I always keep a hand cream of some description on my desk at work, and this is the one that's there now. I've tried many types of hand cream, and this one doesn't really blow any of them out of the water, but I LIKE it. The scent is nice, but very light which is great as it doesn't interfere with any other perfume I have on. It's moisturizing without being greasy. The price for the small tube isn't terrible - $5 for 1.69 ounces, which is less than I pay for the Shea Cashmere at Bath and Body Works. I just wish they still sold this brand at Target, because I don't have a Sephora near me!! Shame!

I liked this hand cream a lot! It has a great consistency, though could be a bit thicker. It's almost more like a body lotion, though I only used it for my hands..I like the smell, but I can see where it could be too fragranced for some people. I would definitely repurchase.

i don't like this. to me it feels runny, but i typically use thick hand creams for my super dry hands, like kiehl's or neutrogena. i also don't like the scent, which is soapy in a floral way, not my taste.

I work as a cna so I constantly wash my hands and they are constantly dry. other lotions can't compare. it feels greasy at first but once you keep rubbing the product in, yours hands are just so soft and the smell is very nice

Love this hand cream! It absorbs into my skin really well and doesn't make my hands feel greasy. My hands are usually either dry or already soft so I just apply this once a week. I'm not exactly crazy over the scent but it doesn't bother me. Overall, a great product if you want your hands to feel soft and supple!

I was excited that this brand finally came to Canada's Shoppers Drug mart and heard so much hype about it. As soon as a paid and sat in the car i used it on my dry hands! I was a bit disappointed because although the product smells great and has great ingredients listed on the front it feels a bit watery. It is not greasy like it says but i just don't find it does a great drop of lotioning the hands.
It probably is a great product to use during the summer time when you don't need that much moisture but as we head into winter this won't do my dry hands much justice.
I am glad i got the little sized product for $5 but likely won't be buying this again.

PRODUCT: A hand cream that does not leave your hand feeling greasy! This products absorbs right in and keeps the hand feeling soft and supple. It does not feel sticky like some other hand creams.
PRICE: I bought 2 travel sized ones from Sephora for SGD$5 each and it is totally worth it! I always have it in my purse.
SCENT: The smell is pleasant. I recommend you smelling the product first before you buy it because different people reacts differently to different scents. I do like the smell because it smells fresh and a bit perfume-my which I do not mind because I do like scents and I feel that it is not too overpowering in my opinion. The scent surprisingly lasts about 2 hours on my skin! n_n
PACKAGING: Super adorable. Pink. Soap and Glory's packaging has always attracted me.
In conclusion, I will keep repurchasing this and I absolutely have no complaints about it! It does what it claims to do. Soft and nice smelling hands. Good job soap and glory! ;)

I absolutely adore Soap and Glory! Their products usually suit my sensitive, severely dry, eczema-prone skin.
Hand Food does moisturize hands without feeling too greasy, but unfortunately my hands broke out in tiny blisters (called dyshidrotic dermatitis, a form of eczema that occurs on hands/feet) all over after application. I used this for about 3-4 days but the blisters continued to form, and as soon as I stopped my skin went back to normal. So beware for those of you prone to it!
I guess my hands are sensitive to fragrance, I am not sure exactly what triggers this. :( Another reason why this gets 2 stars is the awful scent, but for a different reason from other reviewers who didn't like it: I am obsessed with Soap and Glory's signature Original Pink scent, which Hand Food contains, but it smells horrible in it! It's like a watered down, disgustingly musty version of Original Pink. Nothing really sweet, fruity, or perfumey about it. Totally gross! Do not expect the exact scent of Clean on Me or The Righteous Butter Body Lotion. I thought maybe the bottle I got (I purchased the Cream and Soaper set from Sephora, excellent value by the way) was rancid, but then I got a whiff of it in a sample tube in store and it smelled exactly the same. I ended up returning the set even though I really loved the hand soap Wash Your Hands of It. Now THAT smells like the true Original Pink fragrance IMO.
I hate to give Soap and Glory a negative review, because nearly everything else I've tried from them is stellar. If at all possible, try to smell Hand Food before purchasing and see if it appeals to you!

My new favorite hand cream. I started using this over my Eucerin!! Hand Food smells amazing and leaves my hands super soft. I don't get any weird residue leftover, and the product sinks in quickly.
The packaging is so cute that I keep it on my nightstand as decor! Lol.

I was unimpressed with this hand cream. To begin, I have very dry skin all over my body, but I've had to use hand cream religiously since I was quite young in order to feel comfortable. I'm actually quite fine with the scent, since that seems to be what most people take issue with. It just feels thin to me. It soaks in, but I still feel that my knuckles, the skin between my fingers, and my cuticles are a bit dry -- but then my palms feel sweaty and the lotion immediately feels greasy. It's a pretty pricy lotion, with the quality being on par with the J.R. Watkins Shea Butter Hand Cream. Some people like the Watkins cream, and some people like Hand Food. It just wasn't the right product for me, and definitely not rich enough for me. Instead, I stick to Philosophy's Hands of Hope. Same price, but with smooth, very moisturized results.
