I applied this yesterday morning and after 24 hours, my eye makeup looks exactly the same. I know, I shouldn't have slept with makeup on but I was exhausted last night! To be fair, the staying power of this product (I used it as a base for my eyeshadow) is immense. But so too is the ANNOYING glitter. What a shame, because the colour is perfect. A perfectly neutral champagne colour. But why the glitter? I have bedroom eyes and dramarama and both are also gorgeous, neutral colours - without glitter. They are great. Unfortunately, bondage ended up in the bin. I didn't keep it because I didn't want to forget that the product makes your eyes look like tinsle and use it again by accident in future. Would have given 5 lippies for this product without the glitter.

I largely prefer matte or a slight shimmer on my eyelids, so perhaps purchasing this eyeshadow wasn’t the best idea. It’s not to my taste (among other pitfalls); the glitter is sparse, but large. I do think highly of the color and the product applies wonderfully. The eyeshadow is smooth, creamy, and opaque.
However, the glitter is obnoxiously large and silver. It’s immediately noticeable on the eyelid, and fails to stay where it’s applied. It migrates throughout the day to the brow bone, the under-eye, and the tops of the cheeks.
This eyeshadow is touted as “long-wearing” and “crease resistant”, claims I find laughable. I fail to get more than six hours of wear with this product with or without a primer. As this eyeshadow is “infused with Shadow Insurance primer”, I would at least expect the same length of wear I get from my original Shadow Insurance.
Overall, this was a disappointing product that’s been relegated to my blacklist box.

This was my first Too faced product and it is such a good base i went out and got Too faced Shadow Insurance so that i could have a matt base instead of crazy glitter. But there is no collour to it, it just silver glitter. I use it now under matt eye shadows to liven them up abit plus this way the glitter isn’t really noticeable.
But heres the thing. After using it 3 times the end exploded open and i lost heaps of product. Now i’ve got a small alligator stationary clip thing holding the end shut. I took another lipie off that. But im thinking of trying this product in other colours of they are less sheer.

I bought Bondage one day out of curiosity to see if it actually worked. It's a light brown color with A LOT of glitter. It reminds me of UD's Midnight Cowboy Rides Again. There is some glitter fall out but it's not terrible considering it's a primer. But for $18.50 I definitely dont think it is worth it for such a small tube.

I previously used Urban Decay's primer and was happy with it until I tried Too Faced Lockdown in Bondage. This has become one of my most favorite products in my makeup bag!
The product itself does not offer much color. It is a bit shimmery - I wouldn't say it is glittery. It comes in a tube and you only need a tiny bit. I wear it alone or use it as a base. No creasing & long wearing! Love it!

Bondage is a light champagne color with alot of glitter very similar to Midnight Cowboy Rides Again or Midnight Cowboy. Because it is a primer, the glitter particles do not fall out as much, but there is still fall out once the primer dries. The Urban Decay equivalent would be their primer potion in Sin.
It is a nice color, but I won't be repurchasing because of the glitter fall out. Also the color does not really show up too much on the lid. If you are looking for a VERY subtle amount of color, you might like this. For me the color payoff is so poor I might as well use the regular TFSI.
The tube is smaller than a traditional Shadow Insurance tube. So you are getting much less product for a higher cost compared to regular TFSI.
The cost is $18.50.
