It seems like the person that runs this website does a good job when they feel like it and a shitty job others days. I heard some good things about this website so I ordered some eye shadows and a empty palette. My order processed for 6 days and after 3 emails to the owner, I never got a response. After doing some more research I heard that this website will be "processing" your order for a few weeks, depending on when the owner isnt to busy for your shipment. It took a month for people to receive there packages. After opening a dispute with them through paypal, they blocked me from there website and it says my account is canceled and I have no access to there webpage. This website is a joke, I suggest you spend your money else where!

Unzipped- The best matte black eyeshadow, blends awesome, great quality black,
Plumcrazy- Awesome cooler purple, has shimmer, good pigment too, love this color! Mid-tone, not too dark.
Raisin Cane- Wow, smooth as silk color, great crease color, blends so nicely. Its a warmer browney purple, matte, medium tone.
All good quality colors, will be getting more!

So I ordered 3 of these eyeshadows in "7", Ally Cat, and Bayli which I think were limited addition. Great eyeshadow, great pigmentation. These 3 shades are shimmery. Overall price was great about $6 each, from (all cosmetics warehouse).
"7"- is a purple/brownish shade
Ally Cat- is a silvery/brown shade
Bayli- is a dark silvery pewter shade
Can't wait to try some more.

I ordered about five of these from All Costmetics WholeSale.
I swapped one (can't remember the name) and still have four left:
Raisin Cane - darker purple
Fifi - Lighter purple (kind of reminds me of MAC Satelite Dreams)
Vintage - glittery pink
Sex Kitten - glittery peach
I love the two purples and often use them together. They are very pigmented, have great texture and blend together fairly well.
While I do love the other two colors, I find that I don't reach for them often. They are extremely chunky in texture and apply that way. Fall out city!
I will probably buy more in the future, but I will stay away from the glittery ones, if possible. By the way, Karla Sugar has great swatches to show you the actual color (which you won't find on either the SMH website or allcostmeticswholesale.com.)

I recently got Extreme - a bright yellowy lime green colour. I was really disappointed as the colour pay off is rubbish, and it is very chalky. Although the other colours look nice, I will research more before purchasing more.

- I have two 15palettes full of SMH eyeshadows! I plan on adding about another 30 to my collection. the 15palette package comes with a palette, each shadow individually packaged, and magnets (the palette and shadows arent magnetized so a little assembly is required). the palettes they come with are smaller than a MAC 15pan pro palette and inside between the holes are foam (which can be removed if desired).
- Most of these shadows are soft, pigmented and blend so easily. My favorite color of theirs is FRESH --- perfect and bright green. Everytime I wear it, I get compliments! :)
- i must warn that out of the newer additions, they seem to be less pigmented (more sparse?)
- i also enjoy their matte eyeshadows, not crumbly or dry.
-currently at starsmakeuphaven.com 15eyeshadows+palette is $50, while 28 is $79.95. Individuals are around $5 --- very afforable either way.
-if you only want a few shadows, some of my recommendations include fresh, wine not, plum crazy, and fireflies (somethinglikethat:X).
-if you are into collecting palettes/collections, i would definitely recommend you add SMH eyeshadows into the mix. hope this helps!

For $5 these are seriously some of the best eye shadows i have ever used. I ordered these from AllCosmeticsWholesale, got them in three days and have been lemming more ever since. I have 1492 (gorgeous metallicy true blue), flaming-o (orange), and a lilac shade. I like that I can pop them right into a MAC palette without having to depot. The pigmentation in these is seriously insane for the price. As with Ulta and MAC shadows, these last all day on me with no creasing whatsoever. i'm wearing flaming-o right now, forgot my primer this morning, but they still look great. You can't beat these shadows for the price.

Stars Makeup Haven shadows are definitely as good if not better then MAC -- smooth, blendable and highly pigmented. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I wish there were more listings here for the individual eyeshadows, because the quality varies SO MUCH among the single eyeshadows. I love the price, I like that there are pictures on the website of the colors, and there are many great and flattering colors. However, you won't get those ridonkulously cool "different" shades that I personally love from MAC...So while there might be some special SMH colors, none of them are exactly unique. Some of the shadows are waaaay too shimmery and some of them have ONLY shimmer, and very weak color payoff. I got 28 shades in a palette, and I love some and feel meh about others.
Favorites:
Unzipped- Perfect black...doesn't give you bluey undereye circles, wonderfully smooth and incredibly dark
Metro- Good texture, lovely dark silvery taupe
Show Stopper- GREAT quality, dark brown, use it almost every day as a liner
Least Favorites:
The White Shadow: Doesn't work as a matte highligh.. too chalky...I think this might work to blend out other colors though.
Walkin After Midnight: Poor color payoff, shows up as a sheer blue shimmer...disappoinment
Overall, I am neutral on these, because there are some really good shadows, and some really bad ones. Warning: Some of karlasugar's swatches appear more pigmented than they really are.

I really am impressed with these shadows. I ordered the 15 pan make your own palette for $49.95. The quality for the price is amazing. The shadows have really good pigmentation, nice shimmer and blend well. I love the palette itself, its sleek and matte black with a non-removable foam insert for the pans. I was disappointed it was not removable b/c I wanted to order more empty palettes to depot my other shadows (squares etc). Im not listing all the colours I purchased but Metro is my favourite and my least favourite was evergreen....it looks nothing like on the website. I should have researched a little more and looked at swatches. this is a must buy!!

Whooooo, baby, great fun in store here! I'd been eying these puppies on ACW for several weeks, toying with the idea of trying some. After flip flopping back and forth on prospective colors, I finally bit the bullet and went for Pandora, Creme de nude, Bee's Knees, and Ciao Bella. They arrived, as everything from ACW does, promptly and well packaged. Much rubbing of hands in gleeful anticipation when I opened the package, like a kid on Christmas morning. Because, of course, sight unseen, even with KarlaSugar's kind swatches, one never really knows what eyeshadows will look like in person. Especially at $4.95 a pop. Joy and delight when I ripped open the wrappings....they looked really normal! And not just normal, but really nice!
Pandora is as the previous reviewer mentioned, much like Mac's Beautiful Iris, a lovely shimmery lavender shade. Unlike the ACW picture, by the way, which makes it look baby blue. Go by Karla's swatch here. Creme de Nude is a matte, warmer, beige like cousin to Mac's Brule. Bee's Knees is the bastard love child of Mac's DaisyChain and Shroom on speed. Or shrooms. Lots of shimmer in this one. Maybe Nylon might be more comparable? Bee's Knees would make a great highlighter, but I'm fair enough I can also wear it as a shimmery yellowish lid color if I use a matte contour in the crease. Yay! Ciao Bella is also really, really nice, and I've worn this as a lid color several times already. It's lightly shimmery, but not as potent as the shimmer in Bee's Knees. And it's a lovely light grey/beige taupey color, about the same color intensity as Mac's Kid, but of course cooler and grey/taupe with some shimmer whereas Kid is a warm, beige-brown matte. Hell, this sounds nothing like Kid, but that's the only comparable shadow I have in my collection. Apologies on these descriptions as I'm not as hip to all the Mac shades as I should be, and am only going by those I already own. I could be completely mucking up these comparisons (plus it's Saturday night and I've had a glass of wine. Ok, two.) or there may be some Mac colors which are far more accurate descriptors which I'm just completely ignorant of even in the sober light of day. So use your own judgment on this review....please!
But all these color analogies aside, let's just say I was very, very pleased with the SMH shadows I received. They go on smoothly, there's little fallout, they last a goodly amount of time on my eyelids (longer than Milani's discontinued, but also lovely and inexpensive singles, longer than some Mac shadows), and they're downright cheap. I'm smacking my lips at the prospects of another order some day soon. One more wine and it could be tonight :)

I was ordering from All Cosmetics Wholesale and their onsite promotions convinced me to add 2 of these to my cart to check them out. Creme D’Nude is a pale matte fleshy colour and I go through shades like that quickly so that seemed like a safe bet. I also bought a shimmery, mid-tone, bluish purple called Striptease which looked like a colour I’ve been specifically looking for. The ACW had a link to swatches on a blog which were more accurate representations of the colours I got than the pictures on the ACW site itself.
They are both extremely pigmented and actually remind me of my extensive collection of mineral pigments. They have a nice texture although they don’t blend as well as some of my high-end shadows. They staying power was very good on my oily lids over MAC Paint.
I think a lot of people will really like these and I recommend them if you want bold, heavily pigmented shadows without all the mess of minerals. These do have fallout but they’re a little easier to use than loose minerals. For myself, I chose ‘yes’ on the buy again but it would only be if there were a particular colour I was craving and I was already making an order. I tend to favour slightly less pigmented shadows that I can build up the colour with and that blend a bit better than these but that’s just my personal preference.
They were $4.95 USD on the ACW site but the two little shadows added around $4 to my shipping cost and when I considered buying a third one, it jumped an additional $6!! I’ve never ordered from Stars Makeup Haven itself but hopefully their shipping prices are more reasonable. These are exactly the size of MAC shadows and I had empty slots in my MAC palette so that worked well. I don’t think they’re as nice as the MAC shadows they’re living with but they don’t stand out as poor relations either.
Aug 2010 Edit: I've lowered my rating from a 4 to a 3 and won't be buying any more of these. The texture has deteriorated with time an use a lot more than most eye shadows.

This review is for the eyeshadow single 'Two to Tango'. This is a shimmery gold (similar to Half-Baked) with great pigmentation. The cost is $4 on SMH. I feel that the quality is comparable to UD, and better than MAC. Shipping was very fast (5 days/ over a holiday weekend!) Customer Service is excellent. I will definitely be purchasing more shades;)

OMG! That is about all I have to say! So I am a true to heart ACW buyer. I love that site. So I was on a couple times last week and saw these...
Wooooowza! I bought all of them. Yes all 34 that they had I ordered.
Dupes.. there are a lot. Now these are all frosty that they have. Supposedly they will introduce matte colors soon. The pigmentation rivals that of MAC, but at only $5 a piece you save $6-9 dollars on each one.
Pro:
Price!
Lable is on actual pproduct, not a sticker!
Fits MAC Pro Pan Palette
Cons:
Have to buy online
No magnets
Only frost (at this time)
Would I buy again?!
YES!! I plan on buying all the matte collection when they come out. These are going to be great to take on vacation because it one chips or breaks, I won't be so devistated like I am with my MAC collection!

I purchased 7 of these eyeshadows when someone recommended on the Makeup Board. These come in a pan form and fit beautifully into MAC Palettes, or E.L.F. Palettes (they even sell the E.L.F. palettes on the site). The shades I bought were Cashmere, Frenzy, Champagne, Creme Nude, Warm n Fuzzy, Metro and Bohemia. These colors are pretty much neutral shades. Champagne is a shimmery light beige and Creme Nude is a matte beige, almost flesh toned. The other shades range from golden browns to taupes. These are all well-pigmented and very silky and blend beautifully. They run only $4.95 apiece and you can make up your own palette (they sell the empty 15 pan palettes) or you can purchase one of their pre-made palettes already filled with their gorgeous colors. Shipping was very quick and the pans were well packaged in plastic holders wrapped in a ton of bubble wrap to prevent cracking.
Highly recommended and will definitely be purchasing again!
