The shadows themselves are good quality they are super soft, have great pigmentation and are easy to blend and apply. However the colors are all shimmery and they crease easily on me because they are so soft. I wish they would put more variation into the palettes. If you live in the states think hard because I paid 21 bucks and I don't think it was worth it. I'll put it this way if the shimmer in Urban Decay bothers you then these will too.

For reference im a NC50 and i live in the United States. The shadows are great their soft and easy to apply this palette has some great jeweled toned colors I like the olivey green especially. The shadows are shimmery and so you do need to use some matte to counteract the shimmer if you wear them to work as I do. However because I live in the states I paid 21 bucks all together for a drugstore brand cosmetic. I don't think their worth that much.

I'm very upset that I have a to write a less then stellar review for this palette, but here goes. When I had a chance to swap for this, I was ecstatic- I had heard so much about the Sleek Palettes on Youtube and Blogs & I was hoping for a positive experience. When I opened this, I was thrilled at the array of colors, when swatched on my hand, they all came out beautiful & pigmented. Fast forward a few days, I primed my eyes and applied the silver to my lid, I patted and reapplied and all that showed up was this disgusting, flat color that was splotchy. I even tried it with a sticky base, it was better- but then it transferred to my black crease color (NYX's Black) something that has never happened before. I then went onto trying every color on my eye the next few days, and they are all HORRID =/ even with a sticky base, the colors always transfers to my crease color & take forever to be built up- not to mention the fallout (not a big deal for me, since I do my eye makeup first, but it could be bothersome) ....now considering the positive review below & so many others, I think that I was sent a palette that was possibly a bad seed in a batch of palettes. The black eyeshadow I swatched, now has rarely any pigmentation. Even though I am sad that this palette sucks, I will keep it for days when I can spend a ton of time blending and applying my lid color- none of these colors apply well on the crease, whether you use a stiff or fluffy brush. I really hope that anyone else who tries this has a positive experience. I regret swapping my MAC blush for this palette.

*UPDATE*
I really must give this palette another review. After months sitting untouched, I really wanted to try this palette again and see if I could get some use out of it. I cannot for the life of me remember, but I had heard someone mention (either through Youtube or a blog) that if an eyeshadow has less then decent pigmentation, to lightly scrape the top off. I tried it with these Sleek eyeshadow, and finally they have amazing pigmentation when applied on my lid. I think all the colors are just gorgeous, there's a great variety of neuutrals and brights. I like to apply these over my NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk, and they last all day without a crease. I'm super happy I tried this again!

This is absolutely, bar none, my favorite eyeshadow palette.
I have had this palette for about a month and I use at least one of the shadows every day. They are creamy, highly pigmented, blend like a dream, and this palette in particular comes in some gorgeous, deep colors. These shadows beat MAC, easily, and cost so much less...even with international shipping I ended up paying about $23 USD for two palettes including shipping costs. That wouldn't even buy me two MAC eyeshadows.

ETA: Do take note that the darker colors are more pigmented/have better payoff than the lighter colors...The dark gold color in this palette is not as easy to blend as all the other colors. And you will get some fallout so layer the colors on a little at a time.
