This review is for the Black Radiance Die eye shadoe in Rhythm & Blues. I got this eyeshadow from CVS for 50%off and it was a steal! I cannot beleive how smoothly this shadow blends. And the colors ( a navy and silver) are beautiful! Love this eyeshadow! And for $1.50 you can't get a better deal!!! NC 42 for reference.

I almost passed this eyeshadow duo up because at first glance it reminded me of L'Oreal HIP Duo - Sculpted. I stock-piled Sculpted so I have 8 in my collection. I watched a review that stated Black Radiance is also made by the same company (Markwins) as Wet N' Wild - I adore Wet N' Wild Icon Palettes and Singles. I grabbed 2 Dusk/Dawn and I am very happy that I bought this e/s! It is on par with Wet N' Wild in that applys smoothly, silky, even, and is very pigmented. It practically blends itself and it does not become muddy. The lighter side is a light rosey pink that has a soft sheen and the darker side is a plum/maroon with pink shimmer that shows on the skin as a sheen. I.AM.IMPRESSED. If you already own L'Oreal HIP Duo -Sculpted, you can definitely pass this up but you can never have too much of a good thing that performs so well for so little loot and gives you beautiful smokey sultry eyes :)

Wow this is a great eyeshadow for a drugstore product. Initially I am biased when it comes to drugstore products. I had a dismal experience many drugstore makeup with making me look like a fool. But when I started reading on blogs and watching YouTube channels doing reviews on Black Radiance products, I was interested. I somewhat a NARS girl when it comes to eyeshadows, but my circumstances has changed and I needed to find something comparable to NARS.

This eyeshadow comes close. It comes in a flat container with two separate pans for the colors. The colors show up even without an eyeshadow primer but it is a must since I get oily lids. It would make a awesome smoky eyes. I will upload pictures for this later.

I've always liked to buy cosmetics for "women of color" because the pigmentation is usually more generous and the colors are nice. I have medium skintone.

This is a gorgeous, velvety eyeshadow duo with a cool taupe on one side, and a dark metallic eggplant on the other.

I used primer on my lids, and this stuff stayed on all day. The quality of this eyshadow mirrors MAC or Urban Decay, and at $2.88 at Wallyworld I can splurge more! I'm going back to see what else this line has.
