I actually did not buy this, it was gifted to me, but I always use it. It has the awesome effect of matte eyeshadow, so it's not all messy, but the pigment is that of cream or powder, vibrant and gorgeous. I have the glitter version, it really makes my eyes pop and the variety of colours is so much fun.

Profusion is one of the best makers of affordable palettes. not sure about ordering online but i know ive picked these up at different stores but i absolutely love these palettes. im not sure exactly which ones i own either way i really like Profusion palettes.
PRICE/AVAILABILITY- this palette cost me around $4-5. I can find these palettes online on cherryculture or at Ross and sometimes at Five Below. they are a little scarce or hard to find certain ones since it all depends on area/location and which stores around you that carries them. and i can normally find a few at Ross or Five Below but not a huge selection. but they are very affordable no matter what size. 36 shadows for less than $5! wow!
SHADES/FORMULA- now in the palette i have (which i will include or add my own picture but its just like the palette shown in the pictures above) all 36 shadows are metallic or have shimmer to them. some have less than others and some the more you get thru the shadow- the less shimmer you will find. there is a top coat of fine glitter on all of them that will disappear once through which i love that its not the whole way thru like that. they are all extremely pigmented and soft and so easy to apply. they are pressed pretty well which means hardly any fallout when i use them. the formula is very nice- not too hard or soft- just what i like in a shadow. whats great is there is so many colors to pick from and they all look great! they all show up the way they look in the pan. i couldnt believe how great these shadows all were. no duds in this palette- all of them are great! there is a wide variety of shadows from neutrals to bright vivid colors- you get pinks, purples, blues, greens, browns, bieges, any color you want! its there! what i love is that i can make any look with this palette. also since i dont use colors like bright blues or greens or any bright colors too often, this allows me to play around without spending a fortune on a shadow ill only use once or twice. its super convenient since you get 36 shadows- its alot of shadow
PACKAGING- this comes in a shiny black rectangular palette. its about the size of a netbook. thin and sturdy. ive had no problems of any shadows falling out or the palette itself falling apart. its small enough you could pack it easily for vacation and it wont take up too much room in your collection. there is 3 rows of 12 shadows. they are all rectangular shaped, all the same size. each pan of shadow is big enough that my shadow brushes can fit into them without worrying about picking up the color next to it. i love the shape of the shadows. simple and convenient. make sure to check these though before purchasing them since ive seen some shattered to hell in the stores so make sure to check the quality before purchasing since some people obviously destroy them. ive bought one on clearance since someone ripped apart the box (why do people ruin makeup- its a crime to me:) ) just so you know that it could happen even though all the palettes i own by Profusion have stayed together nicely without breaking or falling apart unlike my Coastal Scents palette that i paid 4x as much for that broke the second i opened it up-ahh! i was so mad!
overall- this palette is great for beginners or makeup collectors like myself that love a great palette or anyone that wants 36 great shadows to play around with. so many diff shadows to pick from and so many different looks to come up with too! i fell in love with this one so i picked up more palettes from Profusion- love them! affordable cruelty free palette!
*update- can i just say i have a few coastal scents & beauty factory palettes but always love coming to my cheap but amazing Profusion shadows. theyre just incredible. this palette may not be suited to those who dont like shimmer since they all have a metallic finish but its has bright colors, earthy tones & alot of neutral tones which i love since im not a fan of color but every once & awhile ill add a color to the lower lash line & this palette has so many beautiful choices for whatever you want to do. it gives me tons of idea & options. i love swatching these shadows, ahh i love Profusion!

I was very impressed by some colors in this palette. I wasn't expecting much -- I got it at a discount grocery store for $4. That means it's about 11-12 CENTS for each eyeshadow. You won't get a better deal than that in a store.

The packaging is nice. Very sleek, thin, black palette. It was a little bit hard to open the first few times I tried to use it, but that's just a minor, minor problem.

The shadows themselves are all extremely shimmery. The majority of the colors are gold/brown/bronze. The texture of the shadows is very soft. I found that most of the colors gave me a crazy amount of fall-out when I used them with a fluffy brush.
As for the pigmentation, some of the colors blew me away and others completely disappeared after I tried to blend them. I found that the brighter colors, like the lavender and turquoise, had very poor pigmentation. If you're looking for shimmery browns, golds, and bronzes, THIS IS FOR YOU!

What a wonderful buy for only 4$ at ross!! I was hesitant to buy this but I found that the colors are not thin - they are highly pigmented and they spread on thickly with the applicator - so i plan on using this with an eyeshadow brush instead. There is a wide variety of colors to choose from ,so you could have a different look for each day of the week. Apply heavily or lightly, and it still looks great. Surprised at the quality of this no-name brand buy.. the case is somewhat hard to open until you get used to it. id like to get the other pallets too! 5 lippies

I have this palette in the neutral and the the brighter version. I love these palettes!!..alot of the profusion palettes are shimmery so you just need to use them correctly. They are verry pigmented and you do need to use a good primer to make them stay on better if you think that they are chalky. I dont find them to be chalky at all to me but I do use an elf all over stick as a base to make I wont have no problem.

First of all, this only cost me 4 dollars. You just can't get any better than that for 36 colors! Yes, ALL of the shadows were shimmers (or metallics), but very pretty shimmers. I found them to be highly pigmented, and incredibly soft! My palette doesn't have any blues, but it does have a wide variety of browns, golds, greens, reds, purples, and champagne colors. They are wonderfully long lasting as well. For instance, at some point in August I did a green shadow look for a friend, and at the end of the day I noticed there was NO CREASE LINE on her eyelid. I didn't even use a primer! My only con is the case. It is hard to open at first, and although I got used to it, It could be annoying for some. Mine came with a mirror, But it fell off the case within two weeks, and I didn't bother putting it back on. The only plus with the case that I have is that it is surprisingly durable. I can carry it around with me in my bag all day, and when I open it, the colors are all still intact.
Overall, I find this palette to be an awesome addition to my collection. I will never need another brown/bronze shadow again!

I bought this palette in the 36 Glamour Eye version. You can usually find these palettes at Ross. You get 36 different colors in everything from neutral browns to blues, greens, golds, and lavenders. The colors are nice enough but every single shade is frosty/shimmery. They are not very pigmented but they are buildable. The application is horrible. They are powdery and chalky and you end up with glitter everywhere. The palette is very difficult to open. I will not buy this palette or any Profusion palettes again.
