It seems to be really hit and miss with vibrance and staying power of Face Shop polishes. Generally I use 1 or 2 coats to cover each nail and with a top coat it will last between 2 - 4 days before major chipping. There are 2 types of brushes available (not including their 'large brush' range) and it seems to be luck of the draw in which you get. Some of my polishes have a wider brush in which the bristles fan out allowing me to coat each nail perfectly, and other brushes have a 'standard' brush (similar to Sally Hansen) which seems to make the nail polish 'goop up' on application. They are relatively cheap and are at a comparable price point to Misha, Maybeline & L'Oreal polishes.
I love Face Shop's range of colours. They have neon, pastels, neutrals, brights and a huge variety of glitter polishes and glitter top coats. Unfortunately I have had bad luck with 3 polishes - WH003 (Heart glitter polish) is poor quality & hearts are hard to collect with brush. GR505 (Mint green) is very thick and gloopy. BL602 (Vibrant blue) does not suit skin with yellow undertones at all. My favourite is the pearlescent purple from the Face It collection.
I have about 10 of these polishes in a variety of colours & finishes. I also own the plaid manicure set aswell.

I LOVE THESE NAIL POLISHES! I'm so glad the face shop offers such reasonable quality nail polishes with such an affordable price :D I have a face shop store located in the city and they have a wide range of colours to choose from. I usually just need to apply 2 coats for a perfect finish. The texture doesn't thicken up meaning it will last long compared to other nail polishes. It's brush allows you to coat the whole nail in one or two swipes. I will definitely continue to re-purchase these nail polishes :)

The texture is super goopy. It's hard to apply smoothly and not have a bumpy finish. I have to put on a top coat to make it even.
BUT its only $2 and the range of pastel colors remind me of Essie. But it's like1/4 the price.
I bought the lavender one and it looks amazing. It's just a pain to apply.

i have about 20 of these and i'm so surprised with the less than awesome reviews. i have tried many nps and i can say that these are on my top 5 list. i had opi (no not fake) that chipped the very next day but these can last for at least 3-4 days with the right base and top (usuall jelly top coat)
the variety is great and i won't even mention how awesome the price is.
i say u gotta give these a fair chance because they are great.

If you know how to apply this product properly, the result is not too bad. The colour is pastel, so it suits most of skin colors. It has a pretty natural look too. As previous reviews said: this nail polish easily chips. I had it on my nails for only a week, and the coat chiped and looked horrible. This nail polish is very thick and sticky, so it is quite hard to get a good looking coat. Plus, the brush doesn't help either. It's quite large, so it is difficult to apply on the narrow areas like the coins of your nail. My suggestion is to put a clear coat first to make your nail surface more slipery and flat. Then apply the face shop nail polish without pressing too hard: if you do you will get ugly stripes on your nails. If you do it well, your nails will be shiny and smooth.

This is a HORRIBLE product! I purchased YL703 (creamy pastel yellow) and PK101 (pastel pink with fine shimmer). The yellow one was streaky as hell, even after 3 coats. The pink one was a bit better, but remained streaky and cheap-looking after 3 coats.
The formula of this polish is disgustingly thick. It dries fast though. The brush is the worst of any polish I've seen. It picks up too much product, and has a bell-bottom shap which does not allow for an even application.
I would rather purchase those mini 5mL bottles of Arezzia polish at Sasa than these ones from The Face Shop. I am going to trash these; good thing that they were not too expensive.

i've got a few, and what i like about them is their color does not stand out, so it looks quite natural.
the quality, to be honest, isn't great. and yes, it chips easily. but it's so cheap, and dries real fast, so i would buy it again.

I bought a few colours cuz they were cheap, I have mixed feelings about these actually. The polish goes on smoothly and 2 coats gets my nails opaque n shiny. But it chips easily :( not sure if I'm gonna but these anymore... My heart aches after my polish chips in like 4 days

I have a collection of their nail polish. I'm reviewing the new release of their 'FACE it' shimmer range. I got this in PK103 (sweet shimmer pink), GL111 (strong shimmer gold), GR501 (shimmer opal mint green). TFS polish is sheer and the trick to using it is coat on coat. Leave it to dry for about 10-30secs after every coat. I do about 3 coats and it lasts me for about 2 weeks. The color is sheer if you apply 1 coat. Don't immediately apply the 2nd coat because you will not get the intensity of the color. I swim alot and the chlorine doesn't affect the color at all. It's value for money. The shades are really nice compared to the ones of similar price in other brands. It applies smooth and the quality is comparable to that of Revlon and Sally Hansen which cost me about three times more.

At first glance, the products look really nice and appealing, however it's not even remotely close to a nice product. The colours are really sheer and you hardly get any coverage over a bare nail. So these products can be passable if you apply a couple coats over another base colour. Overall, I wouldn't buy this again, though. I didn't find the brush size to be outstanding, so that was passable oh, the colour selection was appealing. But overall, no thanks!

What I've Got: PP408 (black top cover, purple (lighter purple) )
PROS: Applies smoothly, dries quickly. Nice colour.
CONS: Not very outstanding. It is rather good for its price but colour doesn't pop. If you like subtle colours, this may be the one for you.

I received a few of these as a birthday gift from friends, and though they are pretty colours from the outside it is difficult to get the same hue on your nails. One of them looks red in the bottle, but when I applied three coats it was still a dark pink. The pink colour was actually kind of nice, so I wasn't too upset with that one. However, the purple one I have went on so sheer that I didn't even want to bother applying any more coats because it would just be too much effort to get a decent colour. They are very cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

the nail polish dries fast and i like it. :) They have wide range of nice colors.
I only have 3 bottles from TFS (pk110, nail top and base coat). But, i'd rather buy Orly and sally hansen. :)

I like how they have a variety of colors, but I heard they are not very consistent with their quality. So far they only 'bad ones' I've got is this mint green, it's very streaky and hard to apply. The black was okay, and it worked for my Konad! The white one did as well, and I did a comparison, the white face shop polish was just a little lighter than the Konad special polish. (:
I would only buy black and white again for Konad, and maybe some other colors for small nail art (:

The only thing going for this nail polish is the color selection and the fact that it's so cheap (1,000 won a bottle). It doesn't last at all-- I'll put it on my nails and it will be halfway chipped off by the next day. They have tons great colors though.
