I have fine, shoulder length hair and I'm letting the color grow out. I'm on the fence about this shampoo. It cleans my hair really well but doesn't strip it. I love the smell! Kinda citrusy. But it's weird...on my natural hair it's moisturized and looks healthy! On my colored parts it feels kinda waxy and looks stringy. Ill keep using it for the smell though!

I love this stuff! I use the kind meant for "Extra dry, damaged hair" as they say on the package. I will say I've tried the shampoo for just "Dry, damaged hair" and I can tell a huge difference between the two. The shampoo for extra dry hair works wonders! My hair is naturally curly, and I use this on the days when I just want to throw my hair back in a ponytail. It makes my hair so smooth, shiny, and soft. I can also tell it does a really good job of defining my curls. Plus, my man thinks it smells wonderful so that's a bonus :)

This shampoo is most likely designed for people with REALLY dry hair, because it didn't do anything. Normally, it takes me about 2 days to get oily, but right after I showered in the morning, my hair would fall flat immediately and would feel oily again by nighttime. Definitely not for people with normal-oily hair.

Am I the only person who feels like this shampoo didn't get my hair clean at all? Normally, Garnier shampoos really dry out my hair, but for some reason this one didn't really do anything at all. The product didn't lather that well, and I kept scrubbing and adding more shampoo to my hair, but I could never get to the point where it felt clean. I've been using a super moisturizing shampoo by Pantene, and even that made my roots feel clean and not greasy, but with this shampoo, I found myself having to wash my hair more often. Would not recommend for anyone with even slightly oily roots.

I tried this over the summer, and I didn't immediately dislike it. The shampoo and conditioner did work somewhat but I felt it didn't work well enough for my super dry hair. I did hate the caps on the these. I always found it hard to open, and so did my mom who has arthritis (I have her my left over bottles). I also do not understand why there was a super moisturizing version of this shampoo which I also used, but no super moisturizing conditioner.

the treatment is the best i have ever used but he shampoo leaves my hair tangeled and hard to comb. no big deal of a shampoo unless you have virign hair in which case it will be too heavy.

OH GOD YESS.
Finally, a shampoo/conditioner that doesn't leave my scalp flaky and dry! (COUGH COUGH Unlike Herbal Essences COUGH COUGH)
I love this product! It smells sooo amazing, and makes my hair feel awesome and smooth.
My hair is short (in a grown-out A-line bob) and a little wavy. It's on the coarse, dry side. I don't heat style it or use any sort of products on it, just brush it whenever it gets a little wild. My morning routine for my hair is shaking it out, haha.
After using this conditioner for more than a month and a half, I'd say that my hair went from really frizzy and unmanageable to tamed and ... well, not frizzy, and definitely not as dry. It's much softer to the touch!
Pros:
it really does nourish your hair
it hydrates my scalp and doesn't leave it dry and flakey
it smells absolutely delicious
it's affordable
the new bottles are more pleasing to the eye
i don't need to use much conditioner to get amazing results
Cons:
nothing, besides the fact that i'm running out and have to go buy more :D

I like this.... A LOT. I got a free sample of this with a matching conditioner sample.
For refrence I heat style my hair at least once a day. I curl my hair about 1 or 2 times a week, occasionally 3. When I blow dry my hair I use an oval brush (a paddle brush makes my locks limp) straight (my hair is naturally straight but it has a lot of bend to it). I always use ceramic heat tools and I never dyed or high/low lighted my hair.
But due to plenty of heat damage, I use this. I have lots of damaged hair. This works fantastic and turns my hair somewhat softer. 1 lippie off because of the smell. I don't care for it honestly, it smells odd. It's very faint but I love a nice smelling shampoo even if it doesn't last in the hair. (Herbal Essences is an awesome example). I can't compare this to a high end shampoo & conditioner since I never purchased one. Besides other opinions, I high recommend this is you have damaged hair!

I LOVE this shampoo (and conditioner)!! Within the first week of using it, I noticed a difference in my hair's texture. It felt a lot softer and less frizzy. I also used the Triple Nutrient Spray after the shower and it helped the frizziness as well. (I have thick hair) Apparently they have an Extra Nourishing one I just learned about, so I can't wait to try that one! Definitely recommend this product; will be purchasing again! : )

I absolutely love these products! I have very thick, damaged hair and this has made my hair so much softer & healthier. The first time I used them I already noticed a difference. It also smells amazing and didn't leave my hair greasy at all. I will definitely be re-purchasing!

This conditioner comes with the hair dye I use and I LOVE it. The shampoo I've never used so I can't say anything about that. But when I dye my hair I look forward to using this conditioner because my hair is SO soft when I use it. It doesn't make my normal hair type greasy or leave a residue that I've noticed. My hair loves this conditioner and feels so smooth. I love it and am going to buy a full bottle next time I'm at the store

I did not have any pf the problems people are saying on here, it worked for me.
If you have naturally greasy or oily hair, obviously you shouldnt use a shampoo that is this moisturizing on your hair, go for a clarifying shampoo and use conditioner on the ends instead.
This left my hair very soft and repaired the damage in my hair from using the blow dryer and curling iron almost everyday and from dying it every color (black, blonde, red, brown)
If you have dry, damaged hair this is for you! (Says that on the bottle and it's true)

I'd like to start off by saying that i've never been one to get greasy or oily hair easily or fast. I went to a drugstore looking to pick up my usual shampoo and conditionner when I came across the Garnier Triple Nutrion line. It was on sale for 3$ dollars and was made out of healthy ingredients. I thought, why not give it a go! When I first tried it, even in the shower it was hard to work with my hair. My entire head felt heavy and difficult to work through. Once I was out of the shower and as my hair was drying I noticed the roots of my head being a big sticky. I thought I had just not properly washed out the conditionner, said so be it and got ready for the rest of the day. After my hair was all dried I noticed that my entire head was feeling sticky, heavy and very greasy. It was hard to even comb my fingers through it! Once again I figured it was my washing so for the next few days I continued with this shampoo and conditionner and continued with the gross hair. It was a week of having my hair up every day due to the disgusting residue all over my head. I was completely disgusted and revolted by my own head! I then threw out these products and went back to my old shampoo which even, took me a day or two to get rid of all the build up I had in my hair. My fingers were dying from all the scrubbing. I really do not recommend this product for those who do not like greasy hair!

As always, I never go out and buy anything without checking the reviews on here first. After reading all the negative feedback I was really skeptical about trying this, but decided to try it anyways since it was on sale. Now that I've used almost half the bottle, I have to say I don't get why everyone hates this shampoo so much. I have extremely thick, dry, frizzy hair and it is really damaged from constantly flat ironing it. This shampoo really makes my hair soft and silky. My hair wasn't greasy at all and didn't fall out like I've seen some people say. I will repurchase again!

I received this shampoo and conditioner in a BzzKit from BzzAgent. I was not impressed with this shampoo or conditioner. The formula seems alright. It made my hair soft and shiny. However, this formula is SMELLY! I have been doing hair for years, and I have never smelled such a smelly product! I could get past a really overly perfumed product if the smell would fade quickly. But it takes FOREVER to fade! An hour and a half later, my hair smelled strong as ever! If you don't mind the smell, I think you would like it, but for me, it's just a deal breaker.

Garnier products never work for my hair. If you read the loads of bad reviews on any Garnier product, you will know why. Enough said. I've explained myself in all the other reviews I've written on Garnier products, & frankly, I'm tired of explaining how bad the products from this line are for your hair. I'll just keep it simple. Hopefully to the ones that listen & take my advice, your hair will be saved. To those of you who will buy these products anyway, you'll be on here writing bad reviews in the near future. My advice is Do Not buy products from this line, EVER. Very damaging to your hair. I would know, I'm obsessed with my hair & I get compliments on it daily. Take it from me & my experience, This is not good stuff to be putting on your hair.

i see a lot of bad reviews for this, but i use the whole line of triple nutrition. I like this shampoo, my hair is thin and dry and when i use this shampoo it makes my hair feel and look a bit thicker. Also I use the conditoner and it really helps my hair. My hair is a bit damaged and this shampoo does help lift it, and makes my hair look healthier

I've been using this shampoo for a LONG time and I'm not sure why. It makes my hair look as if I never washed it! I had no idea why my hair was so greasy - I thought it was possibly because I wasn't washing it out completely. After doing some research online, I discovered that many people were having the same problem. I have thinner hair but I use a very small amount of the shampoo and it STILL has the same affect. I am glad I figured out what the issue was.
