I can't live without this! I am on my 7th bottle as I use it morning and night. It is the ONLY thing that I know I can use on my hyper sensitive skin even when its at its most upset and it won't sting or irritate or make my face crosser! It doesn't break me out either. It is soothing calming and hydrating.

If they ever stop making this ..I'm doomed!

Loved the feel of it, but it made me break out. Too many Botanical Extracts etc to be suitable for acne prone skin.

One of the best serums I've ever used. I'm always a little skeptical that natural products will give the same results as "doctor made" brands. This little bottle proved me wrong! It gives my skin a glow, evens out the texture and soothes redness. Great by itself during the summer, or under a rich night cream in winter.

It might just be my sensitive skin, but as soon as I applied this product on my face (from a sample given at Space nk) I immediately noticed some red spots, that were about to become pimples. Also, it had a sticky feeling, which I dislike in products. I promptly of course removed it, put on my usual routine serum (bakel Jaluronic) and the redness disappeared... I like the Cool and Clear cleanser from this line, but cell food is a big no no for me...

I have been using this product for just over 2 months. When I first started using it I was so impressed (I felt like this product was really 'working' when I applied it - never before had my skin looked better, plumper, firmer and more even) so I went straight back to Space NK and invested in other products in the Elemental Herbology range (having initially just bought Cell Food and Cell Plumping moisturiser). I ended up buying body washes, facial masks and cleansers.

However, the initial great effects have worn off, and I am now looking for a replacement serum and moisturiser. The product has literally stopped working. All it does now is coat the top layer of my skin in a thin greasy film, which means I am spending the whole day trying to control my T-Zone shine (I have combination skin). I'm really disappointed, as I had initially loved it so much.

On a different note, another thing that disappoints me about the Elemental Herbology range is the packaging. Whilst it may look beautiful, after using for a week or two all of the lettering begins to peel off and/or slip around the side of the bottle. This makes it hard to apply the serum without getting tiny little letters under your nails and then inadvertantly rubbing them into your skin too! Really annoying that companies are charging so much for a product and then putting it in cheap packaging. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Especially to people like me who committed to literally the whole range!

I have about five serums in my cupboard whick i keep trying to finish but I always end up going back to this it makes my skin feel smooth, firmer and yes more even toned (the redness in my cheeks that crops up in winter is gone). Its doing a great job of keeping my skin rehydrated during winter and it doesn't clog my pores.

Though I like this brand very much (great moisturisers) I found this serum to be only average, and have had better results from cheapy brands like KMF & Avalon Organics. I think at almost £40 pounds I expect a lot more . It certainly was pleasant to use, but I can see no discernable difference from when I began using the serum.

I never really took serums seriously having previously had a Dior one that just made me feel like a grease bucket. My cynicism said serums were just another way to push a moisturiser.

Cell Food lifts my cynical nature and I can't wait to get another bottle. Elemental Herbology are a small British company who use totally natural ingredients however instead of feeling a bit -lack-chic-green, Cell Food is a luxury to use. I looked forward to using it every night as a calming and rehydrating treat as I slept. I have also taken it on flights as it really helped combat the dryness and dull effect on my skin.

The pipette dispenses silky drops of serum which means no germs really enter the product and a little goes a long way (three drops a night). The serum smells beautiful (floral and cooling) and my skin laps it up. Over a few weeks my dehydrated and acne prone skin was much calmer and more even toned. This was a revelation to me and the reason I want another bottle....however at £38 I'll just have to wait a little longer. I miss the nightly ritual using it though.

Fantastic product - I love it!! This is a wonderful facial serum which is really easily absorbed, smells lovely, makes your skin glow and is gradually evening out my skin tone & fading scarring.

I've finally managed to go without night cream since discovering this, as Elemental Herbology advocate (as with Dr Hauschka & other brands) that your skin should be able to "breathe" at night, so a spritz of their "flower harmonising mist" (rosewater toner) followed by 2 drops of this serum at night is all I need now.

This range has wonderful natural credentials, top quality ingredients, great results and whilst pricey and as yet not that widely available it's good value as it works.

I have a bathroom full of serums which I can't be bothered with as I can't feel or see the difference but cell food is a real find!! It's £37.68 for a 30ml dropper bottle in glass but a little goes a very long way - it's like silk on your skin.

The product description from Space NK:
A protective facial serum to repair undernourished skin, whilst reducing the prevalence of fine lines and wrinkles. This unique cocktail of antioxidants and reparative nutrients helps stimulate collagen production, restore vitality and minimise the appearance of pigmentation spots and uneven skin tone.
