This was my first Chanel Eyeshadow Quad purchase. I have to admit, I was feeling a bit of remorse after leaving the Mall. I felt that it was just way too expensive to justify. But after having had it and using it for a few months, I feel differently about it. I've gotten so much use out of this and the colors are so great!

I got it for the beautiful copper color. But I've used all 4 now and have to say this is a great quad for mixing and matching with other shadows. I have yet to use it wet, which is how the SA at the counter recommended I use it. But as a person who hates foiling, I don't think I'll try it. I've only foiled eyeshadows when they're not intense enough. But I am really happy with the pigmentation on these. Like I've found to be the case with most Chanel Eyeshadows, they're really soft in texture and go on sheer at first. But you can build the color up without a problem. Didn't have any issues with creasing or fading and they're not chalky at all.

This palette includes a soft copper with a tiny bit of pink in it, a pale salmon color with a tiny bit of golden shimmer, a pale taupe that I can only describe as being sort of champagney and pink at the same time and a medium chocolate brown color. Here are a few pictures of an EOTD I did using this quad and some actual quad pictures (in direct sunlight) from when I first bought it.
