This is not an orange red like the picture. It's a true blue red of medium intensity. If you love MACs Ruby Woo then this lipstick is an exact colour match in nicer packaging and a more hydrating and luxurious formulation.

I swatched both ruby woo and gala side by the side and could not detect a colour difference in natural light. I love the Rouge G formulation, it's very hydrating on the lips and has good lasting ability. The packaging is the best on the market and worth the extra cost. You will feel like you've bought a real luxury item.

My wonderful husband got me this lipstick for Christmas. WOW! It's gorgeous!! The color is perfect for me; it feels so smooth on the lips. Perfectly hydrating and slighly glossy - doesn't creep into liplines. The packaging is out of this world; though it is a very luxurious item, I will buy it again since the hubster likes it so much (so do I!)!! A true, sexy red. LOVE IT!!!!

I went into house of frazer to get kiss kiss excess de rouge but they had sold out.
This is the closest I could find to it.
A dark blood red on me.
I love the case and would like other colours in the range.
Comfy on the lips and long lasting.
