I scored this beauty on sale at Big Lots for $2! Super score! I was afraid he color would be too sheer, more of a stain really, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I got it home I did an initial test swipe on my hand and the color was stunning. When on the color really does pop. I'm a dark skinned lady who loves a bold lip and this little tube of magic does the trick. Great buy. Great color. It seems to work on a good range of skin tones. I would definately pay the normal retail price for this beauty!

this is a great red lipstick. the color is sort of 40s-ish. it feels soft and light on your lips. my only problem is that it's expensive for a drugstore brand. i would, however, DEFINITELY buy it again. moistureshine lipstick comes in other great colors too... one of my favorites is mauve. this is one of my favorite lipsticks!

I buy mostly HE, but there's nothing that I love more than a great drugstore find. The MoistureShine lipstick line is one of these diamonds in the rough. These lipsticks are ridiculously creamy, highly pigmented, and have an SPF of 20. Poppy Red in particular is an amazing color. It is a really bright red with a slight orange undertone (which is what makes it "poppy"). In fact, it is an amazing dupe for NARS Jungle Red. I actually like this so much that I gave my Jungle Red (which I found almost unbearably drying) away to a friend. I would buy this color again and will continue to try different colors from this amazing line.
