I go this shampoo and conditioner because The john frieda lightening spray made my hair a little bit orange. I hoped it would correct the unwanted tones. It did not make a difference at all! I left it in for 10mins and used it nearly everyday. My hair stayed the same colour and it made my hair very dry.

I used this and made my hair very shimmery, glistening like crazy, super shiny and healthy looking despite of bleaching, highlights, ash blonde dye etc etc, left my hair super soft, amazing product.

I always have this in my cupboard and alternate between this and a mask when I wash my hair. Dont expect dramatic results (you'll need a toner for that). It does a great job of keeping my light brown/dark blonde hair looking a natural shade, keeps the brass at bay and keeps my highlights shimmering. It leaves my hair surprisingly soft too.

These tone-restoring products do the job. The shampoo leaves the hair dry but the conditioner is nice. A MUST after using the shampoo.

Love this use it alot with the shampoo, its not as dark as the Matrix so silver but it helps.

Wouln't count on this fixing oops or real brass but it will keep your blonde a cooler shade, even with ash colors I use this.

I was looking for an alternative to Shimmer Lights for toning down the brassiness of my bleach blond hair and this is it. Cheaper than shimmer lights but just as expensive as other John Frieda products. It really did a good job of balancing out the orange tones. Since I only wash my hair 2 times a week it also was long lasting (unless I got my hair wet) and it wasn't until Day 3 that I would start to see the brassiness again. I would buy this product again if I needed it, but I'm going a medium ash blond next and shouldn't need it. I always wish the bottoms of these bottles were a little wider and longer so they'd stand steadier, but other than that it works like you would expect a Tone restorer would for cheaper than shimmer lights.

I use this in conjunction with the Tone Restoring Shampoo. This conditioner is great, keeps the brassiness at bay for my honey colored highlights yet keeps the hair nice and soft and tangle free. I usually leave this in for 2-3 minutes, making sure to saturate my ends. My color looks better now 7 weeks later. Will definitely repurchase this as long as I have my highlights.

Love this conditioner. My hair is brown but I have it heavily highlighted blonde and this with the shampoo after a week has totally brightened the blonde...no brassies!!! It smells really good and makes my hair soft but not too soft. Looks really healthy and feels great. Will def. repurchase.
