This is a gorgeous blackened charcoal gray with a silver shimmer that really makes it shine. Very smoky, dark, and sexy, and a good alternative to your basic black. This would be a good winter shade, no doubt, but it works for me any time of the year. The first coat goes on a little sheer, but it glides on nicely, and a second coat should even it out and make it opaque. And damn, that $2 price tag of Sinful's is divine.

Pros: bang for the buck ($2 @ Duane Reade in nyc), perfect thin consistency allowing for easy thin coat application, 1 coat coverage, beautiful starry night color
Con: I wish the brush was wider so application would be easier.
Overall: great polish & brand. I recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

This is a charcoal-black with tiny silver glitter running through it. The glitter is not really visible from afar; personally, I would've liked more or larger particles of glitter, but I think the fact that it's subtle makes it a very versatile shade. The quality of Sinful Color polishes are very good considering the cheaper price; I think they are just as smooth as OPI and better than Revlon. I only need one or two coats to get opaque coverage and the polish does not make my nails feel dry unlike some other polishes. However, I do wish the brush was a little thicker.

I have on 20 bottles of Zoya, 15 OPI, 12 Chanel polishes, and countless bottles of Nicole, but I keep reaching for this one over and over and over again. It's just that beautiful. Along with being a beautiful color, long lasting, and applying smoothly, it's moisturizing to my nails. I notice that my nails don't peel or flake and break when wearing Sinful polishes. The only other polishes that give me these types of results are Zoya and Chanel. This is a very modern and hip color, yet manages to be suitable for all age groups. It's not to 'frilly' for me, yet manages to be youthful enough for my niece. I apply my Orly Sec'n Dry over it and then finish it off with my Orly 'Won't Chip' topcoat. My manicures usually last 10 - 12 days without chipping.
Sinful polishes are a proving to be very decent in quality. I also love the fact that they don't contain alot of harsh chemicals. I'm really amazed by how cheap the polishes are. I would usually grab a couple of bright colors to use for my pedicures in the summer, but I'm beginning to grab these up, moreso than Zoya and Chanel, for my manicures too. Even their treatment polishes are good. I'm a convert!

This is a great color. I love it a lot. It's dark, and goes with everything. The quality of the polish is very good, and it lasts long. I use this color a lot. It's a black, with charcoal gray shift and silver shimmer. I have recently loaned it to my mom, and I need to get it back for fall time! Hee hee.

This polish is to DIE for. It's a rich, dark gray-black shade with a hefty amount of fine silver glitter. It's kind of difficult to see the glitter at a distance, but it's gorgeous no matter how you look at it. The formula is near-perfect (not too thick, not too thin) and in two coats it's completely opaque and smooth. It dries quickly, yet any little mess-ups can be corrected as you're applying it.
This polish is beautiful on its own, but with a topcoat, its true depth can shine through. So, in two coats of this polish, and one coat of Revlon Quick Dry Topcoat, I have a glamorous manicure that glistens in the sun and shines like obsidian in any light. And for $1.99, it absolutely cannot be beat. <3 Sinful!

This black polish has tons of fine silver glass fleck glitter suspended in it. From afar it looks like a gunmetal shade, but up close it reminds me of stars twinkling in the night sky. The silver glass fleck glitter makes this color way easier to wear than plain black.
The formula applies really well, dries quickly, and is almost totally opaque in one thin coat. If you were in a hurry, you could get away with slapping on one coat, but I put on two for perfection's sake. I found this polish chips very easily without top coat, so make sure you use a good one.
Sinful Colors is somewhat new to Canadian drug stores, and is surprisingly somewhat expensive (I got mine on sale for $3.99, regular price was $5.99) compared to how cheap it is in the States.

GORGEOUS! Absolute gorgeousness!
I might already have a virtual dupe or 2 of this metallic pearly-silver shimmer charcoal black shade, but it was only $2 @ the drugstore, the color called out to me & it was too beautiful to pass up. Even if I have something that looks just like it (I'll have to check sometime) it doesn't hurt to have another beauty of a gem (or is it gem of a beauty?). Lol, either way the point is the same.
The packaging is great - large bottle w/great full-coverage brush that holds plenty of polish to cover each nail more than sufficiently, formula goes on smoothly & is fully opaque in 2 coats (even 1 coat if you apply carefully). I like to call this shade Tahitian Black Pearl, as that's what it looks like after it dries - a beautiful black metallic shimmer, you can see the super-micro-fine silver in it. Topcoat or not, the finish looks the same - pearly satin - & dries absolutely smooth, not gritty. Far more polished & classy than a traditional black shade, this beauty is perfect for daytime wear & isn't @ all obviously goth. It's urban chic.
See the picture of the bottle - that's exactly how your manicure will look. What you see in the bottle is the nail result you'll get. Definitely highly recommend, & definitely worth a rebuy. Excellent quality, & just $2!!! Step aside, OPI, I never liked you.
I love glitter polishes & lately I'm into black shimmer & other dark shades - this would also make a beautiful base underneath glitter polishes as a great backdrop to make the glitter pop.

This is almost a very deep charcoal with microgiltter. I think it's a fresh, hot take on black, and I much prefer microglitter to a frosty look. Sinful colors has so many trendy colors, and for $2, I don't mind buying 6 at a time (or 7 ... or 8 ... LOL). Everytime I'm at Walgreens, I pick up a few more. Can't really speak to the longevity since I change polish every 3 days or so. Also, just a personal opinion, but this or any black looks SO awesome on toes with your "little black dress." As far as the reviewer below who is 20-something and feels she might be too old for a color like this, I say wear what YOU like and what you think is fun .. I'm 53 and I do ... no one has ever commented that I look tacky, not even my 26 year old daugher (and you know she would! LOL). Would I wear "Hello Kitty" decals or designs? Hell no ... but as far as color goes, I what what makes ME feel good.

Since this is the only black nail polish I've ever owned (no joke, I'm more into classic manicures and light/neutral shades), I have nothing to compare it to. But there's something about the shimmer in this polish that makes it look....surprisingly not so harsh! This is a beautiful black with silver micro shimmer that almost makes it look borderline charcoal. I'm a big fan of Sinful Colors nail polishes for their ridiculous affordability and gutsy range of shades (and hit or miss quality), but my big problem with them is that, out of all the polishes I have from them, half of them take about 3 to 4 coats to show up as opaque. With this one, it only took 2 thin coats! I just rediscovered this in my nail polish stash today (I bought it about two years ago, and have only worn it a couple times since I got it) and it hasn't become thick or goopy at all over time. I also LOVE the finish of it: not too glossy, almost has a suede finish.

This polish reminds me a lot of OPI Baby it's "Coal" Outside (which is one of my all-time favorite polishes ever.) It's not a dupe, but it's just got that same feeling. It's dark and kinda vampy while also having a bit of lightness to it thanks to the shimmery effect.

Usually I hate polish with sparkle or shimmer because I feel it looks tacky and juvenile. I am 23 after all haha. But I saw all the good reviews on here and thought this looked super cool so I got it for .99 cents at walgreens. (the sale) It's gorgeous and so cool looking. And with some seche over it it lasts even longer. So buy it!

Just picked this color up and am in love! Its a dark blackened charcoal with sparkly glittery shimmer. Really nice formula too, not streaky or gooey. 2 coats and its perfectly opaque. Sinful has done it yet again, always impressed with the great quality of their polish... and the price is unbeatable! I definitely recommend this and would repurchase again =)

Love this nail color! Ever since I have purchased it last month, I have worn it on my nails as a mani color like 3 times already! This color is the perfect gunmetal grey/black, silver shimmered polish for these coming winter months. I love how easy it is so work with this formula. It goes on streak-free, air bubble free, and the shimmers are very smooth and fine so you won't feel any grittyness on the nails.
I recommend this shade to everyone! And at only $2.00? What have you got to lose?

Secret Admirer is a charcoal/gunmetal nail polish infused with fine, micro silver glitter or shimmer. This color is amazingly beautiful on the nails and, the best thing about it is, it was opaque in 2 coats. Definitely purchase again.

Suuuch a good fun black polish! I saw a swatch on a nail blog and I had to have it. It's my first "Sinful Colors" polish. I am so floored by the quality of these dirt cheap polishes! The brush was kind of strange at frist because the bristles are shorter than usual, but I have NO complaints, it works really well, I'd go as to even saying I like it better than most brushes. Consistency is good, opacity is amazing, and I looove this color! It's not a black-black, more of a 'gun metal' grey as some have said. The glitter is very fine and not at all chunky. It's also VERY glossy pre-topcoat..I was really astonished at that. It could be opaque in one thick coat, but I did two. Drying time was pretty quick also.
I'll definitely be buying MORE and MORE Sinful Colors in the very near future.

I picked this up on a whim, thinking it'd be a glittery polish to wear over black or something, I got a nice surprise when I tried it on it's own and found out that it's quite opaque! This color is a glittery gun metal gray (don't be scared.... the glitter is very fine milled and in no way chunky, tacky, or gaudy.)
It goes on very smooth, and with a base and top coat will last all week with minimal chipping. The color stays pretty glossy, and it wears evenly. I own several sinful polishes and am thrilled with all of them. At $1.99 at walgreens, these are a steal.
The picture I have uploaded is after 3 full days of wear and no touchups. It's lighter in natural lighting, but I was in a pinch.

Saw this at Duane Reade and ended up getting it and 2 other colors. I really love Sinful Colors. I'm not a big nailpolish person but I do go through my phases and these are great cause they are cheap but stay on for a while. I've been lemming a gun metal color for winter and this is perfect!

I love this color. Applies nice and I only had to use 2 coats. Without a top coat it's a little dull looking as it's not very shiny but with a nice top coat it looks really good and didn't chip for a few days. Plus it's only 2 dollars!
