My skin used to be good enough for me to just use this tinted sunscreen as coverup. But now that it's gone all ape-sh*t on me, I had to upgrade to a full-time foundation to cover up all the red marks! Anyway, this is easy to apply and lasts pretty much all day. It is also fragranced and slightly drying in the winter time, but never gave me any problems (had been using it for years). It's easy to carry in your purse so you can reapply it throughout the day. The color match is okay and I think after my skin calms down and red marks fade more, I will go back to using this as my basic makeup.

I love shiseido products but not this one so much. It breaks out my face and mositurizer in it is not enough. The shade is good though.

I love this product. I use it sort of like a concealer on undereye circles and love the high SPF. (I use the SPF 55 cream over my whole face first.) It leaves no shininess and the beige color is a pretty good match for my skin color.

I highly recommend this product. I bought it in untinted, but there is not a review for that and the significant factors should be the same. I wear contact lenses and I have very sensitve eyes. I have never (ever) been able to wear sunscreen on my face because it "melts" into my eyes which sting and burn and I get half blind and want to poke them out with sticks. (Seriously) So, normally if I am doing any type of outdoor activity I just get sunburned on my face because it is preferable to the alternative. (I even tried all those "sport" ultra-sweatproof sprays and they are just as bad.) Anyway, I was going on my honeymoon for 2 weeks in Hawaii and I new I couldn't have two weeks worth of sunburn. I checked out a couple of surf-girl websites and saw this stuff recommended. I tried it and it works perfectly. I wore it every day for 2 weeks and it never once ran into my eyes or faded off. It stayed on my face, where I put it, and protected me from sunburn. I did not have to reapply. Very good. Excellent. It does feel a big thick when you first put it on- and I did get the geisha effect before I rubbed it in, but after it is rubbed in the geisha thing fades, and in about 1/2 hour the weird thick feel of it fades too. I did get a few tiny pimples in the 2nd week but they didn't last after I got home and quit using the product. It's very waterproof and I think it is a MUST have for anyone who wears contacts or has sensitive eyes.

Edit- I've now used this on vacation in Hawaii 3 times. I cannot recommend this highly enough. In the last couple of days I have been wearing it on my face everyday instead of my normal tinted moisturizer. So far I think I much prefer this. I goes on matte. My skin doesn't get greasy at all throughout the day (even though I don't use powder) and well, I just love it. Not greasy, not drying. No pimples this time. Try it!

It is pretty small for what you pay for. I like the package and this is my only positive feedback about this product.
I applied it to my face and I looked like a geisha. with sun shining on my face, I look horrible like a walking corpse. It had a sticky yucky feeling but i think it does stay on pretty well cuz I still looked like a geisha after coming out of water.

This works well for me. non-comedogenic. Convenient packaging in roll-up stick. I use it in concunction with the Shiseido Ultra Sun Block Lotion, SPF 50.
I like to avoid wearing foundation as much as possible, sometimes only putting on a eye-cover make-up. The block stick gives me a bit of touch-up that I know is also good for my skin- protecting from skin damage. I have fair skin and the match is good.

This was a bit of an experiment. I use it as a backup on hiking trips and such where makeup isn't necessary but I still want to even out my skintone. It's close enough to my skin that it doesn't look fake and generally works fine. The texture is nice and smooth and dries to a powdery finish. The coverage is decent too. I haven't noticed any breakouts, but then I haven't used it consistently enough to judge.
