I have purchased the nars tinted moisturiser aswell as the mac tinted moisturiser and what I can say is mac tinted moisturiser broke me out and left my skin looking very dry. The coverage is ok not satisfying. I prefer the Nars over this product because when I was my face after applying nars it still leaves my skin soft. Mac didn't do that it left me with spots and dry skin. I wouldn't buy this product again.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Normal, Tan, Neutral Hair: Black, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Brown
(I am about a NC/NW 45 with normal skin and I am a Dark for this product)
I think this is the best tinted moisturizer for someone who wants some coverage and doesn't like to use a lot of products. Also great for people Nw/NC 40 and up who are always battling products going ashy on their skin.
I love how it blends easily with fingers or a brush as well. Also, a little of the product goes a long way. Lastly, the product is slightly buildable for more coverage.
Age: 36-43 Skin: Combination, Medium, Neutral Hair: Brunette, Fine Eyes: Green
For reference: Combination skin (slightly oil t-zone, dry/dehydrated cheeks), sensitive, broken capillaries, neutral to warm skin tone (NC/NW 25ish), green eyes, dark brown hair
I was matched to the color 'Medium' at the MAC counter and was given a sample to take home. This tinted moisturizer dried nicely on my face. Not oily or too matte. I liked it didn't have a slick feel compared to other TM"s I've tried. The coverage was okay. I have broken capillaries, some redness so TM's in my experience have never fully covered. I applied a bit of concealer over the red areas.
The biggest con for me was the color. It looked quite yellow on my skin tone. For that reason I won't be repurchasing. The light color was too pale for me and the dark.. well too dark.

This broke me out terribly. I had acne for a couple months when I was twelve, and since then in my adult life I only get a zit or two on my period, if that. The day after I used this TM, my forehead was covered with tiny bumps, I had large red pimples on my cheeks, and worst of all I had horrible pimples around my mouth! It was so revolting. Luckily my on-the-spot took care of them. Before you ask, I did nothing strange in my beauty routine, and I took off all my makeup as normal. It was this TM that broke me out, which is ironic as it's intended to be beneficial for your skin. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Only plus was that it did have decent coverage, and the Light shade wasn't too off from my super pale skin. Guess I will have to continue looking for my HG TM. Don't waste $30 on this acne-causer!
Age: 25-29 Skin: Acne-prone, Fair-Medium Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown
Pros: nice coverage (not too cakey/not sheer). Cons: it does on some days dry my face out but I think that is just me.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Warm Hair: Black, Straight, Medium Eyes: Brown
This is a great basic tinted moisturizer. I've been using the same tube for over two years now, but it's still great. The formula has not expired and it doesn't break me out. It has a nice clean, smooth application. The Medium is perfect for my light-medium Asian skin tone. The only downer is that it's not long lasting in the summer. When it's hot out and I touch my face, my hand literally just wipes off the makeup. Even when I wear sunglasses, I can see the TM that has rubbed off onto my sunglasses. I think this is definitely more of a fall, winter, and spring TM.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I didn't think any TM would ever trump Laura Mercier but I guess I was wrong! Medium was the perfect match for me as the SA advised me that the shades ran a little light, so Light would make me look pale as a ghost. The formula is very thick but applies smoothly with fingers or a brush, and blends well. The coverage is good, definitely higher than most TMs and the finish is neither matte nor dewy, but somewhere balanced in-between. It doesn't slip off during the day which is good but like most TMs it also doesn't have great oil control, so a little dusting of loose powder is good for me.

First off, some background on my skin: N15 (also wear UD Naked Skin fdtn in 1.0 and Bobbi Brown Skin in Porcelain), sensitive/acne-prone/combo-dry with redness.
Pros: no shimmer, light coverage, lasts about 10 hours in 95 degree heat, moisturizing but not greasy
Cons: only chemical UV filters (wish there was some physical SPF in this!)
I use the shade Light, which is a good match for me and doesn't darken throughout the day. I've used this a few different ways (with and without moisturizer/sunscreen/powder foundation/etc) and my favorite way is to use this on my bare skin and use Smashbox Halo powder over it. I won't use this on days I will be in the sun for extended periods of time since the SPF is only 20, but I love it for good skin days or when I'm short on time.

I love this stuff! I have acne prone skin and it doesn't break me out, it also does a great job to even my skin tone without the "cakey" make up look. Would recommend to anyone who wants to wear make up but have a more natural coverage.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Sensitive, Medium, Warm Hair: Black, Medium Eyes: Brown
The only reason it get 4 lipsticks its because it broke me out :( for the most part when I went and got a mini makeover at MAC its a vry nice product evens out the skin and looks natural looking and feels nice. It also doesn't oxidize unlike laura mercier and I love that T.M sadly at the end of the night it broke me out. ugh most mac face products do. Although I love their blushes, lipsticks and mineralized skinfinish in medium plus
