I think this color could look good on a lot of people. I'm an NC25 for reference. It is similar to the Infallible plumping gloss in Plumped Tawny, but this is a little lighter, and with not as orangey. I think this would look good over a lipstick, or alone. I don't usually do lipstick + gloss, but I think this is sheer enough to do well over a lipstick if you'd like.
Third, the stickiness...I didn't find this to be quite as sticky as the Infallible lipsticks. It is a stickier gloss, but it sets almost more like a glossy stain (if you can imagine!), so I didn't notice my hair getting stuck on my lips or anything when the wind blew. The trick that some people recommend is to put vasoline/balm on your lips first, and then apply the gloss. I did that this morning and it's going pretty well. I would say if you are counting on this to really last a long time, to use the gloss, then the balm to set a bit.
I paired this with a little bit of the NYC glider gloss in Carnegie Melon and it was a sexy look!

I'm a fan of the Infallible lip glosses in general, and this one is no exception. The color is fantastic - it's a creamy neutral nude, with no shimmer/frost. It is very close to MAC lipstick in Cherish; in fact, I like to layer this over Cherish when I want more shine than the satin finish gives. Cherish is also pretty long lasting, so this combo will stay on my lips for about 6 hours before needing a touchup. If I lick the rim of my glass before letting it touch my lips, there is minimal transfer when drinking, and it lasts a reasonable time through eating if you're not wiping your mouth frequently.
It also leaves my lips feeling moisturized, so I prefer it to the 2-step long lasting products that come with color and a separate gloss - I find that even with the gloss, those products always dry out my lips.
I knocked off a point because it is VERY sticky (don't press your lips together!), but I understand that the stickiness goes with the lasting formula. It also has a slight chemical/plasticky smell when you apply it. It goes away quickly and doesn't bother me, but it's worth mentioning. The applicator is not the standard doe foot, which may take some getting used to, but it always seems to pull out the perfect amount of product. All in all, though, I will continue to buy these glosses.

My BF happens to be make-up artist and when I phoned her up to recommend a good drugstore neutral lippie, she sugggest L'Oreal Barely Nude - and OMG, she was right - it's perfect!
The finish is a little tacky at first, so do not rub your lips together - let the color set. The shine will last for hours (as long as you don't eat or wipe your lips). It lasts through coffee, water and even my workout! I love it!
I would suggest you not apply over it (with any other gloss) or you'll totally screw it up. Also, be sure your lips are well conditioned before application.

flesh toned with shimmer looks great in the tube. tried twice wiped off immediatly. the smell is an overwhelming plastic smell. not under my nose thank you. application is thick and tacky. I didn't like the teardrop shaped applicator either. one of the few products I only gave one lippie to. I think the price was high considering I didn't get any use out of it.

The first lip gloss I've ever owned that was still shiny several hours after I put it on with no reapplication. I'm really impressed with this product. I did notice some initial stickiness but it seemed to fade. I want to purchase in other shades now!!
